背景技术
肿瘤的特征为异常细胞的失控生长,并由原发部位向它处播散,这种播散如无法控制,将侵犯要害器官并引起衰竭,最后导致死亡。
它与正常组织和细胞不同,不按正常细胞的新陈代谢规律生长,而变得不受约束和控制,并呈无规律的迅速生长,以至可以破坏正常组织器官的结构并影响其功能。肿瘤细胞与正常细胞相比,有结构、功能和代谢的异常,它们具有超过正常的增生能力,这种增生和机体不相协调。恶性肿瘤细胞能向周围浸润蔓延,甚至扩散转移到其他器官组织,继续成倍地增长,造成对人体或生命极大的危害。人体各部位是由不同细胞和组织构成,除头发、牙齿和指(趾)甲以外,几乎所有的器官和组织、细胞都可以发生肿瘤。
因为肿瘤因子和内分泌的改变,肿瘤患者常常会有食欲的下降、味觉改变,身体内部各大营养物质的代谢机制均发生变化,随之出现体重丢失和营养耗竭,而营养衰竭以至出现癌症性的恶病质是患者主要的死亡原因。早在1932年,外科学家Warren就指出,肿瘤病患者死亡的最常见因素是营养不良,称之为恶液质。恶液质往往与较低的生活质量和较差的预后相关,并对肿瘤治疗产生抵抗。而目前采用的各种针对肿瘤的治疗手段,如手术、放疗、化疗等则又是对患者病体的一种考验,比如化疗有可能引起强烈的消化道反应,使病人在化疗期内被严重的恶心、呕吐所困扰,几乎不能进食。且有些化疗方法会直接引起营养物质在肾脏和肠道的流失,导致营养严重缺乏。
而通过在接受手术、化疗、放疗的肿瘤患者中,使用营养支持能帮助他们完成抗肿瘤的治疗方案,改善营养,促进机体的健康及愈合,减少并发症及不良反应,保持良好的体力及功能状态。营养支持的主要目的不是治愈肿瘤,而是治疗营养不良,通过改善患者营养状态来改善器官功能、免疫状态,减少抗肿瘤治疗引起的毒副反应,从而发挥改善患者预后的作用。因此,营养支持疗效的监测指标侧重于营养状态、免疫功能、器官功能和生活质量的变化,以及对住院日、并发症、毒副反应等短期指标的改进方面,尤其是对于姑息支持治疗阶段的患者更是如此,而不适于采用对生存率、死亡率等远期指标的观察。即使我们不寄希望营养治疗能遏制肿瘤的发展,但是及时有效的营养支持却是保障肿瘤患者能够成功接收积极的综合治疗的前提,因此加强营养对于处在任何病情阶段的肿瘤患者来说都是必要的。

一种适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,由以下物质按照配比组成:全脂奶粉5-30g、预糊化变性淀粉3-10g、低聚异麦芽糖3-18g、深海鱼油2-8g、大豆分离蛋白7-30g、黄精0.5-10g、灵芝多糖0.1-8g、香菇多糖1-8g、红景天提取物0.1-9g、深海鱼油2-10g、麦芽糊精1-8g、大豆肽1.5-12.5g、β胡萝卜素400-800μgRE、维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B2 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B6 0.5-2mg、维生素C 50-200mg、维生素D 200-300IU、维生素E 5-20mgα-TE、钙200-600mg、铁3-15mg、镁10-40mg、硒5-50μg、钾400-600mg、磷100-300mg、烟酰胺2-6mg、泛酸1-6mg。

作为本发明进一步的方案:所述活性肽的制备工艺流程为:大豆分离蛋白→加水匀浆→变性→加酶水解→灭酶→过滤→真空浓缩→活性炭处理→喷雾干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。

(1)进行材料准备,同时准备纯净水;
(2)对材料进行过筛,同时根据配方进行配料;
(3)将步骤(2)中配好的料进行溶解;
(4)对步骤(3)中溶解后的溶液进行均质、浓缩、喷雾干燥然后装罐;
(5)对装罐后的半成品进行杀菌,然后装箱,最后经半成品检验后封装,制成成品入库。

