Abstract

本发明提供了一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油。组分包括:酸碱指示剂溶液,乙醇,显色剂溶液适量,填料,珠光粉,成膜剂PVB,成膜剂PVP。制备方法:先配制酸碱指示剂溶液,然后将酸碱指示剂溶液加入到乙醇中,用显色剂的乙醇溶液调节pH,使指示剂显色;再将成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解;之后加入填料,搅拌均匀,再加入珠光粉,搅拌均匀,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌均匀,即制得产品。本发明制作方法简单,产品使用安全,不含对人体有害的增塑剂,不使用有毒、低毒以及刺激性溶剂,可明显减少对身体的伤害,纳米级二氧化硅的使用使指甲油具有一定的抵御紫外线的功能。特别是该指甲油具有指示剥离时机的功能,以方便人们清洗变换。

技术领域:
本发明涉及指甲油,具体属于一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油。
背景技术:
目前市场上常见的指甲油多使用硝化纤维为成膜剂,酞酸酯为增塑剂,丙酮和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,其主要缺陷在于:作为指甲油成膜剂的硝化纤维是易燃易爆危险品,生产和使用工程具有很大的危险性;酞酸酯等增塑剂会影响人的生育能力,危害人体健康;丙酮和乙酸乙酯做溶剂,具有一定的毒性和刺激性;指甲油涂好后要想去除,必须用含有多种有机溶剂的洗甲水擦除,使用不方便,经常洗甲会危害健康。
指甲油的发展趋势是:成膜剂稳定化,不使用硝化纤维等易燃易爆成膜剂;溶剂无毒化,不使用丙酮、乙酸乙酯等低毒刺激性溶剂;不添加增塑剂;涂抹后不使用有机溶剂即可卸除。
专利申请CN1260167A以硝化纤维为成膜剂,虽然可以得到成膜性好、耐磨的指甲油,但硝化纤维易燃易爆,储存与使用过程危险性大,不利于可持续发展。专利申请CN102397198 A以乙酸乙酯、丙酮等为溶剂,该类配方调配得当可以得到高光泽、强附着力和强耐水性的指甲油,但存在如下缺点:1、具有刺激性气味,强烈刺鼻的气味吸入后会引起身体不适;2、使用后对人体的指甲和皮肤刺激性较大,长期使用有较大的伤害;3、接触化纤类衣物和一般塑料都会造成溶解性腐蚀。专利CN 100346770 C以水、水性成膜剂、颜料和香料等添加剂搅拌混合而成。该类配方调配得当可得到低气味、低刺激性、高光泽、对化纤衣物和塑料不会溶解性腐蚀的指甲油,但存在如下缺点:1、耐水性差,遇水容易脱落;2、附着力不好,与有机溶剂型指甲油比有很大差距。
本课题组的专利申请CN 105476879 A使用PVB和PVP为成膜剂,乙醇为溶剂,制备出了在水中浸泡即可剥离的指甲油。但是该指甲油在不同水温条件下剥离时间不同,使用者不知道何时是最佳剥离清除时间,这样会造成使用者时间的浪费,具有相当的不便性。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油及其制备方法。该指甲油不使用硝化纤维作为成膜剂,使生产储运更安全;不含丙酮和乙酸乙酯等刺激性溶剂,无刺激性气味和毒性;指甲油涂在指甲上后具有一定的防水性,在日常洗手等情况下不会被擦除、溶解;同时,该指甲油应具有指示剥离时机的功能,即指甲油涂在指甲上在水中浸泡一定时间后便会指示完整剥离揭除指甲油的最佳时机,以方便人们清洗变换。
本发明提供的一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油,其组分按重量份数计包括:酸碱指示剂溶液1-10,乙醇75-90,显色剂溶液适量,填料0.5-1.5,珠光粉0.3-0.5,成膜剂PVB 6-20,成膜剂PVP 0.3-3。
所述的指甲油,其组分中还可以包括0.01-0.03的香料,如:间甲氧基肉桂酸等。
所述的酸碱指示剂溶液为酸碱指示剂的水和/或乙醇的溶液。
所述的酸碱指示剂为甲基橙(对二甲基氨基偶氮苯磺酸钠)、溴酚蓝(3,3′,5,5′-四溴苯酚磺酞)、刚果红(二苯基-4,4’-二(偶氮-2-)-1-氨基萘-4-磺酸钠)、百里酚酞(3,3-双(4-羟基-5-异丙基-2-甲基苯基)-苯酞)。
所述的填料为纳米级二氧化硅;
所述的显色剂溶液是1mol/L的显色剂的乙醇溶液;所述的显色剂是可溶于乙醇和/或水的酸或碱,如硫酸或氢氧化钠;
本发明提供的一种指甲油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先配制酸碱指示剂溶液,按上述组分重量份数配比,再将酸碱指示剂溶液加入到乙醇中,用显色剂的乙醇溶液调节pH,使指示剂显色。再将成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料,搅拌10分钟,再加入珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,即可制得产品。也可以选择加入香料,加入香料后,继续搅拌5分钟即可。
本发明以乙醇为溶剂,PVB和PVP为成膜剂,使用酸碱指示剂为色料,在调节pH使之变色后制备成指甲油。当指甲油涂抹好后,将手指浸入水中,成膜剂中的PVP溶解,使指甲油的pH发生改变,进而引起酸碱指示剂变色或褪色,从而说明指甲油已经可以剥离。
本发明制作方法简单,产品使用安全,不含对人体有害的增塑剂,不使用有毒、低毒以及刺激性溶剂,可明显减少对指甲的伤害,纳米级二氧化硅的使用使指甲油具有一定的抵御紫外线的功能。特别是指甲油在水中浸泡数分钟后具有褪色或变色的指示功能,这时即可依据指甲油的褪色或变色情况完整揭除,便于清洗变换,能随时保持指甲的干净美观。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
先将甲基橙配置成1g/L的水溶液,然后将0.5ml甲基橙溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至甲基橙显红色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为红色指甲油。
将红色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变为黄色后即可完整剥离。
实施例2:
先将1g溴酚蓝溶于1L的水:乙醇=8:2(体积比)的溶液中,然后将0.5ml溴酚蓝溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至溴酚蓝显黄色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为黄色指甲油。
将黄色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变为蓝色后即可完整剥离。
实施例3:
先将刚果红配置成1g/L的水溶液,然后去0.5ml刚果红溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至刚果红显紫色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为紫色指甲油。
将紫色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变成红色后即可完整剥离。
实施例4:
先将百里酚酞配置成1g/L的乙醇溶液,然后去0.5ml百里酚酞溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的氢氧化钠的乙醇溶液,至百里酚酞显蓝色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,所得为蓝色指甲油。
将蓝色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油褪色后即可完整剥离。
实施例5:
先将甲基橙配置成1g/L的水溶液,然后将0.5ml甲基橙溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至甲基橙显红色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.0025g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的红色指甲油。
将红色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变为黄色后即可完整剥离。
实施例6:
先将0.1g溴酚蓝溶于1L的水:乙醇=8:2(体积比)的溶液中,然后将0.5ml溴酚蓝溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至溴酚蓝显黄色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.0025g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的黄色指甲油。
将黄色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变为蓝色后即可完整剥离。
实施例7:
先将刚果红配置成1g/L的水溶液,然后去0.5ml刚果红溶液加入到20ml乙醇中,然后滴加1mol/L的硫酸的乙醇溶液,至刚果红显紫色。再将2g成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解。之后加入填料0.2g纳米级二氧化硅,搅拌10分钟,再加入0.1g珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入0.2g成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,再加入0.0025g间甲氧基肉桂酸,搅拌5分钟。所得为带有香味的紫色指甲油。
将紫色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油变成红色后即可完整剥离。
实施例8:

