Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺旋有序排布纤维砂轮的制备装置及方法。所述装置包括砂轮成型机构和纤维等高出刃机构;所述砂轮成型机构包括上模板、下模板、模套Ⅰ、模套Ⅱ和芯棒;所述纤维等高出刃机构包括支座、电磁铁和卡箍。所述制备方法为:将酚醛树脂、导热材料、金属氧化物、固体润滑剂和造孔剂按比例混合,热压成型制得坯体;用深孔钻在坯体外圆周加工呈螺旋分布的系列圆孔获得基体;圆孔内填充环氧树脂,将纤维逐条嵌入圆孔内,采用砂轮成型机构将纤维固定在基体上;用纤维等高出刃机构确保纤维出刃高度一致;加热固化环氧树脂,砂轮成型。本发明具有纤维出刃高度一致、把持力大、抗弯能力强,砂轮修整工作量小、制造成本低、使用寿命长等优点。
The invention discloses a preparation device and method for a spirally ordered fiber grinding wheel. The device includes a grinding wheel forming mechanism and a fiber contour cutting mechanism; the grinding wheel forming mechanism includes an upper template, a lower template, a mold sleeve I, a mold sleeve II and a core rod; the fiber contour cutting mechanism includes a support, an electromagnet and a clamp. The preparation method is: phenolic resin, a heat conductive material, a metal oxide, a solid lubricant and a pore-forming agent are mixed in proportion, and hot-pressed to obtain a blank; a deep hole drill is used to process a series of circular holes in a spiral distribution on the outer circumference of the blank to obtain a matrix; epoxy resin is filled in the circular holes, and fibers are embedded in the circular holes one by one, and the grinding wheel forming mechanism is used to fix the fibers on the matrix; a fiber contour cutting mechanism is used to ensure that the fiber cutting height is consistent; the epoxy resin is heated and cured, and the grinding wheel is formed. The invention has the advantages of consistent fiber cutting height, large holding force, strong bending resistance, small grinding wheel dressing workload, low manufacturing cost, and long service life.
