Abstract
本发明公开了一种矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油及其制备方法,所述矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油由下述质量百分比的原料组成:柴机油复合剂9%‑16.5%、粘度指数改进剂8%‑15%、抗氧剂0.2%‑0.8%、降凝剂0.2%‑0.5%、抗磨剂0.3%‑1%、抗泡剂0.002%‑0.005%,余量为基础油。本发明柴油发动机油复合剂具有优良的清净分散性,可有效防止小颗粒烟怠积聚;重载车辆发动机容易产生烟炱,其烟炱颗粒直径在20‑40nm之间,烟炱颗粒的比表面积很大,微粒间的吸引力很强,很容易发生团聚,普通分散剂不能有效吸附烟炱微粒,使烟炱容易积聚,同时,由于聚酯中含有酯基,其具有较强的极性,可以通过物理键吸附在金属表面,形成一层较厚油膜,减少发动机磨损和提高密封性,进一步稳定油压。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油及其制备方法。
技术背景
矿区环境复杂,汽车相比于其他运输工具由于尺寸较小,在生产运输中有较高的机动性和灵活性,较好的爬坡能力以及较低的运输成本等优势成为矿区的主要运输设备之一。矿区车辆通常存在严重超载、多粉尘、路况复杂多变以及使用高硫柴油等情况,较一般道路车辆对柴油机油的要求更为严格。
矿区车辆长时间的超负荷运行需要更长的燃料喷射时间,被过度磨损的活塞环及燃油喷嘴,过长的怠速运转,较差的路况或盘山公路等,都会造成不合适的空燃比或较差的柴油雾化效果,从而使发动机燃烧效果变差,产生大量的烟炱,运营的旧车辆也会产生大量的烟炱。发动机油中烟炱的增长会对发动机正常运行产生负面的影响。第一,发动机中小的烟炱颗粒会逐步聚集成较大的颗粒,对发动机摩擦副表面造成磨损;第二,烟炱在高温和低温条件下形成漆膜或油泥;第三,烟炱在发动机中积聚成较大颗粒,形成网状结构阻碍油品的正常流动,增大机油的粘度;第四,烟炱会加剧油品氧化,加速消耗油品碱值,使油品中添加剂过早失效。
一般降低烟怠的影响的方法是将机油中加入清净分散剂,但由于烟炱颗粒较普通分散剂分子的体积大很多,普通分散剂不能有效地对烟炱微粒进行保护,烟炱的聚集在所难免。
由于一般矿区地势复杂,行使中经常遇见路况较差的路段,以及大坡、盘山路等情况,这对机油的性能相应的要求是保证在苛刻路段上依旧保持稳定的动力,及上坡和盘山路上保证足够和稳定的油压。由于矿区车辆通常严重超载,且经常连续运转,在如此苛刻的条件下使用普通机油经常会产生爬坡油压不足的问题。
发明内容
为克服以上问题,本发明制造一种矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。
本发明使用润英联高性能重负荷柴油发动机油复合剂配合分散型粘度指数改进剂制造一种适合矿区重载爬坡的柴油机油,润英联高性能重负荷柴油发动机油复合剂具有优良的清净分散性,可有效防止小颗粒烟怠积聚;有研究表明,分散型粘指剂具有如下优点,第一,在柴油机上使用性能好,积碳少;第二,可调制高档内燃机油,减少无灰分散剂用量,改善低温性能;第三,可使用高粘度基础油,减少暂时或永久粘度损失,降低油耗。重载车辆发动机容易产生烟炱,其烟炱颗粒直径在20-40nm之间,烟炱颗粒的比表面积很大,微粒间的吸引力很强,很容易发生团聚,普通分散剂不能有效吸附烟炱微粒,使烟炱容易积聚,本发明使用的分散型粘指剂为一种高分子物质,这种超大分子的分散剂能克服普通分散剂这一缺点,有利于烟炱的分散和稳定,有效防止小颗粒烟怠积聚。本发明使用的分散型粘度指数改进剂能明显提高机油粘度指数,可以有效分散烟炱,保持油品的性能。
由于矿区车辆长期连续超负荷运行,在如此的条件下会使发动机油的温度明显升高,随着油温的升高发动机油的粘度明显下降,同时发动机在这种严苛运行条件下,发动机油会遭受较强烈的剪切而使粘度下降,两种情况都会造成运行过程中油压过低,特别是爬坡过程中这一现象更为明显。为解决这一问题可以提高油品的粘度和粘度指数,一般做法是加入更大剂量的粘度指数改进剂,但加入较多粘度指数改进剂后会使机油抗剪切能力变差,简单说就是机油使用一段时间后由于高分子的粘度指数改进剂的分子链被剪切,造成油品粘度下降,引起油压降低。为解决这一问题,本发明引入聚酯合成基础油,提高粘度指数和粘度的同时可有效减少粘度指数改进剂的用量,提高油品的抗剪切能力,保持使用中稳定的油压。同时,由于聚酯中含有酯基,其具有较强的极性,可以通过物理键吸附在金属表面,形成一层较厚油膜,减少发动机磨损和提高密封性,进一步稳定油压。
下表为基础油150N中不加聚酯和加聚酯调至相近粘度油的剪切对比数据,从100℃和120℃运动粘度可以看出,随着温度升高,油品粘度降低,加入粘指剂及粘指剂和聚酯混合物的油品随着温度升高粘度不会下降过低,依旧可以对发动机进行保护;剪切实验根据行标SH/T 0103-2007含聚合物油剪切安定性的测定,可以明显看出通过剪切,含聚酯的油品粘度变化较小,也就是说在实际使用中,车辆经过一段时间行使,使用增粘剂和聚酯复合使用的油品粘度变化较小,依旧可以保持稳定的油压。
