背景技术
铝银浆是一种使用量最大的具有银灰色金属光泽的金属颜料,其制造方法大多采用湿式球磨的方法。湿法球磨采用有机溶剂主要是提高球形铝粉片状化的效率,同时防止铝粉与空气接触以避免爆炸的危险。有机溶剂的使用,所得到的产品为油性铝银浆,在油性涂料和油性油墨领域得到了广泛的应用,然而现有的铝银浆耐酸碱腐蚀性能差,且在有机基体中的分散性不好,经过出现可能出现流平性不好的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:银铝浆130、季戊四醇28、硬脂酸锌3、硅酸四乙酯10、纳米硅藻土0.3、纳米膨润土8、松脂28、正硅酸乙酯1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、助剂1;
所述纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土经过共混处理:将纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土添加到质量浓度为3.57%的异丙醇溶液中,先浸泡30分钟后,再以120r/min转速搅拌15分钟,静置10分钟后,再进行研磨20分钟,过滤,洗涤,烘干;
所述松脂经过预处理:将松脂依次添加到质量浓度为1.84%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在43℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,然后添加到质量浓度为4.63%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在52℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,然后添加到质量浓度为7.25%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在64℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,洗涤,烘干,即可;
所述助剂按百分比计由以下成分制成:28%油酸、50%聚丙烯醇、4%淀粉、18%硬脂酸;所述辅助剂的制备方法为:将油酸、聚丙烯醇、淀粉、硬脂酸按各自百分比添加到高混机中,在52℃下,以450r/min速度搅拌15分钟,自然冷却至室温,即可;
所述正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯经过共混处理:将正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯添加到高混机中,添加混合物质量0.5%的辛二酸,在72℃下,以980r/min转速搅拌40分钟,静置1小时,即可。
一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆的制备方法,包括:
1)先将铝银浆分散在苯类溶剂中得到混合物,在80~90℃条件下,在所得混合物中添加季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌、硅酸四乙酯并以50r/min转速搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀后依次加入纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土共混物继续以50r/min转速搅拌20分钟,静置30分钟;
2)向1)中材料添加松脂、正硅酸乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯共混物,搅拌均匀后,加热至48℃,保温15分钟;
3)向2)中材料添加助剂,以25r/min转速搅拌4小时,静置3小时后,过滤,洗涤,烘干,烘干温度为32℃,即可。
本发明通过大量的实验研究,通过制备一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆来改善传统铝银浆耐酸碱腐蚀性能差,且在有机基体中的分散性不好,经过出现可能出现流平性不好的问题,本发明通过将纳米二氧化硅与纳米硅藻土进行共混,配合经过预处理的松脂的协同作用,能够均匀的在铝银浆表面包覆一层均匀致密的包覆层,通过该方法制备的铝银浆耐酸碱腐蚀性能、耐磨性相较于普通铝银浆分别要高1.5倍和2倍,提高了流平性和生物安全性,且在有机基体中具有良好的分散性,并且配合添加经过混合处理的正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,使得本发明铝银浆的耐候性和分散性进一步提高,涂层粘附性显著提高,涂膜光亮丰满,机械性能好,通过季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌、硅酸四乙酯的协同作用,使得本发明的铝银浆耐酸碱性,涂膜表面更加平整,使用寿命长,储存稳定性好,极大的提高了本发明铝银浆的应用范围。
在铝银浆制备过程中,助剂发挥着不可磨灭的作用.助剂的种类千变万化,其作用的结果也是千差万别,本发明通过大量的实验研究制备的助剂能够提高本发明中铝银浆表面包覆层的致密性和表面相容性,使得本发明铝银浆既可以用于油性涂料,又可以用于水性涂料,包覆型铝银浆也更加的耐高温,耐酸碱和抗氧化。
通过本发明中的各材料的综合协同作用制备的铝银浆平均粒度D50为18μm,比表面积为8-10m²/g。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明铝银浆包覆效果好,耐候性和分散性尤其突出,涂层粘附性非常好,相容性高,通过该方法制备的铝银浆耐酸碱腐蚀性能、耐磨性相较于普通铝银浆分别要高1.5倍和2倍,具有极好的耐热性和生物安全性,且在有机基体中具有良好的分散性,本发明铝银浆的涂膜光亮丰满,机械性能好,使用寿命长,储存稳定性好,极大的提高了本发明铝银浆的应用范围。广泛应用于涂料、油漆、油墨、印刷、印花、注塑、硅胶、皮革、玩具、工艺品、手机外壳、电视外壳、电脑外壳、汽车等行业。
具体实施方式
一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆,按重量份计由以下成分制成:银铝浆130、季戊四醇28、硬脂酸锌3、硅酸四乙酯10、纳米硅藻土0.3、纳米膨润土8、松脂28、正硅酸乙酯1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、助剂1;
