Abstract
本发明提供的排出冷却介质液的喷嘴具有外筒、配置于该外筒的内侧的突出部件及内筒、和配置于外筒的排出口与内筒之间的弹性体。若异物堆积于内筒的喷嘴口,则内筒通过冷却介质的压力使弹性体压缩,因此内筒向排出口方向移动,其结果,突出部件插入喷嘴口,从而自动地除去堆积于喷嘴口的异物。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却介质喷嘴,特别是涉及具有自动地消除异物堵塞的功能的冷却介质喷嘴。
背景技术
使用机床进行的切削加工以及磨削加工使用能够预料润滑效果、冷却效果、切屑除去效果等的切削液(冷却介质)的情况较多。储藏于专用的贮藏器等的冷却介质经由排出泵等驱动机构至配管中,从位于上述配管的延长线上的喷嘴前端朝向切削点或者切削工具喷射。
用于喷射冷却介质的喷嘴通常被称为冷却介质喷嘴,从该冷却介质喷嘴朝向切削点、切削工具供给冷却介质。在加工时,切粉等异物往往会混入冷却介质中,但由于混入异物的冷却介质循环,所以异物堆积于冷却介质喷嘴,从而产生排出量的减少。
针对上述的问题,在日本特开2003-039274号公报所记载的冷却介质供给装置中,在配设于冷却介质喷嘴与泵之间的配管的中途连通空气供给机构,从而能够通过由空气产生的水势将堵塞于冷却介质喷嘴的开口部的异物向喷嘴外部强势地排出。
然而,通过手动、利用工具除去堵塞于冷却介质喷嘴的开口部的异物,排出量会复原,但应该每隔一定期间进行,从而导致花费维护的工时。因此,通过设置上述的日本特开2003-039274号公报所记载的空气供给机构、或设置过滤器等,能够在一定程度内抑制异物向喷嘴的堆积,但另行需要用于设置空气供给机构的成本、过滤器的维护。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种在异物堆积时,具有自动地除去异物的构造的排出冷却介质液的冷却介质喷嘴。
本发明的冷却介质喷嘴,具有:外筒,其在下端具备排出口;突出部件,其配置于所述外筒的内侧,并从该外筒的排出口朝向冷却介质的上游方向立起设置;内筒,其配置于所述外筒的内侧,并在能够供所述突出部件插通的位置具有喷嘴口;以及弹性体,其配置于所述外筒的排出口与所述内筒之间。并且,若所述内筒被冷却介质推压,则所述弹性体压缩,从而所述内筒向所述排出口的方向移动与该弹性体压缩的量对应的量,由此所述突出部件的前端部穿过所述喷嘴口向所述内筒外突出。
上述冷却介质喷嘴也可以在所述外筒的内侧配置有从所述排出口朝向所述外筒的冷却介质的上游方向立起设置的内壁,从而将所述弹性体配置于由所述外筒、所述内壁以及所述内筒封闭的空间。
在上述外筒与上述内筒也可以分别设置用于表示上述外筒与上述内筒的相对的位置关系的标志。
本发明的效果如下。
根据本发明,不需要在冷却介质喷嘴周边设置空气供给机构等装置构成,因此能够不花费较大的成本,来抑制异物向冷却介质喷嘴内的排出口的堆积。另外,不需要每隔一定期间的喷嘴的维护,因此MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures:平均故障间隔)增加。

具体实施方式
首先,使用图1~图9对本发明的冷却介质喷嘴的第一实施方式进行说明。
如图1以及图2所示,冷却介质喷嘴1由外喷嘴(外筒2)、弹性体3、内喷嘴(内筒4)、以及突出部件(穿刺棒5)构成。
如图3A以及图3B所示,外筒2具有使圆筒形状部2a与漏斗形状部2b相配合的形状。漏斗形状部2b的前端形成为冷却介质的排出口2c。在机床加工时,储藏于专用的贮藏器等的冷却介质利用来自排出泵等驱动机构的压力而通过配管内被输送至连接于该配管的圆筒形状部2a,并从该圆筒形状部2a通过漏斗形状部2b从排出口2c朝向切削点或者切削工具喷射。
弹性体3由橡胶等具有弹性的材料、部件构成,如图4A所示,具有圆筒形状,即能够设置于冷却介质喷嘴1的外筒2的漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的形状(参照图2)。该弹性体3配置(粘合)于外筒2的漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的排出口2c的内侧与内筒4之间,从而发挥作为排出口2c的内侧与内筒4之间的缓冲部件的作用。