矿区车辆工作环境苛刻,容易造成机油氧化变质引起分散性能丧失,也会造成机油粘度迅速增长。提高机油的抗氧化性能能提高机油中烟炱的分散性和抑制粘度增长过快。为此,本发明在使用润英联高性能重负荷柴油发动机油复合剂的同时,额外补加抗氧剂进一步提高油品的抗氧化性。通过实验发现,酚酯型抗氧剂对抑制烟炱引起的油品粘度增长更加有效,本发明选用加入酚酯型抗氧剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:柴机油复合剂9%-16.5%、粘度指数改进剂8%-15%、抗氧剂0.2%-0.8%、降凝剂0.2%-0.5%、抗磨剂0.3%-1%、抗泡剂0.002%-0.005%,余量为基础油。
优选地,所述的柴机油复合剂可以为润英联D3384或D3474,所述柴机油复合剂也可以由下述重量份的原料制备而成:硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺4-8份、烷基苯磺酸钙1-5份、硫化烷基酚钙0.5-1.5份,己二酸二正辛酯55-65份。
优选地,所述的粘度指数改进剂为分散型乙丙共聚物,可以采用市售的Exxon公司的ECA 8358或8586或H5777分散型乙丙共聚物。
优选地,所述的抗氧剂为酚酯型抗氧剂,所述酚酯型抗氧剂可以为硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和/或3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯,也可以采用辽宁天合化工生产的T508抗氧剂。
更优选地,所述的酚酯型抗氧剂由40-60wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和40-60wt%3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯组成。
优选地,所述的降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
优选地,所述抗磨剂为有机钼和有机钨复配。
优选地,所述有机钼为钼胺络合物或氨基甲酸钼。可以采用市售的范德比尔特公司的M822有机钼。
所述钼胺络合物可以为如下化学式的化合物:

所述氨基甲酸钼为二异辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代三环氨基甲酸钼、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N-环己基N-十三烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N,N-二烷(芳基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N-苄基N-辛基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N-辛基N-十八烷基硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种或几种混合物。
优选地,所述有机钨为二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钨、二烷基胺基硫代磷酸钨、胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨中一种或多种的混合物。可以采用市售的范德比尔特公司的W324有机钨。
更优选地,所述的抗磨剂由40-60wt%N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和40-60wt%胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨组成。
优选地,抗泡剂为硅油;更优选地,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,可以采用市售的道康宁硅油PMX-200抗泡剂。
优选地,所述基础油由下述重量份的原料组成:15-30份天然气合成油、15-30份偏苯三酸酯、5-15份聚酯、15-35份600N基础油、5-15份BS光亮油。
聚酯为9-十八烯酸-9-十八烯酯、13-二十二烯酸-9-十八烯酯、13-二十二烯酸-13-二十二烯酯、9-十八烯酸-13-二十二烯酯、9-十八烯基-9-癸烯酯、12-(3-辛基环氧化乙烷基)十二烷基12-(3-辛基环氧化乙烷基)十二酯中一种或多种的混合物。
偏苯三酸酯为偏苯三酸三壬酯、三异癸醇偏苯三酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、偏苯三酸三-正丁基酯、偏苯三酸三正己酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯中一种或多种的混合物。
天然气合成油,优选为GTL(gas to fluid的缩写)基础油,所述GTL基础油是以碳氢化合物(天然气)为原料合成的基础油,可以采用市售的GTL-4。
更优选地,所述基础油由下述重量份的原料组成:15-30份GTL基础油、15-30份偏苯三酸酯、5-15份聚酯、15-35份600N基础油、5-15份BS光亮油。
本发明还提供了上述矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油的制备方法:将各组分混合均匀,即得所述矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。

