Abstract
本发明公开了一种能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,由活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂、防冻剂、溶剂等组成。制备该脱硫催化剂时,首先将活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂和少量溶剂加入合成釜中搅拌反应,再加入防冻剂和溶剂使溶解完全并搅拌均匀,制得成品,使用时可根据废碱液处理量按比例直接添加。本发明所述高效脱硫催化剂的生产原料易得,制备工艺简单,产品为均匀液体,流动性好,催化活性高、选择性好,添加量少,产品无毒,绿色环保,具有很好的经济性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工产品的制备技术领域,涉及一种能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
能源化工废碱液是指在石油化工、新型煤化工及特种化工等企业生产中产生的高浓度污染物碱性废液,废碱液中一般含有较高浓度的硫化物、硫醇、有机酸盐、杂酚、油以及其他类似的有机和无机化合物,具有深色、恶臭和强腐蚀性,属于危险废物。废碱液如直接排放会释放出强烈刺激性恶臭味,对大气、水域和土壤造成严重污染,因此,此类废水不宜直接排入生产企业的污水集中处理系统,之前一般都需要进行预处理。
目前国内外公知的废碱液中硫化物处理方法主要有沉淀法、汽提法、中和法、氧化法、苛化再生氢氧化钠、结晶制取硫化钠和废碱液用于制浆造纸等,其中常见的是氧化法,它是在一定温度、压力下,使用催化剂对废碱液进行催化氧化处理,最终将硫化物转化为硫代硫酸盐或硫酸盐。
如US4855123公开的一种氧化方法是利用非浸渍的碳催化剂在50~130℃、0~980KPa的条件下进行的催化氧化,将硫化钠氧化成多硫化钠和硫代硫酸钠,但由于硫代硫酸钠也是不稳定的含硫化合物,在酸性条件下,会歧化生成单质硫,故这种方法不能从根本上将含硫化合物转换为稳定的硫酸盐的形式。另如公开号为US5207927、US5470486的专利文本中述及的方法是采用金属催化剂,在150℃,1000KPa左右条件下,将硫化物氧化成硫酸盐。采用高温、高压氧化法,虽然可以获得较好的氧化处理效果,但装置的工程设备投资大、运行费用高,系统操作、管理也非常复杂。
除上述氧化方法外,目前本领域也有采用在常温、常压条件下通过传统催化剂对废碱液中硫化物进行空气氧化处理的方法,这些方法虽能在一定程度上提高氧化反应速度,但仍不能快速地将硫化物或硫代硫酸盐彻底的氧化成稳定的硫酸盐,且氧化产物中存在大量的硫代硫酸盐,氧化反应不彻底;此外,处理过程中还会产生较大的臭味,污染大气环境。如在CN101143746A专利文本披露的技术中采用负载型酞菁钴催化氧化脱硫,使用塔式反应器,虽可使硫化物脱硫效率得到提高,但产物仅仅是被转化为硫代硫酸盐,并非稳定态硫。又如CN1579956A专利文本中提到含铁催化剂存在下,用压缩空气搅拌反应,可使硫化物降至45mg/L以下,但采用该方法仍是将大部分硫转化为硫代硫酸盐,且处理过程中催化剂用量大,为固液混合物,操作程序复杂。再如CN10178068A专利文本公开的方法是利用三价铋的化合物做催化剂,在常温、常压下将硫化物或硫代硫酸盐完全氧化成硫酸盐,处理过程中催化剂的用量较大,且需多次调节PH并引入大量的水,还需增加过滤装置,并需回收催化剂,流程偏于复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种可在常压反应条件下将硫化物完全氧化成硫酸盐的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,同时提供一种专用于该高效脱硫催化剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下所述。
一种能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,由下述质量比的物质原料制成:
其中,所述的活性前驱体为由硫酸铁、氯化铁或硝酸铁构成的铁盐和/或由硫酸钴、硝酸钴或氯化钴构成的钴盐和/或由硫酸锰、醋酸锰、草酸锰、氯化锰或硝酸锰构成的锰盐;
所述的增效剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基硫酸钠和/或聚丙烯酸及其盐类和/或乙氧基烷基硫酸钠和/或椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和/或乙氧基烷基硫酸铵;
所述的助剂为硅酸钠和/或山梨酸钠和/或三乙醇胺和/或聚磷酸钠和/或硼酸钠和/或乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠和/或柠檬酸钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸钠和/或二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠和/或庚糖酸钠和/或葡萄糖酸钠;
所述的防冻剂为甲醇和/或乙醇和/或乙二醇和/或丙二醇和/或丙三醇;
所述的溶剂为水。
