Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,包括常用助剂、烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺,烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺的重量份数比为100:1~1:1;本组合物可以配制成农业上允许的悬浮剂、颗粒剂。烯丙苯噻唑和与氯虫苯甲酰胺复配后对防治水稻稻瘟病有显著的协同增效作用,适用于防治水稻稻瘟病。

技术领域
本发明涉及的农药组合物,是以烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺为有效成分,适用于防治水稻稻瘟病。
背景技术
烯丙苯噻唑,又名烯丙异噻唑(probenazole,)苯并噻唑类化合物,能有效诱导水稻系统抗病性的发生并能有效抑制稻梨孢产孢,保护为主,治疗为辅,防治水稻稻瘟病持效期长达40天以上。
氯虫苯甲酰胺为(chlorantraniliprole)为酰胺类杀虫剂,高效广谱,对鳞翅目的夜蛾科、螟蛾科、蛀果蛾科、卷叶蛾科、粉蛾科、菜蛾科、麦蛾科、细蛾科等均有很好的控制效果,还能控制鞘翅目象甲科,叶甲科;双翅目潜蝇科;烟粉虱等多种非鳞翅目害虫。
通过试验发现,烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺混合使用在100:1~1:1重量比例范围内在防治水稻稻瘟病上具有协同增效作用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种有效成分为烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,在防治水稻稻瘟病上有协同增效作用。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明涉及一种含烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺复配的增效组合物,烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺的重量比例为100:1~1:1。
所述农药组合物有效成分总含量为0.1%~60%。
所述农药组合物加入助剂及赋型剂通过一定的技术手段制成悬浮剂、颗粒剂等农业上常用的剂型。
所述悬浮剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:烯丙苯噻唑0.1~30%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1~20%、分散剂0.1~18%、湿润剂0.1~12%、增稠剂0.1~3%、防冻剂0.1~5%,去离子水载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的悬浮剂,悬浮剂总活性成分含量不高于40%。
所述颗粒剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:烯丙苯噻唑0.1~40%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1~20%、分散剂0.1~10%、湿润剂0.1~12%、崩解剂0.2~10%,固体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分,制得相应重量百分含量的颗粒剂。
所述的消泡剂可以是硅酮类化合物、环氧大豆油、甲醇、硅油等中的一种或几种。
所述的防冻剂可以是甘油、丙二醇、二甘醇、尿素等中一种或几种。
所述的湿润剂可以是十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉等中的一种或几种。
所述的分散剂可以是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、山梨糖醇油酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、玉米粉、荞麦粉、马铃薯粉、麦麸等中的一种或几种,特别的分散剂还可以是一种梳型羧酸盐类三元共聚物分散剂(BBM-3,后文中涉及此三元共聚物分散剂的均用BBM-3代替),此共聚物源于专利申请201310521909.7,是一种以丙烯酸同系物、马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯、丙烯酸酯为单体,在水相体系中以自由基共聚的方法合成的,具体的,由下列重量比的单体组成:丙烯酸酯10~50份,丙烯酸同系物10~80份,马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯10~50份,工艺步骤如下:将1000份双蒸水、10份表面活性剂加入到四口反应烧瓶中,边搅拌边加热;当反应瓶中溶液的温度升至60℃时,加入200份丙烯酸酯、500份丙烯酸同系物、100份马来酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯和30份引发剂溶液1小时内加完,然后60℃保温反应2小时;保温反应结束后边搅拌边降至室温,用氢氧化钠溶液中和体系中的羧酸,中和量为羧基摩尔数的50%,制得目标分散剂溶液。
所述的崩解剂可以是羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠、尿素、硫酸铵、膨润土等中的一种或几种。
所述的增稠剂可以是聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、硅酸镁铝、酚醛树脂、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠等中的一种或几种。
所述的固体载体可以是轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙、木粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素等中的一种或几种。
所述的液体载体可以是精致大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、油酸甲酯、椰子油、棕榈油、红花油、麻油、蓖麻油、桐油、橄榄油等中的一种或几种,以及以上植物油的酯,特别是甲酯。
所述的去离子水为工业化去离子水。
所述的粘结剂可以是蔗糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香等中的一种或几种。
具体实施方式
根据Gowing法评价协同作用的方法,其公式如下:

