Abstract
本发明公开一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:一、将发电厂烧结灰粉碎至粒径为8mm的块料;二、将30份重量份且块料为8mm的发电厂烧结灰与20重量份的煤渣粉,20重量份的普通砂,为6重量份的水泥,3重量份且粒径为8mm的氧化钙,3重量份的硅酸钙,1重量份的硫酸钠,0.5重量份的硅酸钠,3重量份的水溶性不饱和树脂及1.5重量份的龟粉加入8重量份的水混合搅拌成潮湿状的物料;三、用免烧砖成型机在25MPa的压力下将上述潮湿状的物料压制成型免烧砖;四、用喷水法在常温下自然干燥养护四周。与现有技术相比,其以发电厂烧结灰为主要原料,有利于环保,并使得制成的免烧砖具有强度高,耐热温度高,绝热性强,容重小,比强度高,耐久性好的优点。

技术领域
本发明是专利号为201310014176.8,申请日为2013年01月15日,名称为“一种免烧砖的配方及其制作方法”的发明专利的分案申请,涉及一种免烧砖,具体涉及一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法。
背景技术
我国是砖体消耗大国,也是砖体的生产大国,普通粘土砖是传统的墙体材料,主要用用耕地下层粘土为原料,砌成长方体砖坯后在砖窑中明火煅烧而成,这种砖是目前城市及农村最常用的建筑材料,为了保护日益减少的耕地,国家已明令禁止粘土砖的生产,过去,也曾尝试用水泥砖代替粘土砖,但水泥砖的生产和使用成本较高,同时还存在自身自量大,不适应高层建筑使用的缺陷,近年来国内开发一种免烧砖,其主要采用粉煤灰与水泥搅拌后压制成形,这种采用粉煤灰与水泥搅拌压制成型的免烧砖存在成本高,强度低,耐久性差,耐热温度低,抗冻性能不好,砖体重的缺陷。
我国是以燃烧发电为主的国家,每年由于燃烧发电会排放大量的垃圾焚烧残留物,即垃圾发电厂烧结灰,这种垃圾发电氧化钙造成严重的污染和危害,且垃圾发电厂烧结灰中含有部分铁和氧化钙等有用成分,如果能够回收利用,将节省了很多宝贵的资源。
有鉴于此,本发明人对上述缺陷进行深入研究,遂由本案产生。
发明内容
本发明提出一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法,其解决了发电厂烧结灰处理成本高,不利于环保的问题,同时利用发电厂烧结灰含有少量的铁粉和氧化钙等制砖有用物质,提高了砖的强度、交联性及粘连性,使得制成的免烧砖的抗压强度达到18.3Mpa,耐热温度为1005℃,具有强度高,耐热温度高,绝热性强,容重小,比强度高,耐久性好的优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、发电厂烧结灰粉碎:将发电厂烧结灰粉碎至粒径为8mm的块料;
二、配料搅拌:将重量份为30份且块料为8mm的发电厂烧结灰与重量份为20份的煤渣粉,重量份为20份的普通砂,重量份为6份的水泥,重量份为3份且粒径为8mm的氧化钙,重量份为3份的硅酸钙,重量份为1份的硫酸钠,重量份为0.5份的硅酸钠,重量份为3份的水溶性不饱和树脂及重量份为1.5份的龟粉加入重量份为8份的水混合搅拌成潮湿状的物料;
三、压制成形:用免烧砖成型机在25MPa的压力下将上述潮湿状的物料压制成型免烧砖;
四、养护:用喷水法在常温下自然干燥养护四周。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:其采用发电厂烧结灰为主要原料,不仅废物利用消除了烧结飞灰对环境的污染,有利于环保;且发电厂烧结飞灰中含有少量的铁粉和氧化钙等制砖有用物质,铁粉有助于提高砖的强度,而且能缩短6~8小时的烧结时间,氧化钙可提高砖的交联性及粘连性,降低免烧砖所需氧化钙的重量份比,减少材料成本;在配方中加入了水溶性不饱水脂,水溶性不饱和树脂进一步提高了砖的交联性及粘连性,有效减少了氧化钙的用量,进一步降低了成本,提高了强度;在配方中加入了硅酸钙对其进行改性,使所得的产品的抗压强度达到18.3Mpa,耐热温度为1005℃,具有耐热温度高,绝热性强,容重小,比强度高,耐久性好。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种耐热免烧砖的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、发电厂烧结灰粉碎:将发电厂烧结灰粉碎至粒径为8mm的块料;
二、配料搅拌:将重量份为30份且块料为8mm的发电厂烧结灰与重量份为20份的煤渣粉,重量份为20份的普通砂,重量份为6份的水泥,重量份为3份且粒径为8mm的氧化钙,重量份为3份的硅酸钙,重量份为1份的硫酸钠,重量份为0.5份的硅酸钠,重量份为3份的水溶性不饱和树脂及重量份为1.5份的龟粉加入重量份为8份的水混合搅拌成潮湿状的物料;
三、压制成形:用免烧砖成型机在25MPa的压力下将上述潮湿状的物料压制成型免烧砖;
四、养护:用喷水法在常温下自然干燥养护四周。
