Abstract
本发明涉及一种累叠式多层结构外墙,包括:若干条墙板,墙板从下到上逐层嵌套在一起形成外墙,墙板包括位于两侧的外板和内板,以及设置在外板和内板之间的中板,外板和内板上端均设置第一卡体,外板和所述内板下端均设置第二卡体,第一卡体和第二卡体能够形状匹配的卡紧在一起,中板上端设置梯形头,中板下端设置梯形槽,梯形槽的高度大于等于梯形头高度,梯形头能够卡入梯形槽。墙板自身设置了内层、中层和外层,这样在组装外墙过程中,只需要将墙板逐层搭接起来便可以,无需在分辨各个层的结构,组装较为方便。多个墙板自身的内层、中层和外层便形成了外墙整体的内外中层结构,并且每层结构相应的防水、保温等等功能性不受影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保墙体,尤其涉及一种累叠式多层结构外墙。
背景技术
对于现有技术,在安装简易的屋面墙体时,需要设置外层、中层和内层,其中中层可能还是分为多块板材搭接在一起形成的结构,内外的层结构以及上下的层结构使得组装整个外墙需要多种数量很多的板材,这对现场的快速组装造成了极大的困扰,特别是在应急情况下的搭建工作,需要快速便捷,现有技术难以兼顾墙体本身保温等功能,以及墙体的快速搭建。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的累叠式多层结构外墙。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种累叠式多层结构外墙,包括:若干条墙板,所述墙板从下到上逐层嵌套在一起形成所述外墙,其特征在于,所述墙板包括位于两侧的外板和内板,以及设置在所述外板和内板之间的中板,所述外板和所述内板上端均设置第一卡体,所述外板和所述内板下端均设置第二卡体,所述第一卡体和所述第二卡体能够形状匹配的卡紧在一起,所述中板上端设置梯形头,所述中板下端设置梯形槽,所述梯形槽的高度大于等于所述梯形头高度,所述梯形头能够卡入所述梯形槽。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述梯形头和所述梯形槽均为等腰梯形。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述梯形槽的腰与下底之间夹角与所述梯形头的腰与下底之间的夹角相等。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外板外侧面带有弧形的凸起。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内板外侧面为平面结构。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述中板内腔空间被隔板分割成多个相互隔离的空间。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一卡体为向上凸起的卡角,所述第二卡体为向上凹入的卡角。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外墙最上端的墙板上端面为平面结构,并不带有梯形头和第一卡体。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外墙最下端的墙板不带有梯形槽,但外板和内板的下端带有想下凸起的卡角。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)墙板自身设置了内层、中层和外层,这样在组装外墙过程中,只需要将墙板逐层搭接起来便可以,无需在分辨各个层的结构,组装较为方便。
(2)多个墙板自身的内层、中层和外层便形成了外墙整体的内外中层结构,并且每层结构相应的防水、保温等等功能性不受影响。
(3)外层设置的凸起的弧形结构,可以保证外墙整体的美观,内层平面结构可以保证室内内壁表面的平整,当然外层和内侧的表面纹路、形状等不受上述限定的约束,还可以是其他变形例。
(4)梯形槽的高度大于梯形头的高度,保证了梯形头嵌入后,梯形槽内还有一定的密闭空间,可以形成保温层,同时该空间可以保证上下两墙板之间存在上下活动的调整空间,为安装带来便利。