将二分之一调配好的基础油加入调和釜中,升温至85℃±5℃,加入粘度指数改进剂(11%)、聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂(0.5%)后不断搅拌1h。加入剩余基础油,保持温度为60℃加入柴机油复合剂(13%),继续搅拌30min后,加入抗磨剂有机钼(0.5%)、抗磨剂有机钨(0.3%)、抗氧剂(0.5%)和消泡剂(0.003%)继续搅拌30分钟,冷却即得成品。
实施例2
将二分之一调配好的基础油加入调和釜中,升温至85℃±5℃,加入粘度指数改进剂(6%)、聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂(0.3%)后不断搅拌1h。加入剩余基础油,保持温度为60℃加入柴机油复合剂(13%),继续搅拌30min后,加入抗磨剂有机钼(0.6%)、抗磨剂有机钨(0.2%)、磨剂(0.5%)、抗氧剂(0.3%)和消泡剂(0.003%)继续搅拌30分钟,冷却即得成品。

将二分之一调配好的全合成基础油加入调和釜中,升温至85℃±5℃,加入粘度指数改进剂(9%)、聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂(0.5%)后不断搅拌1h。加入剩余基础油,保持温度为60℃加入柴机油复合剂(13%),继续搅拌30min后,加入抗磨剂有机钼(0.7%)、抗磨剂有机钨(0.1%)、抗氧剂(0.5%)和消泡剂(0.003%)继续搅拌30分钟,冷却即得成品。
实施例4
柴机油复合剂制备:向60份己二酸二正辛酯中加入烷基苯磺酸钙3份、硫化烷基酚钙1份转速400转/分搅拌10min,再加入硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺6份转速400转/分搅拌20min即得柴机油复合剂。
矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油原料:柴机油复合剂12%、乙丙共聚物10%、酚酯型抗氧剂0.5%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.3%、抗磨剂0.6%、二甲基硅油0.003%,余量为基础油。
所述基础油由20份GTL-4、20份偏苯三酸三壬酯、10份13-二十二烯酸-13-二十二烯酯、20份600N基础油、10份150BS光亮油搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的酚酯型抗氧剂由50wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和50wt%3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的抗磨剂由50wt%N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和50wt%胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨搅拌混合均匀得到。
矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油的制备方法:将基础油总重量二分之一的基础油加入调和釜中,升温至85℃,加入乙丙共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯,300转/分,搅拌1h。加入剩余基础油总重量的二分之一的基础油,保持温度为60℃加入柴机油复合剂,继续300转/分搅拌30min后,加入抗磨剂、酚酯型抗氧剂和二甲基硅油,300转/分,搅拌30分钟,冷却至25℃,即得实施例4的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。
实施例5
按实施例4的方法制备矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,区别仅仅在于:所述的酚酯型抗氧剂仅为硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]。得到实施例5的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。
实施例6
按实施例4的方法制备矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,区别仅仅在于:所述的酚酯型抗氧剂仅为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯。得到实施例6的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。

按实施例4的方法制备矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗磨剂仅为胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨。得到实施例8的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。
测试例1
