本发明公开了一种新型核电站用R型铁芯,包括铁芯本体,铁芯本体内部设有一空腔,所述的铁芯本体外部设有叠加层,所述的叠加层为层次结构,从铁芯本体外部开始分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层,所述的第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层宽度相同。本发明具有节约原材料,生产成本低的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种变压器用的铁芯,具体地说是一种新型核电站用R型铁芯。
背景技术
现有一些核电站变压器中使用的铁芯,其生产成本高,原材料浪费大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计出一种新型核电站用R型铁芯。
本发明要解决的是现有一些铁芯,其生产成本高,原材料浪费大的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:它包括铁芯本体内部设有一空腔,所述的铁芯本体外部设有叠加层,所述的叠加层为层次结构,从铁芯本体外部开始分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层,所述的第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层宽度相同;所述的铁芯本体与叠加层为硅钢片材料一体成型;所述的本体外部设有一层防护层;所述的防护层的组份包括环氧树脂、颜填料、固化剂、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液,所述的固化剂为树脂烯氨,所述的组份按重量比:环氧树脂20%、颜填料50%、固化剂10%、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液20%。
本发明具有节约原材料,生产成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明包括铁铁芯本体,铁芯本体内部设有一空腔5,所述的铁芯本体外部设有叠加层,所述的叠加层为层次结构,从铁芯本体外部开始分别为第一层4、第二层3、第三层2和第四层1,所述的第一层4、第二层3、第三层2和第四层1宽度相同。所述的铁芯本体与叠加层为硅钢片材料一体成型。
所述的本体外部设有一层防护层。
所述的防护层的工艺包括环氧树脂、颜填料、固化剂、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液,所述的固化剂为树脂烯氨,所述的安重量比:环氧树脂20-40%、颜填料30-50%、固化剂5-10%、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液10-20%。
一种新型核电站用R型铁芯,包括铁芯本体,铁芯本体内部设有一空腔,所述的铁芯本体外部设有叠加层,所述的叠加层为层次结构,从铁芯本体外部开始分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层,所述的第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层宽度相同;所述的铁芯本体与叠加层为硅钢片材料一体成型;所述的本体外部设有一层防护层;所述的防护层的组份包括环氧树脂、颜填料、固化剂、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液,所述的固化剂为树脂烯氨,所述的组份按重量比:环氧树脂20%、颜填料50%、固化剂10%、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液20%。

1.一种新型核电站用R型铁芯,包括铁芯本体,其特征在于铁芯本体内部设有一空腔,所述的铁芯本体外部设有叠加层,所述的叠加层为层次结构,从铁芯本体外部开始分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层,所述的第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层宽度相同;所述的铁芯本体与叠加层为硅钢片材料一体成型;所述的本体外部设有一层防护层;所述的防护层的组份包括环氧树脂、颜填料、固化剂、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液,所述的固化剂为树脂烯氨,所述的组份按重量比:环氧树脂20%、颜填料50%、固化剂10%、氯磺化聚乙烯溶液20%。