(5)梯形腰的角度一致,保证梯形头和梯形槽能够严丝合缝。
(6)第一卡体向上凸起,第二卡体向上凹入,保证了外层之间结构的稳定,也保证了内层之间结构的稳定,内层和外层整体上也保证了外墙的结构稳定,同时雨水等流经第一卡体和第二卡体接缝处时,雨水会向下流动,不会流入外墙内。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种累叠式多层结构外墙,包括:若干条墙板,所述墙板从下到上逐层嵌套在一起形成所述外墙,墙板包括位于两侧的外板1和内板3,以及设置在所述外板1和内板3之间的中板2,所述外板1和所述内板3上端均设置第一卡体4,所述外板1和所述内板3下端均设置第二卡体5,所述第一卡体4和所述第二卡体5能够形状匹配的卡紧在一起,所述中板2上端设置梯形头6,所述中板2下端设置梯形槽7,所述梯形槽7的高度大于等于所述梯形头6高度,所述梯形头6能够卡入所述梯形槽7。
墙板自身设置了内层、中层和外层,这样在组装外墙过程中,只需要将墙板逐层搭接起来便可以,无需在分辨各个层的结构,组装较为方便。多个墙板自身的内层、中层和外层便形成了外墙整体的内外中层结构,并且每层结构相应的防水、保温等等功能性不受影响。
梯形槽7的高度大于梯形头6的高度,保证了梯形头6嵌入后,梯形槽7内还有一定的密闭空间,可以形成保温层,同时该空间可以保证上下两墙板之间存在上下活动的调整空间,为安装带来便利。
梯形头6和所述梯形槽7均为等腰梯形,梯形槽7的腰与下底之间夹角与所述梯形头6的腰与下底之间的夹角相等。梯形腰的角度一致,保证梯形头6和梯形槽7能够严丝合缝。
外板1外侧面带有弧形的凸起,内板3外侧面为平面结构,所述中板2内腔空间被隔板分割成多个相互隔离的空间。外层设置的凸起的弧形结构,可以保证外墙整体的美观,内层平面结构可以保证室内内壁表面的平整,当然外层和内侧的表面纹路、形状等不受上述限定的约束,还可以是其他变形例。
第一卡体4为向上凸起的卡角,所述第二卡体5为向上凹入的卡角。第一卡体4向上凸起,第二卡体5向上凹入,保证了外层之间结构的稳定,也保证了内层之间结构的稳定,内层和外层整体上也保证了外墙的结构稳定,同时雨水等流经第一卡体4和第二卡体5接缝处时,雨水会向下流动,不会流入外墙内。
外墙最上端的墙板上端面为平面结构,并不带有梯形头6和第一卡体4,外墙最下端的墙板不带有梯形槽7,但外板1和内板3的下端带有想下凸起的卡角。
外板1为防水材质制成,中板2和内板3均为保温材料制成。
墙板整体为长条结构,其与外墙宽度一致,这样搭构外墙时,仅仅需要一组墙边便可形成外墙整体结构。

Claims (5)
1.一种累叠式多层结构外墙,包括:若干条墙板,所述墙板从下到上逐层嵌套在一起形成所述外墙,其特征在于,所述墙板包括位于两侧的外板和内板,以及设置在所述外板和内板之间的中板,所述外板和所述内板上端均设置第一卡体,所述外板和所述内板下端均设置第二卡体,所述第一卡体和所述第二卡体能够形状匹配的卡紧在一起,所述中板上端设置梯形头,所述中板下端设置梯形槽,所述梯形槽的高度大于等于所述梯形头高度,所述梯形头能够卡入所述梯形槽;所述中板内腔空间被隔板分割成多个相互隔离的空间;所述梯形头和所述梯形槽均为等腰梯形;所述梯形槽的腰与下底之间夹角与所述梯形头的腰与下底之间的夹角相等;所述外板外侧面带有弧形的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的累叠式多层结构外墙,其特征在于:所述内板外侧面为平面结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的累叠式多层结构外墙,其特征在于:所述第一卡体为向上凸起的卡角,所述第二卡体为向上凹入的卡角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的累叠式多层结构外墙,其特征在于:所述外墙最上端的墙板上端面为平面结构,并不带有梯形头和第一卡体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的累叠式多层结构外墙,其特征在于:所述外墙最下端的墙板不带有梯形槽,但外板和内板的下端带有想下凸起的卡角。
