一种吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器,由直径为150mm,高为800mm的圆柱体构成,在圆柱体上均布有三根U型门字钢条(16),钢条直径为10mm,宽度为830mm,高度为295mm,门字钢条(16)主要作用是将内置触媒均匀器定位在反应罐(6)的中心部位,门字钢条(16)采用的材料为45钢或低碳钢;触媒均匀器(12)可采用硅酸铝纤维棉2号标准型或3号高纯型等,也可以采用RKZ?1.0、RKZ?1.3、RKZ?2.0等牌号的抗渗碳异型砖制造。本发明使吸热式气氛发生器工作更加可靠,产气的质量更高,产气成分更加均匀,触媒使用更节约。

Description

吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器
技术领域
本发明涉及吸热式发生器反应坩埚触媒的装炉技术方式,特别涉及一种吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器。
背景技术
吸热式发生器由加热炉、冷却器、泵、阀、仪表及通入反应罐之前的管路系统所组成。加热炉炉膛中装有盛满触媒的坩埚,触媒促使坩埚内天然气和空气混合气体进行充分的裂化反应并生成吸热式气氛。在吸热式发生器装有触媒的坩埚中,由于坩埚内装的触媒填充较为密实,触媒在高温下发挥的催化作用不均匀,在坩埚内大部分触媒因长时间使用到寿命失效后,坩埚圆周边缘部位的触媒因为没有充分参与反应,这部分触媒还没有使用到寿命,这造成一定的浪费。
热式气氛发生器工作过程是:将天然气与空气按1:2.8的比例混合后,送入装有镍质触媒的、由外部炉膛供热的反应坩埚中,经历一系列物理——化学变化,然后再将产气迅速冷却而制成,冷却后的产气作为保护气氛或渗碳的载气被送入热处理炉中。
图1是吸热式气氛的一种制备流程简图,在罗茨鼓风机9的抽力作用下,空气被吸入管路。来自贮气罐的天然气借助本身所具有的压力,自动流入发生装置系统管路。空气和天然气经各自的针阀2和流量计3,按一定的比例流入比例混合器8,在鼓风机作用下,经充分混合后,送入装有触媒5的,由外部炉膛供热的反应坩埚6中进行反应,甲烷气和空气反应方程式为:
CH4+1/2O2+1/2×79/21N2→CO+2H2+79/21×N2+Q
反应后的高温气体经冷却器4急速冷却到300℃以下,使产气组分固定,即得到吸热式气氛,通过管路输送至热处理加热炉。
触媒牌号为德国易普森K‐24670‐02和K‐07859‐01叠加层装炉使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了使吸热式气氛发生器工作更加可靠,产气的质量更高,产气成分更加均匀,触媒使用更节约;而提供一种全新的内置触媒均匀器。见图2示意图,该内置触媒均匀器安装在盛满触媒的坩埚内中心,可起到使触媒充分利用,发生器坩埚中的吸热反应更加均匀、完整的进行,达到节约触媒使用量的目的。
本发明所涉及的吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器,安装在吸热式气氛发生器的炉体反应罐中央位置,其结构为硅酸铝纤维棉压制而成的圆柱体,该圆柱体体积为反应罐体积的十三分之一,圆柱体上均布有三根U型的门字钢条16,门字钢条16采用的材料可以是45钢或低碳钢,触媒均匀器12可采用硅酸铝纤维棉2号标准型或3号高纯型等,也可以采用RKZ-1.0、RKZ-1.3、RKZ-2.0等牌号的抗渗碳异型砖制造;该圆柱体的存在可以使天然气和空气的混合气体在反应罐中的流向和路径更加合理,使触媒在高温下的使用更加均匀和充分。
本发明的有益效果是:使触媒在反应罐中使用更合理,节约触媒的使用量,使气氛在反应罐中流向更均匀。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明一步说明。
实施例
本实施例所涉及的吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器,安装在吸热式气氛发生器的炉体反应罐中央位置,其结构如图3所示,该触媒均匀器由直径为150mm,高为800mm的圆柱体构成,在圆柱体上均布有三根U型门字钢条16,钢条直径为10mm,宽度为830mm,高度为295mm,门字钢条16主要作用是将内置触媒均匀器定位在反应罐6的中心部位。门字钢条16采用的材料可以是45钢或低碳钢,触媒均匀器12可采用硅酸铝纤维棉2号标准型或3号高纯型等,也可以采用RKZ‐1.0、RKZ‐1.3、RKZ‐2.0等牌号的抗渗碳异型砖制造;该圆柱体的存在可以使天然气和空气的混合气体在反应罐中的流向和路径更加合理,使触媒在高温下的使用更加均匀和充分。
本实施例的触媒均匀器吸热式气氛制备流程如图1所示,空气使用过滤器1净化后通过管路和针阀2,流量计3进入比例混合器8,天然气通过针阀2,流量计3进入比例混合器8,空气和天然气在比例混合器8中充分混合后,在罗茨鼓风机9的加压下进入图2所示的反应罐中,与坩埚内的触媒充分接触,此时触媒加快空气和天然气的反应速度,同时降低反应的温度,在内置触媒均匀器的作用下,空气和天然气的反应围绕在内置触媒均匀器的四周空间进行,触媒可得到均匀使用。反应生成的吸热式裂化气体经过冷却器4被冷却到300℃以下,然后送入热处理炉膛中。

1.一种吸热式发生器反应罐内置触媒均匀器,其特征是:该触媒均匀器(12)由直径为150mm,高为800mm的圆柱体构成,在圆柱体上均布有三根U型门字钢条(16),钢条直径为10mm,宽度为830mm,高度为295mm,门字钢条(16)主要作用是将内置触媒均匀器定位在反应罐(6)的中心部位,门字钢条(16)采用的材料为45钢或低碳钢;触媒均匀器(12)可采用硅酸铝纤维棉2号标准型或3号高纯型等,也可以采用RKZ-1.0、RKZ-1.3、RKZ-2.0等牌号的抗渗碳异型砖制造。