所述纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土经过共混处理:将纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土添加到质量浓度为3.57%的异丙醇溶液中,先浸泡30分钟后,再以120r/min转速搅拌15分钟,静置10分钟后,再进行研磨20分钟,过滤,洗涤,烘干;
所述松脂经过预处理:将松脂依次添加到质量浓度为1.84%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在43℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,然后添加到质量浓度为4.63%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在52℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,然后添加到质量浓度为7.25%的丙烯酸溶液中,浸泡5分钟,在64℃下以150r/min速度搅拌15分钟,过滤,洗涤,烘干,即可;
所述助剂按百分比计由以下成分制成:28%油酸、50%聚丙烯醇、4%淀粉、18%硬脂酸;所述辅助剂的制备方法为:将油酸、聚丙烯醇、淀粉、硬脂酸按各自百分比添加到高混机中,在52℃下,以450r/min速度搅拌15分钟,自然冷却至室温,即可;
所述正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯经过共混处理:将正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯添加到高混机中,添加混合物质量0.5%的辛二酸,在72℃下,以980r/min转速搅拌40分钟,静置1小时,即可。
一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆的制备方法,包括:
1)先将铝银浆分散在苯类溶剂中得到混合物,在80~90℃条件下,在所得混合物中添加季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌、硅酸四乙酯并以50r/min转速搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀后依次加入纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土共混物继续以50r/min转速搅拌20分钟,静置30分钟;
2)向1)中材料添加松脂、正硅酸乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯共混物,搅拌均匀后,加热至48℃,保温15分钟;
3)向2)中材料添加助剂,以25r/min转速搅拌4小时,静置3小时后,过滤,洗涤,烘干,烘干温度为32℃,即可。
本发明通过大量实验研究添加纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土对本发明铝银浆性能的影响:

注:耐酸碱性:是用普通低碳钢棒浸涂被试涂料(添加相同量的铝银浆),干燥7天后,将试棒的2/3 面积在(25±1)℃下浸入规定浓度的酸液(PH2-3)或碱液(PH10-11)中或将试样在酸、碱介质和在空气中交替放置,考查漆膜开始破坏的时间。
对比例1:本发明中不添加纳米硅藻土制备铝银浆;
对比例2:本发明中不添加纳米膨润土,并将纳米硅藻土的添加量增加到10制备铝银浆;
对比例3:本发明中纳米膨润土与纳米硅藻土不经过共混处理制备铝银浆;
对比例4:本发明中将纳米硅藻土的量增加至1,纳米膨润土的添加量不变,采取共混处理制备铝银浆;
对比例5:本发明中将纳米硅藻土的量增加至1,纳米膨润土的添加量增加至12,采取共混处理制备铝银浆。
通过表1可以看出:纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土的含量和之间的配比和二者之间是否进行本发明中的共混处理对本发明铝银浆的性能具有极大的影响。
Claims (2)
1.一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:银铝浆130、季戊四醇28、硬脂酸锌3、硅酸四乙酯10、纳米硅藻土0.3、纳米膨润土8、松脂28、正硅酸乙酯1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、助剂1;
所述纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土经过共混处理:将纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土添加到质量浓度为3.57%的异丙醇溶液中,先浸泡30分钟后,再以120r/min转速搅拌15分钟,静置10分钟后,再进行研磨20分钟,过滤,洗涤,烘干;

所述正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯经过共混处理:将正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯添加到高混机中,添加混合物质量0.5%的辛二酸,在72℃下,以980r/min转速搅拌40分钟,静置1小时,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米膨润土包覆型铝银浆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)先将铝银浆分散在苯类溶剂中得到混合物,在80~90℃条件下,在所得混合物中添加季戊四醇、硬脂酸锌、硅酸四乙酯并以50r/min转速搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀后依次加入纳米硅藻土与纳米膨润土共混物继续以50r/min转速搅拌20分钟,静置30分钟;
2)向1)中材料添加松脂、正硅酸乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯共混物,搅拌均匀后,加热至48℃,保温15分钟;
3)向2)中材料添加助剂,以25r/min转速搅拌4小时,静置3小时后,过滤,洗涤,烘干,烘干温度为32℃,即可。