内筒4由具备一定的刚性的金属、树脂等构成,如图5A以及图5B所示,为使圆筒形状部4a与呈漏斗状挖通孔的锥形部4b相配合的形状。在该锥形部4b的顶端形成有喷嘴口4c。如图2所示,该内筒4具有能够设置于外筒2的漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的形状。设置于漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的内筒4的圆筒形状部4a的端面与设置于漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的弹性体3的端面粘合。
如图6所示,穿刺棒5呈圆柱形状,其基端固定于外筒2的前端(排出口2c的内侧中心),前端通过设置于该外筒2的漏斗形状部2b的前端内部的弹性体3的内部,延伸至内筒4的喷嘴口4c的附近位置(其中,不贯通喷嘴口4c)。
使用图7~图9对使用如上构成的喷嘴1喷射冷却介质的情况下的该喷嘴1内的各部件的动作进行说明。
在喷嘴1处于通常的状态的情况下,即,如图7所示,在异物未堆积于喷嘴口4c的情况下,冷却介质按照由图7的箭头表示的冷却介质的流路,通过内筒4的喷嘴口4c,分别通过内筒4的内侧、弹性体3的内侧而从外筒2的排出口2c排出。
另一方面,如图8所示,若切粉等异物6堆积于内筒4的喷嘴口4c,则被排出泵供给的冷却介质无法通过喷嘴口4c。因此,在内筒4的上部产生冷却介质的压力。而且,若冷却介质的压力施加于内筒4的锥形部4b侧的端面(上端面),则该内筒4沿朝向弹性体3的方向(虚线箭头方向)被推压,其结果,弹性体3被内筒4的圆筒形状部4a侧的端面(下端面)沿朝向排出口2c的方向(虚线箭头方向)推压而压缩。
若压缩弹性体3,则内筒4向排出口2c的方向移动与压缩弹性体3的量对应的量。于是,如图9所示,在外筒2的排出口2c的内侧固定有基端的穿刺棒5的前端部分穿过内筒4的喷嘴口4c而向内筒4外突出,因此堆积于喷嘴口4c的异物6被该穿刺棒5的前端推压,其结果,能够除去堆积于喷嘴口4c的异物6。
而且,除去异物6,从而冷却介质能够通过喷嘴口4c,因此,施加于内筒4的冷却介质的压力降低,其结果,内筒4被弹性体3的反弹力推压,从而向图中虚线箭头方向移动而返回原来的形状,然后,继续供给通过喷嘴口4c的冷却介质。
如上,在喷嘴1设置有在异物堆积时,自动地除去异物的构造,因此不特别地需要用于除去异物的装置、结构等,另外,能够减少定期地扫除等的维护成本。
接下来,使用图10对本发明的冷却介质喷嘴的第二实施方式进行说明。
在上述的第一实施方式的冷却介质喷嘴中,弹性体3配置为通过喷嘴口4c向冷却介质喷嘴内部露出,但在该实施方式中,在外筒2的内侧以包围排出口2c的方式设置内壁2d,将弹性体3配置于被外筒2、内壁2d以及内筒4的下端面包围的封闭空间。
形成上述的结构,从而能够防止冷却介质、异物侵入弹性体3的周边,因此能够避免弹性体3的劣化、动作不良。
接下来,使用图11对本发明的冷却介质喷嘴的第三实施方式进行说明。
在该实施方式中,在喷嘴1的构成部件的表示冷却介质如通常那样排出的状态的位置设置标记,利用该标记的位置,向操作人员通知异物6的堵塞、冷却介质的流量的变化。
因此,如图11所示,在外筒2的前端部设置第一标记2e和在该第一标记2e的附近沿内筒4在内部移动的方向延伸较长的狭缝2f。另一方面,在设置于该外筒2的前端部内的内筒4的通过形成于该外筒2的前端部的狭缝2f的位置设置第二标记4d。
设置于外筒2的前端部的第一标记2e与设置于内筒4的第二标记4d,在喷嘴1在通常状态下排出冷却介质时,即在弹性体3被通常的冷却介质的压力在一定程度内压缩,而使内筒4稍向排出口2c的方向移动的状态下,如图12所示,处于在狭缝2f的长边方向一致的位置。
