背景技术
橡胶制品是以天然及合成橡胶为原料生产的各种橡胶制品,还包括利用废橡胶再生产的橡胶制品。橡胶制品种类繁多,物理机械性能好,弹性高,广泛应用于汽车各种零部件,包括轮胎、胶管、传动带、密封制品、减震橡胶件以及安全制品等,一辆汽车上使用的橡胶配件有100-200种,数量多达200-500个之多。近年来,随着汽车工业的快速发展,对橡胶制品的性能要求越来越高,现有市场上汽车空调胶管用橡胶材料的耐高低温性愈来愈来无法满足市场的需求,缩短了其使用寿命。因此,急需开发一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:苯撑硅橡胶65-85、氟化磷腈橡胶40-60、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶25-45、聚己内酯18-32、纳米氧化锡锑3-6、二甲基丙烯酸锌3-5、镁橄榄石粉20-30、聚酯硅油5-10、聚四氢呋喃二醇16-28、偏苯三酸三甘油酯15-25、癸二酸二丁酯14-22、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯5-7、环氧大豆油10-15、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷3-4、氢氧化钙7-9、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米坡缕石8-14、2-巯基苯并噻唑3-6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物2-4、二茂铁1-3、竹炭粉4-8、蓖麻油酸锌1-3、间苯二甲胺5-7、沸石分子筛10-15、对氯间二甲基苯酚6-9、N-亚硝基二苯胺3-5、超细碲粉7-11、2-巯基苯并咪唑2-4、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体1.5-2.5。
一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯撑硅橡胶、氟化磷腈橡胶、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、聚己内酯、癸二酸二丁酯、环氧大豆油加入密炼机内,在80-100℃下塑炼8-16min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通3-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入纳米氧化锡锑、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、氢氧化钙、二甲基丙烯酸锌,调整辊距为2-3mm,辊温为50-70℃,混炼10-15min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-4mm,辊温为60-80℃,混炼9-14min,停放15-25h,出料;
(3)将步骤(2)混炼得到的胶料送入到平板硫化机上进行硫化,一段硫化条件为(135-160℃)×(25-40min),二段硫化条件为(200-220℃)×(5-7h)。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过撑硅橡胶、氟化磷腈橡胶、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、聚己内酯之间协同作用,不仅提高橡胶材料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率,还可以改善橡胶材料的耐高低温性、耐老化性和耐化学腐蚀性,添加的偏苯三酸三甘油酯和环氧大豆油,可以改善橡胶材料的耐热性,添加的癸二酸二丁酯,可以改善橡胶材料的耐寒性。

一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:苯撑硅橡胶75、氟化磷腈橡胶50、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶35、聚己内酯26、纳米氧化锡锑4、二甲基丙烯酸锌3.5、镁橄榄石粉25、聚酯硅油8、聚四氢呋喃二醇24、偏苯三酸三甘油酯20、癸二酸二丁酯18、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯6、环氧大豆油12、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷3.5、氢氧化钙8、助剂7;
所述助剂由以下重量(kg)的原料组成:纳米坡缕石14、2-巯基苯并噻唑6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物4、二茂铁3、竹炭粉8、蓖麻油酸锌3、间苯二甲胺7、沸石分子筛15、对氯间二甲基苯酚9、N-亚硝基二苯胺5、超细碲粉11、2-巯基苯并咪唑4、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体2.5。
一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯撑硅橡胶、氟化磷腈橡胶、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、聚己内酯、 癸二酸二丁酯、环氧大豆油加入密炼机内,在80-100℃下塑炼8-16min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通3-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入纳米氧化锡锑、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、氢氧化钙、二甲基丙烯酸锌,调整辊距为2-3mm,辊温为50-70℃,混炼10-15min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-4mm,辊温为60-80℃,混炼9-14min,停放15-25h,出料;

1.一种汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:苯撑硅橡胶 65-85、氟化磷腈橡胶 40-60、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶 25-45、聚己内酯 18-32、纳米氧化锡锑 3-6、二甲基丙烯酸锌 3-5、镁橄榄石粉 20-30、聚酯硅油5-10、聚四氢呋喃二醇 16-28、偏苯三酸三甘油酯 15-25、癸二酸二丁酯 14-22、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯5-7、环氧大豆油 10-15、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷 3-4、氢氧化钙 7-9、助剂 6-8;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料组成:纳米坡缕石 8-14、2-巯基苯并噻唑 3-6、2,2'-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫化物2-4、二茂铁 1-3、竹炭粉 4-8、蓖麻油酸锌 1-3、间苯二甲胺5-7、沸石分子筛 10-15、对氯间二甲基苯酚 6-9、N-亚硝基二苯胺 3-5、超细碲粉7-11、2-巯基苯并咪唑 2-4、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体 1.5-2.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调胶管用耐高低温橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苯撑硅橡胶、氟化磷腈橡胶、端羟基液体聚丁二烯橡胶、聚己内酯、癸二酸二丁酯、环氧大豆油加入密炼机内,在80-100℃下塑炼8-16min,停放15h以上,出料;
(2)将步骤(1)塑炼得到的胶料加入开炼机内薄通3-4次,然后调大辊距,让胶料包辊,待胶层均匀后,加入纳米氧化锡锑、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、氢氧化钙、二甲基丙烯酸锌,调整辊距为2-3mm,辊温为50-70℃,混炼10-15min,然后加入余下原料,调整辊距为3-4mm,辊温为60-80℃,混炼9-14min,停放15-25h,出料;
(3)将步骤(2)混炼得到的胶料送入到平板硫化机上进行硫化,一段硫化条件为(135-160℃)×(25-40min),二段硫化条件为(200-220℃)×(5-7h)。
