Abstract

本发明公开了一种止推片强制润滑结构。该止推片强制润滑结构包括:主轴瓦,该主轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽,并开设有与该储油槽连通的进油孔;止推片,成对布设在所述主轴瓦的两侧端面;以及主轴承盖,其从上方压紧所述主轴瓦,并通过螺栓穿过主轴承盖螺栓孔固定到机体上,所述主轴承盖螺栓孔与主轴瓦的储油槽连通;所述主轴承盖开设有止推片润滑油道,该止推片润滑油道的进口与主轴承盖螺栓孔连通,该止推片润滑油道的出口开设在止推片的外侧。该止推片强制润滑结构改善了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑情况,在受到过长时间的止推力时,依旧能够保证润滑;降低了止推片的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机润滑领域,特别涉及一种止推片强制润滑结构。
背景技术
现有的发动机,止推片与曲轴这对摩擦副主要是通过飞溅润滑来保证润滑,但是随着发动机配套技术的发展,止推片与曲轴的接触工作时间越来越长,受力也越来越大,这就导致止推片与曲轴之间的油膜的破坏,造成止推片异常磨损甚至失效。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理的止推片强制润滑结构,该止推片强制润滑结构通过在主轴承盖内增加润滑油道,让润滑油流到止推片与曲轴之间,增加了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑油量,改善了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑情况,在受到过长时间的止推力时,依旧能够保证润滑;增加了止推片周围的泄油量,降低止推片的温度;储油槽也可以储存一定量的润滑油,提高了发动机的适应性,发动机能够承受更大的止推力,发动机也可以倾斜布置;降低了止推片的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种止推片强制润滑结构,该止推片强制润滑结构包括:主轴瓦,该主轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽,并开设有与该储油槽连通的进油孔,润滑油通过所述进油孔从主油道流向该储油槽;止推片,成对布设在所述主轴瓦的两侧端面;以及主轴承盖,其从上方压紧所述主轴瓦,并通过螺栓穿过主轴承盖螺栓孔固定到机体上,所述主轴承盖螺栓孔与主轴瓦的储油槽连通;所述主轴承盖开设有止推片润滑油道,该止推片润滑油道的进口与主轴承盖螺栓孔连通,该止推片润滑油道的出口开设在止推片的外侧。
优选地,上述技术方案中,主轴瓦包括相互扣合的曲轴上止推轴瓦和曲轴下止推轴瓦,该曲轴上止推轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽。
优选地,上述技术方案中,进油孔贯穿曲轴上止推轴瓦的内外周面。
优选地,上述技术方案中,止推片润滑油道包括相互连通的横油道和纵油道。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该止推片强制润滑结构通过在主轴承盖内增加润滑油道,让润滑油流到止推片与曲轴之间,增加了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑油量,改善了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑情况,在受到过长时间的止推力时,依旧能够保证润滑;增加了止推片周围的泄油量,降低止推片的温度;储油槽也可以储存一定量的润滑油,提高了发动机的适应性,发动机能够承受更大的止推力,发动机也可以倾斜布置;降低了止推片的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的止推片强制润滑结构的具体结构包括:主轴承盖1、主轴瓦2和布设在该主轴瓦2两侧的止推片3,其中,主轴承盖1从上方压紧主轴瓦2,并通过螺栓固定到机体上。主轴瓦2内开设有储油槽4,润滑油会从主油道流向主轴瓦的储油槽,然后从储油槽流出到主轴承盖,主轴承盖内增加润滑油道,让润滑油流到止推片与曲轴之间,增加了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑油量,改善了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑情况,在受到过长时间的止推力时,依旧能够保证润滑;增加了止推片周围的泄油量,降低止推片的温度;储油槽也可以储存一定量的润滑油,提高了发动机的适应性,发动机能够承受更大的止推力,发动机也可以倾斜布置;降低了止推片的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。
具体来讲,主轴瓦2包括相互扣合的曲轴上止推轴瓦和曲轴下止推轴瓦,曲轴设置在该曲轴上止推轴瓦和曲轴下止推轴瓦的扣合空间内。曲轴上止推轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽4,并开设有与该储油槽4连通的进油孔5,进油孔5贯穿曲轴上止推轴瓦的内外周面,润滑油通过进油孔5从主油道流向储油槽,然后从储油槽流出到主轴承盖。
止推片3为圆环状,成对布设在主轴瓦2的两侧端面,用于对曲轴进行止推限位。
主轴承盖1从上方压紧主轴瓦2,并通过螺栓穿过主轴承盖螺栓孔固定到机体上。此时,主轴承盖螺栓孔与主轴瓦2的储油槽4连通。主轴承盖1开设有止推片润滑油道,该止推片润滑油道的进口与主轴承盖螺栓孔连通,该止推片润滑油道的出口6开设在止推片3的外侧,在现有结构的基础上该止推片强制润滑结构从主轴瓦的储油槽4处取油,经过主轴承盖螺栓孔(图中未示出)流入止推片润滑油道,最后将润滑油通过该止推片润滑油道的出口6通到止推片上,在主轴承座和止推片上设计润滑油道,改善工作状态下止推片与曲轴之间的润滑,增加摩擦副之间的润滑油量。优选的,止推片润滑油道包括相互连通的横油道和纵油道。
综上,该止推片强制润滑结构通过在主轴承盖内增加润滑油道,让润滑油流到止推片与曲轴之间,增加了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑油量,改善了止推片与曲轴之间的润滑情况,在受到过长时间的止推力时,依旧能够保证润滑;增加了止推片周围的泄油量,降低止推片的温度;储油槽也可以储存一定量的润滑油,提高了发动机的适应性,发动机能够承受更大的止推力,发动机也可以倾斜布置;降低了止推片的故障率,提高了整机的可靠性。

Claims (4)

1.一种止推片强制润滑结构,其特征在于,包括:
主轴瓦,该主轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽,并开设有与该储油槽连通的进油孔,润滑油通过所述进油孔从主油道流向该储油槽;
止推片,成对布设在所述主轴瓦的两侧端面;以及
主轴承盖,其从上方压紧所述主轴瓦,并通过螺栓穿过主轴承盖螺栓孔固定到机体上,所述主轴承盖螺栓孔与主轴瓦的储油槽连通;所述主轴承盖开设有止推片润滑油道,该止推片润滑油道的进口与主轴承盖螺栓孔连通,该止推片润滑油道的出口开设在止推片的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止推片强制润滑结构,其特征在于,所述主轴瓦包括相互扣合的曲轴上止推轴瓦和曲轴下止推轴瓦,该曲轴上止推轴瓦的内周面沿周向开设有储油槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的止推片强制润滑结构,其特征在于,所述进油孔贯穿曲轴上止推轴瓦的内外周面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的止推片强制润滑结构,其特征在于,所述止推片润滑油道包括相互连通的横油道和纵油道。
