本发明涉及一种杉木拼接板,包括芯板、上层和底层;所述上层和底层均与所述芯板采用胶水粘合在一起;所述芯板由若干块杉木块有序排列拼接粘合而成,所述杉木块之间设置有相互楔合的楔口;所述上层包括吸音层与贴合在吸音层的上表面的上表层,所述下层板包括隔音层和贴合在隔音层的下表面的下表层。该杉木拼接板隔音效果好、成本低且环保。

一种杉木拼接板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木板材料技术领域,特别涉及一种杉木拼接板。
背景技术
目前,随着人们的生活水平的提高,板材在家居装修行业拥有具大的市场;市场上板材的种类多种多样,如同耐火板、烤漆板、PVC模压吸塑板、防潮刨花板等,而人们对于用于制作家庭橱柜或地板的板材的质量要求也越来越高,也越来越注重所用板材是否对环境有污染,是否对身体有伤害。除实木板以外,目前绝大多数板材都是采用密度板或刨花板做板芯材料,刨花板是以三聚氰氨浸渍纸贴热热压成,对人身体有很大的伤害。对此人们也进行一些改进和研究,有的还申请了专利,如中国专利(授权公告号为CN101747550B)公开了一种模压法纤维增强秸塑复合橱柜板材及其制备方法,该制备方法采用模压法将秸塑材料压成板材,该方法中依然采用了三聚氰氨,仍然无法消除对人身体的伤害,同时该方法工艺复杂,可操作性差。杉木板是利用短小材通过指榫接长,拼宽合成的大幅面厚板材。它一般采用优质木材(目前较多的是用杉木,所以俗称杉木板)作为基材,经过高温脱脂干燥、指接、拼板、砂光等工艺制作而成。它克服了有些板材使用大量胶水、粘接的工艺特性。目前,此产品广泛流行于西方发达国家和我国大中城市的中高档装修,同时也是室内装修最环保的装饰板材之一。
因此,现在需要开发一种隔音效果好、成本低且环保的杉木拼接板。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种隔音效果好、成本低且环保的杉木拼接板。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,该杉木拼接板,包括芯板、上层和底层;所述上层和底层均与所述芯板采用胶水粘合在一起;所述芯板由若干块杉木块有序排列粘合而成,所述杉木块之间设置有相互楔合的楔口;所述上层包括吸音层与贴合在吸音层的上表面的上表层,所述下层板包括隔音层和贴合在隔音层的下表面的下表层。
进一步在于,所述杉木块之间相互交错排列,且所述楔口为锯齿状。
进一步在于,所述隔音层由聚酯纤维棉与秸秆混合后挤压成型。
进一步在于,所述吸音层由矿渣棉材料构成。
进一步在于,所述上表层和下表层为贴面层。
进一步在于,所述秸秆为农田作物秸秆或入侵生物秸秆或含植物纤维的农林废弃物。
采用上述技术方案,通过芯板能够保证板的强度,通过设置疏松材料构成的吸音层能够将音波进行吸收,从而使得这种板能够用于有噪声而需要保证内部音质的场合,而且通过吸音层的设置,能够减弱音波的传输,而且在芯板内部再设置隔音层,隔音层采用聚酯纤维棉与秸秆混合后挤压成型,实现了环境友好,降低了污染,同时使得隔音效果变得更好;矿渣棉具有质轻、导热系数小、不燃烧、防蛀、价廉、耐腐蚀、化学稳定性好、吸声性能好等特点,采用其作为吸音层能够增强板的综合性能;贴面层的设置能够方便用户使用。
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种隔音效果好、成本低且环保的杉木拼接板的制备方法,其制备工艺简单,可操作性强,生产率高的杉木拼接板的制备方法,且采用该方法所制备的杉木拼接板节约了大块的杉木板,降低了成本,且产量大,适用于商业广泛推广。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,该杉木拼接板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)裁板:将杉木块裁成厚15mm长方形的杉木板,且将杉木块的两端切割成锯齿状,备用;
2)脱脂干燥:将步骤1)裁制好的杉木块放入干燥窑并采用隔条相隔交叉堆放,然后采用高温饱合水蒸汽,温度为160℃进行加热喷蒸处理,处理时间为6小时,然后关闭蒸汽,使杉木自然冷却;
3)拼板:将步骤2)裁制好的杉木块放在拼板平台上,选择外形相近的杉木板进行拼板;
4)涂胶:在步骤3)拼好的杉木板的板缝之间涂胶;
5)热压:将步骤4)涂好胶水的杉木拼接板放到热压机进行热压,热压温度130℃,且保压时间 5分钟,然后冷却;
6)打磨和抛光:将热压好的杉木板的两面进行打磨和抛光;
7)二次涂胶:在经过打磨抛光后的杉木板的两面涂胶;
8)二次热压:将 2mm 厚的隔音层和吸音层贴到涂有胶水的杉木板的两面后 , 将整块板放到热压机上进行热压,热压温度130℃,保压时间10分钟,然后冷却;
9)打磨和抛光:打磨和抛光杉木板的隔音层和吸音层的表面;
10)三次涂胶:在打磨好的隔音层和吸音层的表面上均匀地涂上胶水;