此外,在外筒2的形成有狭缝2f的部位的内侧始终紧贴有内筒4的外侧面(即,以与内筒4的设置位置、大小相配合的方式形成狭缝2f的位置、大小),因此喷嘴1内的冷却介质不会从狭缝2f漏出。
在如上构成的喷嘴1中,若在内筒4的喷嘴口4c产生异物的堵塞,则如在图8(第一实施方式)中说明的那样,将内筒4沿朝向排出口2c的方向压入而移动,其结果,如图13所示,第二标记4d相对于第一标记2e向图的箭头方向偏移,因此操作人员通过确认设置于外筒2的前端部的第一标记2e与设置于内筒4的第二标记4d的位置偏移,从而能够掌握异物堵塞。
另外,即便在因某些原因而引起动作不良的情况、流量越减少异物越堆积前,也通过手动地抓住第二标记4d而使内筒4向箭头的方向移动,而使穿刺棒5的前端部从喷嘴口4c强制地向外突出,由此能够除去堆积于该喷嘴口4c的异物6。
另外,在排出泵、配管内部的不良情况为原因,使向喷嘴1供给的冷却介质的流量减少的情况下,冷却介质的压力减弱,如图14B所示,内筒4被弹性体3向虚线箭头方向推回,如图14A所示,第二标记4d相对于第一标记2e向图的箭头方向偏移,因此操作人员通过确认第一标记2e与第二标记4d的位置偏移,能够掌握向喷嘴1的冷却介质供给状态的异常。由此,能够在流量减少到对加工产生影响前作某些对策。
以上,虽对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限定于上述的实施方式的例子,通过施加适当的变更,能够以其他的方式进行实施。例如,在上述的实施方式中,外筒2、弹性体3、内筒4成为旋转体的形状,但本发明的范围不限定于此,针对上述情况,即使为立方体的形状、非对称的形状也不存在问题。穿刺棒5也不限定于旋转体的形状,也能够形成立方体的形状(板状)、非对称的形状、剖面呈十字形、星形的棒状部件,此时,也可以构成为使内筒4的喷嘴口4c的形状与穿刺棒5的形状相配合。此外,可以在内筒4设置多个喷嘴口4c,在该情况下,只要与喷嘴口4c的个数、位置相配合地设置多个穿刺棒5即可。
另外,在上述的实施方式中,作为喷嘴1的构成部件的弹性体3的一个例子表示出了橡胶,但只要具有弹性,则可以使用海绵等,另外,也可以使用弹簧等因构造而具有弹性那样的部件。在上述的实施方式中使用的图中,弹性体3配置为紧贴于外筒2,但也可以不紧贴,另外,针对弹性体3的形状也不需要成为环状的形状,例如,将多个板状弹性部件大致等距离地配置于排出口2c的内侧等,只要能够以在排出口2c与内筒4之间均衡地作为缓冲部件发挥功能的方式设置于外筒2内,则不论形成怎样的形状,均不成问题。
另外,在上述的实施方式中,表示在外筒2与内筒4双方设置标记的结构,但也可以由透明的材料构成外筒2,在从外部观察外筒2时,在成为内筒4与弹性体3的交界线的位置设置标记等,若能够供操作人员视认外筒2与内筒4的相对位置,也可以构成为任意。
Claims (5)
1.一种排出冷却介质液的冷却介质喷嘴,其特征在于,构成为具有:
外筒,其在下端具备排出口;
突出部件,其配置于所述外筒的内侧,并从该外筒的排出口朝向冷却介质的上游方向立起设置;
内筒,其配置于所述外筒的内侧,并在能够供所述突出部件插通的位置具有喷嘴口;以及
弹性体,其配置于所述外筒的排出口与所述内筒之间,
若所述内筒被冷却介质推压,则所述弹性体压缩,从而所述内筒向所述排出口的方向移动与该弹性体压缩的量对应的量,由此所述突出部件的前端部穿过所述喷嘴口向所述内筒外突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷却介质喷嘴,其特征在于,
在所述外筒的内侧还配置有从所述排出口朝向所述外筒的冷却介质的上游方向立起设置的内壁,
所述弹性体配置于由所述外筒、所述内壁以及所述内筒封闭的空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冷却介质喷嘴,其特征在于,
在所述外筒与所述内筒分别设置有用于表示所述外筒与所述内筒的相对的位置关系的标志。
4.一种冷却介质装置,其特征在于,
具备权利要求1~3中任一项所述的冷却介质喷嘴。
5.一种机床,其特征在于,
具备权利要求4所述的冷却介质装置。
