技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗高盐分的水乳剂及其制备方法,属于农业化学领域。
背景技术
在当前化学农药的各种剂型中,水乳剂是最具“绿色”特性的剂型之一,水乳剂又称农乳液或粗乳剂,是一种以水为连续相的水包油(O/W)混合体系,通过加入适当的助剂及特殊的加工工艺,使油相以细小微粒均匀地分布在水相中。粒径一般在0.1-1微米之间,外观通常为乳白色液体,放入水中有较好的乳化分散性。由于水乳剂是非均相液体,这就决定了在研制过程中,解决稳定性是首先要考虑的问题。一个优良的配方需要各种助剂进行配伍,且要有良好的协同性,。但是要想研制出适用的水乳剂产品,迫切需要材料学、生物学、植物学、病虫害防治学等多学科的密切配合,
现在国内市场上面出现很多水乳剂产品,但是还没有做的好的高盐分的水乳剂。高盐分的水乳剂不稳定,冷热贮和常温贮存容易分层析水,做的不好的还会有沉淀,入水有有颗粒,堵喷头,严重影响产品外观和产品的使用价值。
本发明的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂及制备方法制得的剂型性能稳定,易降解,生产工艺流程简单,投资和设备费用低;本发明采用合理的加工工艺能够得到质量稳定、药效好、耐储存的水乳剂产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗高盐分的水乳剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,包括如下重量比的组分:包括如下重量比的组分:农药有效成分0.1%-20%,溶剂0.1%-30%,表面活性剂0.1%-10%,特种助剂1%-5%,稳定剂1%-5%,防冻剂1%-5%,余量为水。
所述的农药有效成分是甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐。
所述的溶剂为环己酮、乙酸仲丁酯、二甲苯、S-150#溶剂油、S-200#溶剂油中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的特种助剂为水性聚氨酯。
所述稳定剂为花生油、环氧大豆油、环氧亚麻油、大豆油中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的防冻剂是尿素、丙二醇、丙三醇、乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的水是去离子水。
本发明所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂的制备方法:用溶剂将农药溶解后,加入表面活性剂、特种助剂、稳定剂和防冻剂,混匀后,加入水,再高速剪切,得到所述的水乳剂

依本发明的技术方案,73%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐3.15g,用5g环己酮和5g二甲苯溶解后,加入表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸盐和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3g,搅匀后,稳定剂环氧大豆油3g,乙二醇3g充分混合溶解后,水补足至100g,剪切机7000转剪切10min,制得2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂,此例不加特种助剂。
实施例二
依本发明的技术方案,73%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐3.15g,用5g环己酮和5g二甲苯溶解后,加入表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸盐和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3g,搅匀后,再加入2g水性聚氨酯,稳定剂环氧大豆油3g,乙二醇3g充分混合溶解后,水补足至100g,剪切机7000转剪切10min,制得2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂。
实施例三
依本发明的技术方案,73%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐4.11g,用8g环己酮和10g S-200#溶剂油溶解,加入表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸盐和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠5g,摇匀后,再加入3g水性聚氨酯,稳定剂环氧大豆油3g,乙二醇3g充分混合溶解后,水补足至100g,剪切机7000转剪切10min,制得3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂。
实施例四
依本发明的技术方案,73%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐6.84g,用10g环己酮和10g S-200#溶剂油溶解后,加入表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸盐和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠4g,摇匀后,再加入2g水性聚氨酯,稳定剂环氧大豆油3g,乙二醇3g充分混合溶解后,水补足至100g,剪切机7000转剪切10min,制得5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂。
实施例五:稳定性测试
对上述实施例一至五所制得的水乳剂产品进行稳定性测试,结果如下表。从试验结果可以看出,本发明水乳剂各项稳定性测试结果合格,明显优于对照的实施例一。

1.一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量比的组分:农药有效成分0.1%-20%,溶剂0.1%-30%,表面活性剂0.1%-10%,特种助剂1%-5%,稳定剂1%-5%,防冻剂1%-5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的农药有效成分是甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为环己酮、乙酸仲丁酯、二甲苯、S-150#溶剂油、S-200#溶剂油中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的特种助剂为水性聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为花生油、环氧大豆油、环氧亚麻油、大豆油中的一种或几种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的防冻剂是尿素、丙二醇、丙三醇、乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂,其特征在于:所述的水是去离子水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高盐分的水乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于:用溶剂将农药溶解后,加入表面活性剂、特种助剂、稳定剂和防冻剂,混匀后,加入水,再高速剪切,得到所述的水乳剂。
