本发明涉及化工材料的技术领域,具体地说是一种制作麻笺过程中制浆用的分离剂;所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制作麻笺用的分离剂;为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入15‑25wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35‑40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料的技术领域,具体地说是一种制作麻笺过程中制浆用的分离剂。
背景技术
麻笺用原料如大麻、黄麻等具有“纤维长、拉力强、色泽鲜”等优点。麻笺制作工艺流程合理,计有:拆货、拣选、切麻、清洗、泡麻、蒸麻、发酵、碾麻、打浆、控水、制浆、捞纸、晒纸、整纸等工序。所产麻笺具有色泽洁白光亮,质地均匀细密,纤维细而长,拉力强而柔,吸墨性能好,保存时期长,不受虫蛀风蚀,不变颜色,宜于书写。
其中捞纸、晒纸工序具体为:利用捞纸帘捞纸,得到的湿纸叠放,一般要叠放数百张,叠好的纸坯挤压过滤,压出多余的水分,然后再将压水后的纸坯一张张揭起,得到的单张麻纸进行晾晒。
为了避免在叠纸和压纸的过程中,麻纸由于粘合剂和压力的作用粘合到一起,还需要在制浆时加入分离剂。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制作麻笺用的分离剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入15-25wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。
优选的,所述分离剂制作时,氢氧化钠的用量为橘汁的18-20wt%。
所述分离剂在捞纸所用的纸浆中的含量保持在为0.5-1wt%。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果。
本发明的分离剂用于制作麻笺,能够解决由于粘合剂和压力的作用使纸张粘合到一起的问题,有利于提高麻笺的成品率。

实施例1
一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入25wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。
实施例2
一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入22wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。
实施例3
一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入18wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。
实施例4
一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入20wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂。

1.一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,其特征在于,利用新鲜橘子带皮榨汁,过滤后得到橘汁,向橘汁中加入15-25wt%的氢氧化钠,在搅拌条件下于35-40℃保温30min,滤除杂质,得到液体的分离剂;
所述分离剂在捞纸所用的纸浆中的含量为0.5-1wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制作麻笺用的分离剂,其特征在于,所述分离剂制作时,氢氧化钠的用量为橘汁的18-20wt%。