一种适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,由以下物质按照配比组成:全脂奶粉10g、预糊化变性淀粉3g、低聚异麦芽糖5g、深海鱼油4g、大豆分离蛋白9.5g、黄精5g、灵芝多糖3g、香菇多糖2g、红景天提取物2g、深海鱼油3g、麦芽糊精5g、大豆肽11g、β胡萝卜素400-800μgRE、维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B2 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B6 0.5-2mg、维生素C 50-200mg、维生素D 200-300IU、维生素E 5-20mgα-TE、钙200-600mg、铁3-15mg、镁10-40mg、硒5-50μg、钾400-600mg、磷100-300mg、烟酰胺5mg、泛酸4mg。
实施例3
一种适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,由以下物质按照配比组成:全脂奶粉18g、预糊化变性淀粉4g、低聚异麦芽糖3g、深海鱼油2g、大豆分离蛋白6g、黄精3g、灵芝多糖4g、香菇多糖8g、红景天提取物3.5g、深海鱼油6g、麦芽糊精2g、大豆肽4g、β胡萝卜素400-800μgRE、维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B2 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B6 0.5-2mg、维生素C 50-200mg、维生素D200-300IU、维生素E 5-20mgα-TE、钙200-600mg、铁3-15mg、镁10-40mg、硒5-50μg、钾400-600mg、磷100-300mg、烟酰胺2-6mg、泛酸1-6mg。
以上实施例中:
红景天提取物的操作工艺流程为:红景天→挑选、清洗→粉碎→醇提→过滤→离心→低温浓缩→干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
灵芝提取物的操作工艺流程为:灵芝→清洗→粉碎→水提→过滤→离心→低温浓缩→喷雾干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
活性肽的制备工艺流程为:大豆分离蛋白→加水匀浆→变性→加酶水解→灭酶→过滤→真空浓缩→活性炭处理→喷雾干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
以上实施例中成品的制备流程包括以下步骤:
(1)进行材料准备,同时准备纯净水;
(2)对材料进行过筛,同时根据配方进行配料;
(3)将步骤(2)中配好的料进行溶解;
(4)对步骤(3)中溶解后的溶液进行均质、浓缩、喷雾干燥然后装罐;
(5)对装罐后的半成品进行杀菌,然后装箱,最后经半成品检验后封装,制成成品入库。
将实施例1中的食品进行临床服用,并以为服用者作为对比,服用对象和为服用对象均超过50例,服用3周后表明,为服用该特膳食品患者表现为体重降低,血浆白蛋白低下等营养不良症状,而服用该特膳食品患者只有少数几位出现体重下降,呕吐和浮现症状明显得到改善。
本发明通过合理的营养物质组合及科学配比,充分满足肿瘤患者的营养需求,改善营养状态,增强免疫功能,提高肿瘤患者对手术、放疗、化疗的耐受力,同时改善其饮食情况,可作为肿瘤患者日常饮食,达到增强免疫力,抵抗肿瘤细胞的作用。通过对服用特膳食品的肿瘤患者的服用试验可以证明,上述特膳营养食品能够调节患者饮食,提高机体免疫力,其服用的长期性和安全性高,易被接受,且方便服用,有效缓解患者因放疗损伤的味觉细胞,音响食欲而造成营养缺乏的问题,减轻患者痛苦。
黄精:黄精含甾体皂甙、黄精多糖等。黄精的生物活性包括抗病原微生物、抗病毒作用、抗疲劳作用、抗氧化作用、抗肿瘤作用等。香菇多糖具有抗肿瘤作用,它没有化疗药物的毒副作用。
香菇多糖:香菇多糖进入抗体后诱导产生一种具有免疫活性的细胞因子,在这些细胞因子的综合作用下,机体免疫系统增强,对肿瘤细胞起防御与杀伤作用。香菇多糖通过激活巨噬细胞,增强抗体依赖性细胞诱导的细胞毒(ADDC),发挥抗肿瘤活性;此外,香菇多糖还能使肿瘤部位的血管扩张和出血,导致肿瘤出血坏死和完全退化。
