Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fertilizers, and particularly relates to a suspension type vinasse fermentation liquid fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of brewing white spirit, the residue after distilling off alcohol or alcoholic beverages from grains is called vinasse. The distiller's grains have high organic content, are rich in protein, cellulose, starch, etc., are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and various trace elements, and are easy to rot, deteriorate and smell, and can breed mosquitoes and flies. The anaerobic fermentation technology of the vinasse has the outstanding advantages of high resource conversion efficiency, wide raw material applicability and the like, but most of fermentation residual liquid formed in the prior large-scale anaerobic fermentation engineering of the vinasse is directly discharged into the environment due to the reasons of inconvenient transportation, treatment cost and the like, so that the eutrophication of environmental water bodies, the increase of nitrate nitrogen concentration in underground water, the eutrophication of regional soil and the like are caused. The traditional biochemical and physicochemical treatment process aiming at environmental protection not only consumes organic matters and nutrient elements in the fermentation residual liquid and then reaches the standard to be discharged, but also protects the environment, but has overhigh cost, consumes energy and wastes nutrient substances in the residual liquid, and an ideal technology which can obtain certain economic benefit and achieve the reduction, reclamation and harmless treatment of the fermentation residual liquid is not found at present.
The vinasse anaerobic fermentation liquor has obvious effects on supplementing nutrient elements required by plant growth, stimulating the physiological activity of plants, inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and the like, has the characteristic of fertilizer efficiency combining with slow speed, and has dual effects of biological fertilizer and biological pesticide, but the vinasse anaerobic fermentation liquor has high lignin and cellulose contents, the liquid is not convenient to apply in a viscous manner, the soil surface crusting is caused by large local use amount and is not favorable for plant growth, the factors seriously restrict the resource utilization of the vinasse anaerobic fermentation liquor, the enthusiasm of farmers for utilization is not high, and the feasibility of agricultural consumption is limited to a certain degree. The difficulty in digestion of the anaerobic vinasse fermentation liquor directly limits the popularization and long-term efficient and stable operation of the vinasse biogas engineering.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a suspension type vinasse fermentation liquid fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, which can produce a liquid fertilizer product with high efficiency and high economic added value, can increase the crop yield, improve the fruit quality, increase the soil fertility and prevent and reduce crop diseases and insect pests.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a suspension type vinasse fermentation liquid fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of mother liquor after treatment of vinasse fermentation liquor, 1-2 parts of suspension stabilizer, 3-5 parts of urea, 1-3 parts of diammonium phosphate and 2-6 parts of potassium sulfate.
The preparation method of the suspension type vinasse fermentation liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps:
1) adding the vinasse into biogas slurry for inoculation, adding a small amount of urea to supplement nitrogen required by the growth of microorganisms, and performing pretreatment;
2) adding the pretreated lees into an anaerobic fermentation tank for anaerobic fermentation for 35-45 days;
3) after biogas is produced, a large amount of fermentation residual liquid is produced, the water content is usually more than 90%, the solid content is 8% -9%, solid matters which are easy to separate are separated by a spiral solid-liquid separator, namely biogas residues, the water content is 75%, and the water content of the separated brown black viscous liquid, namely biogas slurry, is 93% -95%.
4) Grinding and emulsifying the biogas slurry by a colloid mill, and grinding most suspended particles to be below 200 meshes;
5) enabling the biogas slurry ground by the colloid mill to pass through a 300-mesh vibrating screen to obtain the biogas slurry of suspended particles below 300 meshes as the mother solution of the product formula;
6) adding a suspension stabilizer, urea, diammonium phosphate and potassium sulfate according to the raw material proportion, fully stirring, completely dissolving and uniformly mixing;
7) and (5) filling the product.
Wherein,
the secondary treatment liquid of the vinasse fermentation liquor provides trace elements such as iron, zinc, copper and the like, organic matters such as amino acid, small molecular organic acid, auxin, various natural broad-spectrum antibiotics, lignocellulose degrading enzymes and the like, partial nutrient content and a small amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, can supplement trace nutrient elements required by plant growth, stimulate the physiological activity of plants and inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.
The suspension stabilizer comprises carboxymethyl cellulose and the like, and improves the stability of the suspended particles of the vinasse fermentation liquor.
The urea, the diammonium phosphate and the potassium sulfate provide major elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and meet the nutrient requirement of the rapid growth of crops.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the vinasse fermentation liquor contains rich nutrient elements and organic substances, but the vinasse fermentation liquor is high in solid content and viscous, the layering phenomenon of solid-liquid separation is easy to occur, the lower viscous precipitate is difficult to flow, and if equipment such as a water pump is directly used, the pumping is difficult and the motor is burnt, on one hand, the fermentation liquor is viscous and unstable and is difficult to transport and store, on the other hand, farmers are inconvenient to apply, and too much local application causes soil surface hardening, so that the vinasse fermentation liquor is difficult to widely apply in field and facility agriculture. After colloid mill grinding and vibrating screen sorting, the grain size of the suspended grains of the vinasse fermentation liquor is greatly reduced and is more uniform, the fluidity is good, and after a fine processing technology and fertilizer commercialized processing, organic nutrient grains are ground, classified and maximally collected, so that the organic nutrient grains are convenient for farmers and large agricultural planting bases to use.
Compared with other water-soluble fertilizers, the vinasse fermentation liquid fertilizer contains various nutrient elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, various amino acids, vitamins, proteins, gibberellins, auxin, saccharides, nucleic acids, antibiotics and the like, has an important regulation and control effect on the growth and development of plants, improves the content of nutrient substances such as vitamins and sugars in crop fruits, and greatly improves the taste and quality of the fruits. Promoting the crop to mature about 1-2 weeks ahead, preventing the late premature senility and prolonging the crop harvest time. Has the advantages of fast and slow fertilizer efficiency, double effects of biofertilizer and biopesticide, and green, efficient and environment-friendly characteristics. Contains antibiotic and substances for improving plant stress resistance, and has unique effects of preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests, such as aphid, red spider of fruit tree, wheat scab, watermelon fusarium wilt, etc., and improving plant stress resistance.
The fertilizer efficiency test result shows that: the fruit type and weight parameter comparison graph of the mature summer squash is shown by the following steps: after the product is applied, the fruit thickness, fruit length and weight are all improved compared with the contrast, and the reduced Vc is improved, which shows that the product has high content of trace elements, amino acid and other substances for promoting Vc synthesis compared with common farmyard manure, and has more comprehensive nutrition compared with the farmyard manure; after the product is applied, the nitrate nitrogen content of the pumpkin fruits is obviously reduced, which indicates that the fertilizing amount is lower, the crop yield and quality are improved under the condition of relatively less fertilization, and indicates that the product has obvious fertilizer effect on the absorption, growth and development of fruits and vegetables.