用于制备该高效脱硫催化剂的方法是:在常温下,首先将活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂和7%~22%量的溶剂加入到合成釜中搅拌反应2~5h,完成后,加入防冻剂和其余78%~93%量的溶剂,使溶解完成,并继续搅拌2~5h,制得成品。所制得的成品为无色至淡黄色透明液体,密度1.05±0.1g/mL,凝点<-5℃。
本发明优化的技术方案在于:所述的活性前驱体为由硫酸铁、硝酸铁构成的铁盐和/或由硫酸钴、硝酸钴或氯化钴构成的钴盐和/或由硫酸锰、醋酸锰、草酸锰或氯化锰构成的锰盐。
本发明优化的技术方案还在于:所述的增效剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基硫酸钠。
本发明优化的技术方案还在于:所述的助剂为硼酸钠和/或葡萄糖酸钠和/或聚磷酸钠和/或乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸钠。
本发明优化的技术方案还在于:所述的防冻剂为乙二醇和/或丙二醇。
上述高效脱硫催化剂中,活性前驱体是活性物原料,增效剂的作用是增强体系溶氧效果,助剂是合成活性物的原料,促进氧原子活化,防冻剂的作用是降低产品的冰点,溶剂的作用是稀释组分,使最终产品为液体状态,易于添加。
本发明所述高效脱硫催化剂的作用机理是:在常压、低温下,该脱硫催化剂可有效地促进空气中氧的溶解、活化,提高产物选择性,从而促进反应的快速完成,使不稳定的硫化物转化为稳定态的硫。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、相比以往的脱硫催化剂产品,本发明所述脱硫催化剂为均匀液体,流动性好,易于添加,且不堵塞管路;
2、本发明所述脱硫催化剂具有降低表面张力、增加溶解氧、促进氧原子的活化、促进反应快速进行、提高氧化效率等效果;
3、本发明所述脱硫催化剂的选择性好、添加量少、催化活性高,S2-转化彻底,产品无毒,绿色环保;
4、本发明所述脱硫催化剂的原料易得、制备简单、成本低,可有效降低废碱液处理成本。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂由活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂、防冻剂、溶剂等物质原料组成。其中,所说的活性前驱体为由硫酸铁、氯化铁或硝酸铁构成的铁盐和/或由硫酸钴、硝酸钴或氯化钴构成的钴盐和/或由硫酸锰、醋酸锰、草酸锰、氯化锰或硝酸锰构成的锰盐;所说的增效剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基硫酸钠和/或聚丙烯酸及其盐类和/或乙氧基烷基硫酸钠和/或椰油酸二乙醇酰胺和/或乙氧基烷基硫酸铵;所说的助剂为硅酸钠和/或山梨酸钠和/或三乙醇胺和/或聚磷酸钠和/或硼酸钠和/或乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠和/或柠檬酸钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸钠和/或二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠和/或庚糖酸钠和/或葡萄糖酸钠;所说的防冻剂为甲醇和/或乙醇和/或乙二醇和/或丙二醇和/或丙三醇;所说的溶剂为水。
用于制备该高效脱硫催化剂的方法是:在常温下,首先将活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂和少量(7%~22%量)的溶剂加入到合成釜中搅拌反应2~5h,完成后,加入防冻剂和其余(78%~93%量)的溶剂,使溶解完成,并继续搅拌2~5h,制得成品。使用时可根据废碱液处理量按比例直接添加。
以下将结合实施例对本发明内容做进一步阐明,但本发明的实际应用形式并不只限定于下述的实施例。
实施例1
分别取硫酸锰10g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2g、硅酸钠5g、柠檬酸钠10g、葡萄糖酸钠7g和水10g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌3h,然后再加入乙二醇5g、水51g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例2
分别取硫酸铁3克、硫酸锰5g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、三乙醇胺5g、乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠5g、柠檬酸钠5g和水10g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌4h,然后再加入乙二醇7g、水60g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例3