对实施例4-8的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油测试油品的抗氧化能力。利用曲轴箱试验对本发明矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油的抗氧化能力进行评价,由于油品使用过程中粘度因机械剪切等作用先变小,随着油品进一步使用,油品出现氧化,粘度开始增加,由于现代油品质量普遍的提高,抗氧性明显提高,根据SH/T 0300-1992曲轴箱模拟试验条件测试,油品粘度绝大部分为粘度下降,还未达到氧化期就停止了实验,因此,采用雅士油品应用研究所的强化曲轴箱试验方法进行评价。方法为:以50ML/min的速度向油箱中强制通入空气,板温340℃,油温150℃,连续溅油8h,试验结束后对板面评级、称重并测试试验油粘度。具体测试结果见表1。

试验数据显示:在长时间高温状态下使用,粘度增长小,成焦量较少,板面清洁,也就是说在使用过程中保持优良的抗氧性能,使油品在较长时间能有效分散烟炱,保证机油性能。
比较实施例4与实施例5-6,实施例4(抗氧剂采用硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯复配)抗氧性能明显优于实施例5-6(抗氧剂采用硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯中单一原料)。比较实施例1与实施例4-5,实施例4(抗磨剂采用N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨复配)抗氧性能明显优于实施例7-8(抗磨剂采用N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨中单一原料)。
测试例2
对实施例4-8的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油测试油品的抗剪切能力,由于矿区车辆行使环境多变,在山区和爬坡过程需要稳定的油压,因此机油抗剪切能力尤为重要,通过柴油喷嘴剪切安定性测试仪衡量机油的抗剪切能力。由于油品在实际使用过程中粘度变化除受剪切的影响还受热氧化的影响,为使测试结果更接近实际使用状况,对SH/T0103-2007方法的测试条件进行了调整:测试油温设定为85℃,循环剪切次数设定为90次。具体测试结果见表2。

测试数据表明在更苛刻的工况条件下,剪切后粘度变化小,即使用过程中油压越稳定,更利于车辆在矿区盘山路和上坡路段使用。
比较实施例4与实施例5-6,实施例4(抗氧剂采用硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯复配)抗剪切能力明显优于实施例5-6(抗氧剂采用硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯中单一原料)。比较实施例4与实施例7-8,实施例4(抗磨剂采用N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨复配)抗剪切能力明显优于实施例7-8(抗磨剂采用N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨中单一原料)。
Claims (7)
1.一种矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的原料组成:柴机油复合剂9%-16.5%、粘度指数改进剂8%-15%、抗氧剂0.2%-0.8%、降凝剂0.2%-0.5%、抗磨剂0.3%-1%、抗泡剂0.002%-0.005%,余量为基础油;
所述抗氧剂为酚酯型抗氧剂;
所述的酚酯型抗氧剂由40-60wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和40-60wt%3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯组成;
所述柴机油复合剂为润英联D3384或D3474或由下述重量份的原料制备而成:硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺4-8份、烷基苯磺酸钙1-5份、硫化烷基酚钙0.5-1.5份,己二酸二正辛酯55-65份。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
3.如权利要求1所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为有机钼和有机钨中一种或多种的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,所述的抗磨剂由40-60wt%N,N-二(十二)烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和40-60wt%胺基二异丙基二硫代磷酸钨组成。
6.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油,其特征在于,所述基础油由下述重量份的原料组成:15-30份GTL基础油、15-30份偏苯三酸酯、5-15份聚酯和15-35份600N基础油、5-15份BS光亮油。
7.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油的制备方法,其特征在于,将各组分混合均匀,即得所述矿区专用重载爬坡柴油机油。
