本发明涉及日常生活中烹调菜肴所用佐料酱油的改进。其配方是按重量比为酱油8~12份、鲜蘑汁0.35~0.55份、碘化钾0.0004~0.0006份。本发明与以往的酱油相比,不但色浓、咸度适中、口感好,而且气味芳香、味鲜、含有碘等微量元素。食用后能增强机体免疫力,促进新陈代谢,是一种保健调味佳品。

一种保健酱油
本发明涉及日常生活中烹调菜肴所用佐料酱油的改进。
多年来,由粮食酿造而成的酱油一直是人们生活中不可缺少的调味品,常用的食用酱油虽色浓及咸度适中,但不含有人体所需的一些维生素和微量元素,仅是一种调味品。对于缺碘的人们只能靠服用含碘食品和服药来防治容易引起的甲状腺肿、克丁病等,补充人体所需的碘等多种微量元素。靠服含碘食品或补药来补充碘,不但麻烦而且不易持久坚持,难以达到预期的效果。能否有一种含碘等多种微量元素,并每日都服用,不会感到麻烦的食品一直是有关部门较为关注的问题。
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的缺点,提供一种能够含碘等多种微量元素,而且服用方便的调味品,为一种可含碘和其它微量元素的酱油。
本发明配制的组方为:按重量比酱油8~12份、鲜蘑汁0.35~0.55份、碘化钾0.0004~0.0006份。
本保健酱油的制备方法是:将本色酱油加入鲜蘑汁和碘化钾混合均匀后,灭菌制成。
本发明与以往的酱油相比,不但色浓、咸度适中、口感好,而且气味芳香、味鲜、含有碘等微量元素。食用后能增强机体免疫力,促进新陈代谢,是一种保健调味佳品。其加工方法简单,便于推广和生产。
实例:
1.取本色酱油100份、鲜蘑菇分离原汁5份、碘化钾0.0005份,在常温下混合均匀,经高温灭菌后装袋为成品。
2.将本色酱油500公斤、经洗净、挤汁的鲜蘑汁25公斤、碘化钾2.5克,混合搅拌均匀后制成。
所制成的酱油可对碘缺少而引起的甲状腺肿、克丁病等有防治作用,可作到长期服用。

1.一种保健酱油,其特征是按重量比为酱油8~12份、鲜蘑汁0.35~0.55份、碘化钾0.0004~0.0006份。
2.一种制备权利要求1的产品的方法,其特征是将本色酱油加入鲜蘑汁和碘化钾混合均匀后,灭菌制成。