大豆分离蛋白:大豆分离蛋白是优质的植物蛋白,蛋白含量在90%以上,能够有效补充肿瘤患者蛋白质的消耗,增强患者体质,提高免疫力。
灵芝多糖和红景天提取物以及富含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的深海鱼油作为抗癌和抑制癌症的主要成分,能够为肿瘤患者提供一定的免疫和抗氧化的租用,其中灵芝多糖不仅能够增强免疫力,还可以调动免疫细胞来供给肿瘤细胞,对肿瘤有抑制和杀伤的作用,能够提高血小板纤维蛋白的形成能力。
红景天提取物:红景天提取物中含有苯丙酯类和类黄酮,其独特活性化学成分为苯丙酯类,具有愈小的抗氧化性,通过限制自由基伤害的不离作用,其可有效抵御因衰老而致的疾病。能抑制肿瘤生长,减少转移并延长肿瘤患者存活时间。
深海鱼油:深海鱼油中富含DHA和EPA,正常机体的免疫细胞具有监视和杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,但在异常情况下,机体产生大量的前列腺素E2,它是一种免疫细胞抑制剂,对免疫系统的多种免疫细胞均有明显的抑制作用,从而使机体免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的监视功能和杀伤能力受到抑制,导致肿瘤发生。而DHA和EPA能偶使前列腺E2产生减少、接触前列腺E2对各种免疫细胞的抑制作用,增强免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的监视和杀伤功能。
烟酰胺:烟酰胺能参与脂肪、蛋白质和碳水化合物的代谢,有降低血脂的功效。
泛酸:又称为维生素B5,由于肿瘤患者饮食受到影响,故会因为在饮食中摄入泛酸过少,而引起皮炎和肝脏损伤或贫血等症状,泛酸也是抗体的制造者之一,它能帮助抵抗多种传染病,缓和多种抗生素的副作用和毒性,有助于减轻过敏症状,另外,泛酸在制造及更新身体组织,帮助伤口愈合、防止疲劳有显著效果。
矿物质是维持人体生命所需的重要的营养物质,钙是构成骨骼和牙齿的主要成分,钙对神经系统也有较大影响,当血液中的钙含量减少时,神经兴奋性增高,会发生肌肉抽搐,钙还可以帮助血液凝固,磷是身体中酶、细胞核蛋白质、脑磷脂和骨骼的重要成分。铁是制造血红蛋白不可缺少的元素。镁有益于骨骼构成,维持生精兴奋。硒是人体必须的十四种微量元素之一,由于微量元素作为酶、激素、维生素、核酸的成份,维持生命的代谢过程,有比蛋白质、脂肪、维生素更重要的营养作用,且机体自身不能制造,必须取之于外界,微量元素硒通过与蛋白质和其他有机团结合,形成了酶、激素、维生素等大分子,发挥着重要的生理生化功能。硒是人类胚胎发生过程中的必需微量元素,由于硒参与多种重要酶和蛋白质的合成。
维生素也是维持人身体健康所必不可少的元素。β-胡萝卜素可作为获得维生素A的途径,维生素A是制造性激素的必要原料之一;是对抗自由基最有效的抗氧化剂之一,即能清除体内自由基,淬灭单线态氧,增强细胞间交流,进而具有提高机体免疫能力,预防肿瘤、血栓、动脉粥样硬化、前列腺疾病,增强生殖系统和泌尿系统机能,提高精子活力以及抗衰老,帮助保持眼角膜的润滑及透明度,促进眼睛的健康和改善和强化呼吸道系统功能。
维生素B1:在体内形成焦磷酸硫胺,作用于α-酮酸氧化脱羧酶系的辅酶参与糖代谢中,α-酮酸的氧化脱羧反应,同时激活胆碱乙酰化酶和抑制胆碱指酶的活性维持胆碱神经系统、消化系统和心血管系统的功能。人体每日对维生素B1需要为1mg,孕妇及儿童需多些,如果维生素B1缺乏,则会引起糖代谢障碍、能量减少,心血管系统、消化系统功能就会出现障碍,表现多种临床症状。
维生素B2:维生素B2在食品中以游离态或磷酸酯等结合形式存在,经人体吸收后会在肝脏被磷酸化,转成黄素单核苷酸(FMN),再供给能量之后转化成黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD),它们在生物氧化过程中具有氧化还原作用。我国人口严重缺乏维生素B2,长期缺乏或补充不足,将会出现精力不济,易疲劳、头晕、嘴唇干裂、脱皮、口腔溃疡、舌头发红或紫红、皮肤发痒、发育迟缓等现象。人体无法自身合成维生素B1和维生素B2,所以只能通过摄取食物进行补充,但随着生活水平的提高,食物的精做细吃,有不少已经流失。故要通过额外服用该类维生素,以达到人体所需的摄入量。
