(9)纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子2份;
(10)松油10份;
(11)氯铂酸1.5份;
(12)偶联剂1.3份;
(13)润滑剂1.4份;
(14)增塑剂1.2份;
(15)抗氧剂1.3份;
(16)着色剂0.8份。
实施例2:
本发明所述的一种电缆用矿物绝缘材料,按重量份数计算,它包括以下组分,
(1)塑料弹性体35份;
(2)云母8份;
(3)矿物纤维18份;
(4)石墨粉8份;
(5)石英砂9份;
(6)氢氧化镁6份;
(7)二氧化硅10份;
(8)氢氧化铝4份;
(9)纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子3份;
(10)松油12份;
(11)氯铂酸1.8份;
(12)偶联剂1.4份;
(13)润滑剂1.6份;
(14)增塑剂1.5份;
(15)抗氧剂1.6份;
(16)着色剂1份。
实施例3:
本发明所述的一种电缆用矿物绝缘材料,按重量份数计算,它包括以下组分,
(1)塑料弹性体40份;
(2)云母9份;
(3)矿物纤维19份;
(4)石墨粉9份;
(5)石英砂6份;
(6)氢氧化镁7份;
(7)二氧化硅12份;
(8)氢氧化铝5份;
(9)纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子4份;
(10)松油16份;
(11)氯铂酸2.5份;
(12)偶联剂1.8份;
(13)润滑剂1.8份;
(14)增塑剂1.7份;
(15)抗氧剂1.7份;
(16)着色剂1.3份。
本发明选择合适的塑料弹性体、云母、矿物纤维、石墨粉、石英砂、氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、氢氧化铝、纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子、松油、氯铂酸、偶联剂、润滑剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂及着色剂,以及原料的恰当配比,不仅成型加工方便,而且绝缘性能优异,遇明火不易被引燃,无毒无卤,保护环境。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:按重量份数计算,它包括以下组分,
(1)塑料弹性体25-45份;
(2)云母5-10份;
(3)矿物纤维15-20份;
(4)石墨粉5-10份;
(5)石英砂5-10份;
(6)氢氧化镁5-10份;
(7)二氧化硅7-14份;
(8)氢氧化铝1-5份;
(9)纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子1-5份;
(10)松油8-18份;
(11)氯铂酸1-3份;
(12)偶联剂1-2份;
(13)润滑剂1-2份;
(14)增塑剂1-2份;
(15)抗氧剂1-2份;
(16)着色剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:按重量份数计算,它包括以下组分,
(1)塑料弹性体30份;
(2)云母6份;
(3)矿物纤维16份;
(4)石墨粉7份;
(5)石英砂8份;
(6)氢氧化镁9份;
(7)二氧化硅8份;
(8)氢氧化铝2份;
(9)纳米级陶瓷化塑料粒子3份;
(10)松油9份;
(11)氯铂酸2份;
(12)偶联剂1.2份;
(13)润滑剂1.3份;
(14)增塑剂1.1份;
(15)抗氧剂1.4份;
(16)着色剂0.6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述塑料弹性体为聚苯硫醚、PBT、PA、PET、ABS、PP、PE或PC中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述矿物纤维为硼纤维、玻璃纤维或钛酸镁纤维中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述松油为松树分泌出的树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷类或钛酸酯类偶联剂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、乙蜡或合成润滑油硅油中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二酸钾二(2-乙基己)酯或癸二酸二辛酯中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂或胺类抗氧剂中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电缆用矿物绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述着色剂为炭黑或钴兰中的一种。