X为烯丙苯噻唑以某剂量单用时对水稻稻瘟病的防治效果;
Y为氯虫苯甲酰胺以某剂量单用时对水稻稻瘟病的防治效果;
E0为烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺以某种比例混合对使用时对水稻稻瘟病防治效果的理论值或预期值;
E为烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺以某种比例混合对水稻稻瘟病防治效果的实测值或观测值。
评价标准:当E﹣E0>10%时,表示为协同增效作用;当﹣10%≤E﹣E0≤10%时,表现为协同相加作用;当E﹣E0<﹣10%时,表现为协同拮抗作用。
实施例一:烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺防治水稻稻瘟病,方法参照GB/T 17980.19-2000。
表1、药后40天烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺对到稻瘟病的防治效果比对(赋型为颗粒剂撒施)
由表1可知,烯丙苯噻唑与氯虫苯甲酰胺混配在100:1~1:1之间,对水稻稻瘟病的防治效果药后40天均表现出协同增效作用。
实施例二:40%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂。
称取烯丙苯噻唑305克,氯虫苯甲酰胺103克,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段聚合物31克,对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸5.1克,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5.1克,BBM-3 4克,丙三醇5.2克,黄原胶1.1克,去离子水补足至1000克,将上述配方按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂,经检测,烯丙苯噻唑含量30.0%,氯虫苯甲酰胺含量10.0%。
实施例三:11%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
称取烯丙苯噻唑100克,氯虫苯甲酰胺10克,木质素磺酸钠42克,麦麸60克,葡萄糖52克,皂角粉39克,凹凸棒土至1000。将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得11%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂,经检测,烯丙苯噻唑有效含量10.0%,氯虫苯甲酰胺有效含量10.0%。
采用该实施例用于防治水稻稻瘟病,11%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha加水稀释喷雾,药后30天、45天的防效为93.1%、91.4%,50%烯丙苯噻唑水分散粒剂按3000g a.i./ha、10%氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha撒施,药后30天、45天防效分别为81.2%、73.3%和0.00%、0.00%。烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对水稻稻瘟病的防效效果明显好于单剂,复配药剂中有效成分的用量比单独使用时明显减少,总有效成分也相对减少,从而减轻了环境负荷、降低了使用成本,为种植户提供了一种水稻稻瘟病更为有效的管理工具。
实施例四:21%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
称取烯丙苯噻唑200克,氯虫苯甲酰胺10克,海藻酸钠65克,玉米淀粉60克,蔗糖62克,皂角粉39克,高岭土至1000。将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得21%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂,经检测,烯丙苯噻唑有效含量20.0%,氯虫苯甲酰胺有效含量1.0%。
采用该实施例用于防治水稻稻瘟病,21%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha加水稀释喷雾,药后30天、45天的防效为94.5%、91.7%,50%烯丙苯噻唑颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha、10%氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha撒施,药后30天、45天防效分别为82.2%、76.3%和0.00%、0.00%。烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对水稻稻瘟病的防效效果明显好于单剂,复配药剂中有效成分的用量比单独使用时明显减少,总有效成分也相对减少,从而减轻了环境负荷、降低了使用成本,为种植户提供了一种水稻稻瘟病更为有效的管理工具。
实施例五:19%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
称取烯丙苯噻唑160克,氯虫苯甲酰胺30克,壳聚糖65克,木粉60克,蔗糖62克,荞麦粉39克,硅藻土至1000。将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得19%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂,经检测,烯丙苯噻唑有效含量16.0%,氯虫苯甲酰胺有效含量3.0%。
采用该实施例用于防治水稻稻瘟病。19.0%烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha加水稀释喷雾,药后30天、45天的防效为92.5%、90.6%,50%烯丙苯噻唑颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha、10%氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂按3000g a.i./ha撒施,药后30天、45天防效分别为81.6%、77.2%和0.00%、0.00%。烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对水稻稻瘟病的防效效果明显好于单剂,复配药剂中有效成分的用量比单独使用时明显减少,总有效成分也相对减少,从而减轻了环境负荷、降低了使用成本,为种植户提供了一种水稻稻瘟病更为有效的管理工具。
实施例六:
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
实施例七:
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
实施例八:
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂。
实施例九:
将上述配方按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得到相应重量百分比的烯丙苯噻唑·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂。

1.一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的重量比例为:100:1~1:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述农药组合物的剂型是颗粒剂或悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:烯丙苯噻唑0.1%~40%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1%~20%,木质素磺酸钠0.5%~5%,麦麸0.5%~8%,葡萄糖1%~8%,皂角粉0.4%~5%,凹凸棒粉至100%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:烯丙苯噻唑0.1%~40%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1%~20%,海藻酸钠0.5%~9%,玉米粉0.5%~8%,蔗糖1%~8%,皂角粉0.4%~5%,高岭土至100%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:烯丙苯噻唑0.1%~40%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1%~20%,壳聚糖0.5%~9%,木粉0.5%~8%,蔗糖1%~8%,荞麦粉0.4%~5%,硅藻土至100%。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有烯丙苯噻唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:烯丙苯噻唑0.1%~20%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1%~20%,对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸0.5%~3%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段聚合物0.4%~5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4%~7%,BBM-3 0.4%~4%,丙三醇2%~5%,黄原胶0.01%~0.2%,去离子水补足至100%。