维生素B6:维生素B6是叶酸代谢过程中多种酶的辅酶,同时参与核酸的代谢,因而是免疫活性细胞繁殖和免疫球蛋白合成所不可缺少的营养素,增加维生素B6摄取量和降低冠心病发病率存在一定的关系,多项研究证明维生素B6对老年人脑功能具有一定的影响。动物试验发现,维生素B6缺乏会导致仔鼠产生腭裂、露脑和腹壁疝等出生缺陷。有病例对照研究表明,先天性心脏病患儿的母亲在孕期,其摄入的维生素B6和维生素B12都要低于正常对照组。
维生素B12:又称氰钴胺素,也称为动物蛋白因子,是一类含有类似氰钴胺素维生素活性物质的总称。它是唯一含有金属离子的水溶性维生素,又是人体必需的维生素之一。其主要生理功能有以下几方面:一是提高叶酸利用率,与叶酸一起合成甲硫氨酸(由高半胱氨酸合成)和胆碱,产生嘌呤和嘧啶的过程中合成氰钴胺申基先驱物质如甲基钴胺和辅酶B12,参与许多重要化合物的甲基化过程。二是维护神经髓鞘的代谢与功能。缺乏维生素B12时,可引起神经障碍、脊髓变性,并可引起严重的精神症状。维生素B12缺乏可导致周围神经炎。三是促进红细胞的发育和成熟。将甲基丙二酰辅酶A转化成琥珀酰辅酶A,参与三羧酸循环,其中琥珀酰辅酶A与血红素的合成有关。四是维生素B12还参与脱氧核酸(DNA)的合成,脂肪、碳水化合物及蛋白质的代谢,增加核酸与蛋白质的合成。
维生素E:一种强抗氧化剂,能有效地阻止食物和消化道内脂肪酸的酸败,保护细胞免受不饱和脂肪酸氧化;促进垂体促性腺激素的分泌;减少过氧化脂质的生成,保护机体细胞免受自由基的毒害;提高机体免疫力;延缓衰老,预防癌症及多种慢性疾病。
维生素C:又称为抗坏血酸对动物的生长发育、繁殖、健康都必不可少,一方面作为细胞内酶的辅助因子参与物质代谢,另一方面作为细胞内外重要抗氧化剂,在抗应激、调节免疫等功能上起重要作用。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,其特征在于,由以下物质按照配比组成:全脂奶粉5-30g、预糊化变性淀粉3-10g、低聚异麦芽糖3-18g、深海鱼油2-8g、大豆分离蛋白7-30g、黄精0.5-10g、灵芝多糖0.1-8g、香菇多糖1-8g、红景天提取物0.1-9g、深海鱼油2-10g、麦芽糊精1-8g、大豆肽1.5-12.5g、β胡萝卜素400-800μgRE、维生素B1 0.5-1.5mg、维生素B20.5-1.5mg、维生素B6 0.5-2mg、维生素C 50-200mg、维生素D 200-300IU、维生素E 5-20mgα-TE、钙200-600mg、铁3-15mg、镁10-40mg、硒5-50μg、钾400-600mg、磷100-300mg、烟酰胺2-6mg、泛酸1-6mg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,其特征在于,所述红景天提取物的操作工艺流程为:红景天→挑选、清洗→粉碎→醇提→过滤→离心→低温浓缩→干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,其特征在于,所述灵芝提取物的操作工艺流程为:灵芝→清洗→粉碎→水提→过滤→离心→低温浓缩→喷雾干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,其特征在于,所述活性肽的制备工艺流程为:大豆分离蛋白→加水匀浆→变性→加酶水解→灭酶→过滤→真空浓缩→活性炭处理→喷雾干燥→包装→检验→入库备用。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的适用于肿瘤患者服用的特膳食品,其特征在于,其制备流程包括以下步骤:
(1)进行材料准备,同时准备纯净水;
(2)对材料进行过筛,同时根据配方进行配料;
(3)将步骤(2)中配好的料进行溶解;
