Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐温造纸毛毯湿毯的生产工艺,它涉及造纸毛毯湿毯生产新工艺技术领域。它的生产工艺为:选用纬线材料为聚酯综丝通过卷纬机进行卷纬后接着再通过整经机进行整经后采用织造机进行织造,织造好的初成品进行镶头后,将织造成的基布定型,定型后将聚氨酯短纤维进行和毛后进行铺毛,铺毛结束后进行针刺,针刺结束后检验成品进行包装入库即可。解决了原工艺所生产造纸毛毯湿毯在造纸厂生产过程中毛毯表面起鱼鳞皮、滤水性能差、压花、使用寿命短等缺点。可提高纸机车速,延长寿命,提高纸厂生产效率。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种耐温造纸毛毯湿毯的生产工艺,属于造纸毛毯湿毯生产新工艺技术领域。
背景技术:
造纸机的造纸工序大体分成3个部分,即成形(forming)、压榨、干燥,在每个部分中水分连续地从纸的原料中被除去。而且,在每个部分中,使用对应于脱水功能的造纸用具。一直以来,毛毯被用于压榨部分中,通过压榨机构对放有湿纸的毛毯施压,形成使湿纸中的水分向毛毯转移的结构。目前常用的造纸毛毯湿毯生产工艺中,基布及毛毯均为聚酰胺综丝或短纤材料,从而导致湿毯在生产过程中由于高温回笼水(目前纸厂广泛使用)而导致毛毯表面形成鱼鳞皮结晶,滤水性能差,压花,使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐温造纸毛毯湿毯的生产工艺。
本发明耐温造纸毛毯湿毯的生产工艺为:选用纬线材料为聚酯综丝通过卷纬机进行卷纬后接着再通过整经机进行整经后采用织造机进行织造,织造好的初成品进行镶头后,将织造成的基布定型,定型后将聚氨酯短纤维进行和毛后进行铺毛,铺毛结束后进行针刺,针刺结束后检验成品进行包装入库即可。
作为优选,所述的铺毛过程为:将定型好的基布反面先铺第一遍毛,接着正面铺第二遍毛,正面在铺第三遍毛。
作为优选,所述的针刺过程为:铺毛结束后先对基布反面进行空刺,针刺深度为10.5mm,在对基布正面连续的空刺两遍,第一次空刺的深度为9mm,第二次空刺的深度为8mm,针刺的步距均为2.8mm。
本发明的有益效果:它能克服现有技术的弊端,解决了原工艺所生产造纸毛毯湿毯在造纸厂生产过程中毛毯表面起鱼鳞皮、滤水性能差、压花、使用寿命短等缺点。技术方案包括基布纬线材料的改变、毛网铺层材料的改变、铺毛、针刺方法的改变。它不仅克服上述缺点,而且在其它相同纸机条件下还可提高纸机车速,延长寿命,提高纸厂生产效率。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:选用纬线材料为聚酯综丝通过卷纬机进行卷纬后接着再通过整经机进行整经后采用织造机进行织造,织造好的初成品进行镶头后,将织造成的基布定型,定型后将聚氨酯短纤维进行和毛后进行铺毛,铺毛结束后进行针刺,针刺结束后检验成品进行包装入库即可。