将蓝色指甲油涂到指甲上,完全干燥后,将手指浸入自来水中,待指甲油褪色后即可完整剥离。

Claims (5)

1.一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油,其特征在于,组分按重量份数计包括:酸碱指示剂溶液1-10,乙醇75-90,显色剂溶液适量,填料0.5-1.5,珠光粉0.3-0.5,成膜剂PVB6-20,成膜剂PVP 0.3-3;
所述的酸碱指示剂溶液为酸碱指示剂的水和/或乙醇的溶液;
所述的酸碱指示剂为甲基橙、溴酚蓝、刚果红或百里酚酞;
所述的显色剂溶液是显色剂的乙醇溶液;所述的显色剂是可溶于乙醇和/或水的酸或碱。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油,其特征在于,所述的显色剂是硫酸或氢氧化钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油,其特征在于,所述的填料为纳米级二氧化硅。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油,其特征在于,所述的指甲油,其组分还包括0.01-0.03的香料。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种能指示剥离时机的易于清除的指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:先配制酸碱指示剂溶液,按所述组分重量份数配比,将酸碱指示剂溶液加入到乙醇中,用显色剂的乙醇溶液调节pH,使指示剂显色;再将成膜剂PVB加入上述溶液中,搅拌至其完全溶解;之后加入填料,搅拌10分钟,再加入珠光粉,搅拌30-40min,最后加入成膜剂PVP,搅拌20分钟,即可制得产品。
