技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料及其制备方法,属于橡胶材料领域。
背景技术
橡胶制品是以天然及合成橡胶为原料生产的各种橡胶制品,还包括利用废橡胶再生产的橡胶制品。橡胶制品种类繁多,物理机械性能好,弹性高,广泛应用于汽车各种零部件,包括轮胎、胶管、传动带、密封制品、减震橡胶件以及安全制品等,一辆汽车上使用的橡胶配件有100-200种,数量多达200-500个之多。近年来,随着汽车工业的快速发展,对橡胶制品的性能要求越来越高,现有市场上汽车轮胎用橡胶材料的耐磨性愈来愈来无法满足市场的需求,缩短了其使用寿命。因此,急需开发一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯橡胶45-60、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶29-43、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物16-32、碳化硼12-19、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉7-12、有机硅微球11-17、植物沥青5-7、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐4-5、海泡石绒22-34、炭黑N330 25-35、炭黑234 15-25、废弃棕刚玉粉14-22、胶体石墨粉10-15、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯6-8、对甲苯亚磺酸锌2-4、助剂5-7;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米坡缕石8-14、2-巯基苯并噻唑3-6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物2-4、二茂铁1-3、竹炭粉4-8、蓖麻油酸锌1-3、间苯二甲胺5-7、沸石分子筛10-15、对氯间二甲基苯酚6-9、N-亚硝基二苯胺3-5、超细碲粉7-11、2-巯基苯并咪唑2-4、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体1.5-2.5。
一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯橡胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉、海泡石绒、有机硅微球、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯加入密炼机内,在70-90℃下塑炼10-20min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通2-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入碳化硼、对甲苯亚磺酸锌、废弃棕刚玉粉、胶体石墨粉、植物沥青,调整辊距为2-4mm,辊温为70-80℃,混炼6-12min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-5mm,辊温为60-70℃,混炼8-16min,停放20-25h,出料;
(3)将步骤(2)混炼得到的胶料送入到平板硫化机上进行硫化,一段硫化条件为(130-150℃)×(40-50min),二段硫化条件为(225-245℃)×(4-6h)。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明添加的溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物,可以改善橡胶材料的耐高温性和耐候性,添加的碳化硼、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉、有机硅微球、海泡石绒、炭黑N330、炭黑234、废弃棕刚玉粉、胶体石墨粉等,不仅可以提高橡胶材料的机械强度,还可以提高橡胶材料的耐磨性和耐老化性。本发明制得的橡胶材料具有高强度,高耐磨,耐老化性好,磨耗寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:聚氨酯橡胶55、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶37、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物28、碳化硼17、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉11、有机硅微球14、植物沥青6、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐4.5、海泡石绒31、炭黑N330 30、炭黑234 20、废弃棕刚玉粉18、胶体石墨粉12、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯7、对甲苯亚磺酸锌3、助剂6;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米坡缕石8、2-巯基苯并噻唑3、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物2、二茂铁1、竹炭粉4、蓖麻油酸锌1、间苯二甲胺5、沸石分子筛10、对氯间二甲基苯酚6、N-亚硝基二苯胺3、超细碲粉7、2-巯基苯并咪唑2、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体1.5。
一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯橡胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯 乙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉、海泡石绒、有机硅微球、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯加入密炼机内,在70-90℃下塑炼10-20min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通2-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入碳化硼、对甲苯亚磺酸锌、废弃棕刚玉粉、胶体石墨粉、植物沥青,调整辊距为2-4mm,辊温为70-80℃,混炼6-12min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-5mm,辊温为60-70℃,混炼8-16min,停放20-25h,出料;
(3)将步骤(2)混炼得到的胶料送入到平板硫化机上进行硫化,一段硫化条件为(130-150℃)×(40-50min),二段硫化条件为(225-245℃)×(4-6h)。
上述实施例制得的橡胶材料的性能检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯橡胶 45-60、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶 29-43、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物 16-32、碳化硼 12-19、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉 7-12、有机硅微球 11-17、植物沥青 5-7、六亚甲基二胺氨基甲酸盐 4-5、海泡石绒22-34、炭黑N330 25-35、炭黑234 15-25、废弃棕刚玉粉14-22、胶体石墨粉 10-15、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯 6-8、对甲苯亚磺酸锌2-4、助剂 5-7;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米坡缕石 8-14、2-巯基苯并噻唑 3-6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物2-4、二茂铁 1-3、竹炭粉 4-8、蓖麻油酸锌 1-3、间苯二甲胺5-7、沸石分子筛 10-15、对氯间二甲基苯酚 6-9、N-亚硝基二苯胺 3-5、超细碲粉7-11、2-巯基苯并咪唑 2-4、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体 1.5-2.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎用高耐磨橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯橡胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯蜡微粉、海泡石绒、有机硅微球、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯加入密炼机内,在70-90℃下塑炼10-20min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通2-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入碳化硼、对甲苯亚磺酸锌、废弃棕刚玉粉、胶体石墨粉、植物沥青,调整辊距为2-4mm,辊温为70-80℃,混炼6-12min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-5mm,辊温为60-70℃,混炼8-16min,停放20-25h,出料;