11)三次热压:在涂有胶水的隔音层和吸音层的表面上均匀地贴上 10mm厚的杉木皮,并放到热压机上压平,热压温度130℃,保压时间6分钟,然后冷却;
12)裁边:将步骤11)热压好的杉木板送到裁边机上裁边,裁成长为1220mm宽为2440mm长的规格大小;
13)包装:将经过裁边的杉木板进行包装。
进一步改进在于,其中隔音层的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维棉与秸秆放入高速混合机进行混合,将高速混合机升温至130℃;在转速为400转/分下进行混合,混合时间为20分钟;并加热烘干,加热时间至少为10分钟,再经过挤压成型获得2mm厚的隔音层。
采用上述技术方案,实现通过简单的工艺过程获得了广泛适用于家居板材的环境友好地杉木拼接板,从而通过该方法制备的板材节约了杉木原料,降低了成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:该杉木拼接板,包括芯板、上层和底层;所述上层和底层均与所述芯板采用胶水粘合在一起;所述芯板由若干块杉木块有序排列粘合而成,所述杉木块之间设置有相互楔合的楔口;所述上层包括吸音层与贴合在吸音层的上表面的上表层,所述下层板包括隔音层和贴合在隔音层的下表面的下表层;所述杉木块之间相互交错排列,且所述楔口为锯齿状;所述隔音层由聚酯纤维棉与秸秆混合后挤压成型;所述吸音层由矿渣棉材料构成;所述上表层和下表层为贴面层;所述秸秆为农田作物秸秆或入侵生物秸秆或含植物纤维的农林废弃物。
该杉木拼接板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:其中所使用的胶水为双组份拼接胶;
1)裁板:将杉木块裁成厚15mm长方形的杉木板,且将杉木块的两端切割成锯齿状,备用;
2)脱脂干燥:将步骤1)裁制好的杉木块放入干燥窑并采用隔条相隔交叉堆放,然后采用高温饱合水蒸汽,温度为160℃进行加热喷蒸处理,处理时间为6小时,然后关闭蒸汽,使杉木自然冷却;
3)拼板:将步骤2)裁制好的杉木块放在拼板平台上,选择外形相近的杉木板进行拼板;
4)涂胶:在步骤3)拼好的杉木板的板缝之间涂胶;
5)热压:将步骤4)涂好胶水的杉木拼接板放到热压机进行热压,热压温度130℃,且保压时间 5分钟,然后冷却;
6)打磨和抛光:将热压好的杉木板的两面进行打磨和抛光;
7)二次涂胶:在经过打磨抛光后的杉木板的两面涂胶;
8)二次热压:将 2mm 厚的隔音层和吸音层贴到涂有胶水的杉木板的两面后 , 将整块板放到热压机上进行热压,热压温度130℃,保压时间10分钟,然后冷却;
9)打磨和抛光:打磨和抛光杉木板的隔音层和吸音层的表面;
10)三次涂胶:在打磨好的隔音层和吸音层的表面上均匀地涂上胶水;
11)三次热压:在涂有胶水的隔音层和吸音层的表面上均匀地贴上 10mm厚的杉木皮,并放到热压机上压平,热压温度130℃,保压时间6分钟,然后冷却;
12)裁边:将步骤11)热压好的杉木板送到裁边机上裁边,裁成长为1220mm宽为2440mm长的规格大小;
13)包装:将经过裁边的杉木板进行包装。
其中隔音层的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维棉与秸秆放入高速混合机进行混合,将高速混合机升温至130℃;在转速为400转/分下进行混合,混合时间为20分钟;并加热烘干,加热时间为20分钟,然后将获得的均匀混合的隔音粉再经过挤压成型获得2mm厚的隔音层。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的若干个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种杉木拼接板,其特征在于,包括芯板、上层和底层;所述上层和底层均与所述芯板采用胶水粘合在一起;所述芯板由若干块杉木块有序排列拼接粘合而成,所述杉木块之间设置有相互楔合的楔口;所述上层包括吸音层与贴合在吸音层的上表面的上表层,所述下层板包括隔音层和贴合在隔音层的下表面的下表层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杉木拼接板,其特征在于,所述杉木块之间相互交错排列,且所述楔口为锯齿状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杉木拼接板,其特征在于,所述隔音层由聚酯纤维棉与秸秆混合后挤压成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杉木拼接板,其特征在于,所述吸音层由矿渣棉材料构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杉木拼接板,其特征在于,所述上表层和下表层为贴面层。