分别取硝酸锰8克、硫酸钴8g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、三乙醇胺5g、乙二胺四乙酸钠15g、柠檬酸钠15g和水10g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌3h,然后再加入丙二醇10g、水37g,继续搅拌3h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例4
分别取硫酸铁3克、硝酸锰2g、乙氧基烷基硫酸钠3g、硅酸钠8g、乙二胺四乙酸钠8g和水5g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌3h,然后再加入丙二醇5g、水66g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例5
分别取醋酸锰5g、氯化钴3克、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、硅酸钠8g、二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠18g和水8g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌4h,然后再加入乙二醇10g、水45g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例6
分别取氯化铁2克、醋酸锰6g、十二烷基硫酸钠4g、乙二胺四乙酸钠12g、柠檬酸钠10g和水10g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌4h,然后再加入丙三醇10g、水45g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例7
分别取氯化锰4g、氯化钴3克、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺4g、三乙醇胺5g、聚磷酸钠15g和水10g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌3h,然后再加入乙二醇5g、水54g,继续搅拌3h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
实施例8
分别取草酸锰5g、十二烷基硫酸钠6g、柠檬酸钠5g、二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠5g、葡萄糖酸钠5g和水15g加入到合成釜中,在常温下搅拌5h,然后再加入乙二醇8g、水51g,继续搅拌2h,使完全溶解,混合均匀,制得成品。
以某化工厂废碱液(S2-含量为9870mg/L)为处理液,采用空气催化氧化法进行催化剂评测,常压,反应温度50℃,脱硫催化剂用量为废碱液的2‰,平行实验,反应一定时间后取样处理分析,实验结果见下表1。制备催化剂有很好的催化活性和选择性,在常压、较低温度下,很快将S2-彻底转化,且大部分生成稳定态的硫酸根,取得高温、高压工艺具有的效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,其特征在于:该脱硫催化剂由下述质量比的物质原料制成:
其中,所述的活性前驱体为由硫酸铁、氯化铁或硝酸铁构成的铁盐和/或由硫酸钴、硝酸钴或氯化钴构成的钴盐和/或由硫酸锰、醋酸锰、草酸锰、氯化锰或硝酸锰构成的锰盐;
所述的增效剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基硫酸钠和/或聚丙烯酸及其盐类和/或乙氧基烷基硫酸钠和/或椰油酸二乙醇酰胺;
所述的助剂为硅酸钠和/或山梨酸钠和/或三乙醇胺和/或聚磷酸钠和/或乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠和/或柠檬酸钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸钠和/或二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠和/或葡萄糖酸钠;
所述的防冻剂为乙二醇和/或丙二醇和/或丙三醇;
所述的溶剂为水;
用于制备该脱硫催化剂的方法是:在常温下,首先将活性前驱体、增效剂、助剂和7%~22%量的溶剂加入到合成釜中搅拌反应2~5h,完成后,加入防冻剂和其余78%~93%量的溶剂,使溶解完成,并继续搅拌2~5h,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,其特征在于:所述的活性前驱体为由硫酸铁、硝酸铁构成的铁盐和/或由硫酸钴、硝酸钴或氯化钴构成的钴盐和/或由硫酸锰、醋酸锰、草酸锰或氯化锰构成的锰盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,其特征在于:所述的增效剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,其特征在于:所述的助剂为葡萄糖酸钠和/或聚磷酸钠和/或乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的能源化工废碱液处理用高效脱硫催化剂,其特征在于:所述的防冻剂为乙二醇和/或丙二醇。
