本发明公开了一种治疗前列腺炎的中药组合物，该配方是由按下列质量配比的原料药材配制而成：木香10-25重量份，何首乌1-8重量份，黄连10-20重量份，隔山消10～25重量份，赶山鞭2-15重量份，通草1-10重量份，蝼蛄3～7只。本发明成分简单，天然来源，治疗前列腺炎效果良好(治愈率达约90％)、稳定，未见明显毒副作用，将其制成药剂工艺操作简便、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗前列腺炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
前列腺炎一直是男科和泌尿科的主要问题之一，人群中的发病率变化较大，各家研究结果也不尽相同。国际健康中心的健康统计表明，1977-1978年前列腺炎发病率约为25％；35％～50％的男性会在一生中某个时候受到前列腺炎的影响Pavone等报道意大利泌尿科门诊有近18.9％的患者因反复出现前列腺炎临床症状而就诊。
在我国，前列腺炎约占泌尿男科门诊患者总数的1/3。前列腺炎是成年男子的常见疾病，对患者身心健康产生严重影响，且发病率有增加趋势，值得深入研究。其中，慢性前列腺炎是泌尿外科最常见的一种疾病，比较公认的方法，通常将慢性前列腺炎分为三种类型：慢性细菌性前列腺炎、非细菌性前列腺炎和前列腺痛。其中慢性非细菌性前列腺炎约占64％，其他病因仍不清楚，其在对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎文献综述的基础上，认为对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的病因、病理生理机制的认识还不够，因此目前还未达到较理想的治疗效果。慢性非细菌性前列腺炎占前列腺炎的绝大多数，目前对其病因、流行病学、诊断、治疗均有一定的进展，但由于其病因和发病机理尚未完全阐明，西医学往往缺乏彻底有效的治疗药物，致使本病治愈率低，复发率高，明显影响患者生活质量。中医药在长期的临床实践中对本病的治疗积累了丰富的经验，显示了中医药治疗本病的明显特色和优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗前列腺炎的中药组合物，它能够清热解毒，有效治疗前列腺炎，且疗效显著，无明显毒副作用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗前列腺炎的中药组合物，其包括如下质量配比的成分：
木香10-25重量份，何首乌1-8重量份，黄连10-20重量份，隔山消10-25重量份，赶山鞭2-15重量份，通草1-10重量份，蝼蛄3～7只。
优选地，该组合物包括：木香10-20重量份，何首乌2-5重量份，黄连12-20重量份，隔山消10-20重量份，赶山鞭5-8重量份，通草3-8重量份，蝼蛄3-5只。
更优选地，该组合物包括：木香15重量份，何首乌2-5重量份，黄连15重量份，隔山消15重量份，赶山鞭5重量份，大通筋3-8重量份，蝼蛄5只。
本发明中所述的木香为菊科物木香AuckiandialappaDecne.的根，具有行气止痛，健脾消食之功效。
本发明中所述的何首乌为蓼科植物何首乌PolygonummultiflorumThunb.的干燥块根，具有补肝，益肾，养血，祛风之功效。
本发明中所述的黄连为毛茛科植物黄连CoptischinensisFranch.、三角叶黄连CoptisdeltoideaC.Y.ChengetHsiao或云连CoptisteetaWall.的干燥根茎。具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效。
本发明中所述的隔山消为萝藦科植物耳叶牛皮消的块根，具有养阴补虚，健脾消食之功效。
本发明中所述的赶山鞭为为藤黄科植物赶山鞭的全草，具有凉血止血；活血止痛；解毒消肿之功效。
本发明中所述的通草为五加科植物通脱木Tetrapanaxpapyriferus(Hook.)K.Koch的干燥茎髓。具有利水渗湿、利尿通淋之功效。
本发明中所述的蝼蛄为为蝼蛄科昆虫蝼蛄的干燥全虫，具有利水、通便之功效。
本发明所述中药组合物的制备方法如下：
将组合物中的上述重量份配比的原料药材制成干粉状，然后混合，制成粉剂。服用时加入50-80重量份的开水浸泡即可。
也可以按照常规方法将本发明的组合物制成其他适合的制剂，例如颗粒剂、胶囊剂等。
本发明的药剂的使用方法优选如下：
所述药剂为粉剂开水冲服，一个疗程为三天，每天口服2次(饭前)，每次约6-10g(干粉)，并用50-80g的开水冲泡。服用本药剂期间需戒酒、宜食用清淡食物(几乎不含佐料)，且大小便通畅后即须停服本药剂。
本发明的特点如下：
本发明成分简单，来源天成，治疗前列腺炎效果良好、稳定，未见明显毒副作用，将其制成药剂工艺操作简便、成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1：取木香15g、何首乌2g、黄连15g、隔山消15g、赶山鞭5g、通草3g、蝼蛄5只。以上原料药材均制成干粉状后混合，之后只需要加入开水浸泡即可。服用时为饭前口服，一天口服两次，每次取药粉剂6-10g，并用50-60g的开水冲泡；需连续服用三天为一个疗程。
实施例2：取木香15g、何首乌5g、黄连10g、隔山消15g、赶山鞭5g、通草8g、蝼蛄5只。以上原料药材均制成干粉状后混合，之后只需要加入开水浸泡即可。服用时为饭前口服，一天口服两次，取要粉剂6-10g，并用50-60g的开水冲泡；需连续服用三天为一个疗程。
为了测试本发明中药组合物的治疗效果，使用上述实施例1或2的药剂，共治疗临床上确诊为前列腺炎男性患者共42例，每三天一个疗程，一般治疗1～10个疗程。治疗后各种疼痛症状消失、排尿正常者评价为治愈，结果治愈38例，治愈率为90％以上。
部分病例
临床病例1、田某，男，60岁，突患有急性前列腺炎1个月，之前服用治疗前列腺的药物(前列康、三金片等)均无疗效，按本发明实施例2中的药物和方法服用本发明配方一个疗程后各种疼痛症状消失、排尿正常，至今未复发。
临床病例2、田某某，男，80岁，突患急性前列腺炎1个月，在医院治疗一个月(包括吃药、打消炎针、插管等)无疗效(去掉插管后无法正常排尿)，按本发明实施例2中的药物和方法服用本发明配方一个疗程后各种疼痛症状消失、排尿正常，至今未复发。
临床病例3、梦某，男，82岁，突患急性前列腺炎20天，和病例2中田某某一样，在医院治疗两个月(包括吃药、打消炎针、插管等)无疗效(去掉插管后无法正常排尿)，按本发明实施例2中的药物和方法服用本发明配方一个疗程后各种疼痛症状消失、排尿正常，至今未复发。
临床病例4、田某，男，73岁，患慢性前列腺炎3年，排尿困难、尿频、尿痛等，长期吃各种医院开具的药物均无疗效，之后，其按照按本发明实施例1中的药物和方法服用本发明配方7个疗程(约20天)后各种疼痛症状消失、排尿正常，至今未复发。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗前列腺炎的中药组合物，其特征在于该组合物包括：木香10-25重量份，何首乌1-8重量份，黄连10-20重量份，隔山消10-25重量份，赶山鞭2-15重量份，通草1-10重量份，蝼蛄3-7只。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物包括：木香10-20重量份，何首乌2-5重量份，黄连12-20重量份，隔山消10～20重量份，赶山鞭5-8重量份，通草3-8重量份，蝼蛄3-5只。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括：木香15重量份，何首乌2-5重量份，黄连15重量份，隔山消15重量份，赶山鞭5重量份，通草3-8重量份，蝼蛄5只。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：将所述重量配比的原料药材制成干粉状，混合，制成粉剂。
