Abstract

Description
背景技术
本发明涉及一种用于将搁架安装在大致矩形的载货架上的系统,载货架具有布置在拐角处的四个相同的柱状物,所述系统包括具有四个侧面的具有矩形轮廓的柱状物,大致矩形的搁架的长度短于载货架的柱状物之间的距离,搁架上安装有至少一个保持件,该至少一个保持件能够插入到载货架的柱状物上的互补狭槽中,所述狭槽配置有支撑面,保持件能够与支撑面接合,以使得保持件支撑在柱状物上。
诸如用于处理货物、植物、产品的托架等载货架广泛用于零售行业中,通常,载货架设置有一组前轮和一组后轮,前轮和后轮安装在底部框架的下侧上,底部框架具有从底部框架的拐角处向上延伸的竖直柱状物。一个或多个搁架布置成用于支撑放置到托架上的负载。通常,搁架通过布置在搁架的拐角处的钩形件连接至各个竖直柱状物。钩形件配置为与在柱状物的纵向方向上以合适间隔布置的狭槽接合,因此,根据使用情况,能够安装或拆卸、移动和/或移除搁架。搁架是可移除的还指载货架在空的状态下的往返运输过程中占据更少的空间。
在加工环境领域内,正在进行朝向自动化工艺发展,因此,通过机器人将搁架安装在柱状物中。例如,丹麦专利号No.139747中描述的,已知系统的缺陷在于,在安装过程中,首先需要将搁架安装在一个柱状物中,然后再将搁架安装在另一柱状物中。原因在于柱状物的竖直侧面之间的距离短于搁架的保持件之间的总长度。
实际上,已知构造因此需要将搁架以与竖直线成角度地引入到柱状物之间,随后,将搁架的保持件引入到柱状物的狭槽中,在搁架能够承载负载之前,首先将搁架的保持件引入一侧中,然后再将搁架的保持件引入另一侧中。
在处理装备领域中,曾经对自动化工艺做出了更加严格的要求,尽力进行统一的工作并且通过机器进行升降。
通过已知的系统,由机器进行自动化工艺,首先,将搁架插入在两个柱状物之间的倾斜位置中,随后,将搁架的一个较短侧上的保持件插入到两个柱状物上的狭槽中,随后,再将搁架的角度改变成水平,同时,将搁架的另一较短侧处的保持件插入到两个其他柱状物的狭槽中。
需要机器人执行旋转和线性移动的工艺在技术上复杂并且由此自动化成本昂贵。
发明目的和内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于安装搁架的系统,在不需要旋转各个搁架的情况下,就能够分别完成将搁架安装在系统的柱状物上并且从系统的柱状物上拆卸搁架。
本发明进一步的目的在于,即使是非常紧凑的搁架布置,即,在各个搁架之间的非常短的距离的情况下,也能够插入和移除搁架。
由于搁架的较小程度的倾斜,所以也可能陈列诸如花等产品。
通过上述设定的系统完成了此操作,该系统的特点是柱状物配置有狭槽,狭槽关于侧面中的一个侧面的纵向延伸中心轴线对称地延伸并且延伸通过与该一个侧面相邻的侧面,所述狭槽中的每个均配置有三个大致相同的切口,其中一个切口位于对称轴线上并且其余两个切口位于相邻的侧面上,所述切口能够用作搁架的保持件的支撑面,所述保持件布置在搁架的较短侧上并且在搁架的纵向方向上延伸,以使得切口能够与布置在载货架上的四个柱状物上的狭槽接合。
根据一种实施方式,系统的特点是保持件各自单独地在保持件与搁架之间伸延出一矩形。
通过该实施方式,实现了搁架的保持件更为稳健,并且例如,如果搁架脱落或以其他方式暴露于冲击或撞击,则搁架部不易发生变形。
根据进一步实施方式,柱状物各自单独地配置有至少四个狭槽,以使得载货架能够配合有四个搁架,其中,狭槽各自单独地配置有第四切口,第四切口在与位于对称轴线上的切口相反的方向上延伸,并且所述第四切口配置有不同的外形。
通过将第四切口配置有不同的外形,由于操作人员由此能够识别各个狭槽并且最终还能够将搁架的保持件安装在位于同一高度的狭槽中,所以实现了提供更为容易的手动安装。

具体实施方式
通过所示图中的起始点,具体地,通过图1中的起始点,示出了插入有保持件3的柱状物1。在示出的实施方式中,柱状物被构造成围绕纵向延伸对称轴线C对称。
因此,保持件3被配置成包括两个平行的腿部7、7’的弯曲件,两个平行的腿部与中间部分8大致成直角地延伸。从图3中最为清晰地看出,保持件的两个腿部布置在矩形搁架20中的较短侧上。从图3中看出,搁架通常设置有四个相同的保持件3,该四个相同的保持件两两并排布置在搁架的较短侧上。当然,搁架还可被配置成正方形,在这种情况下,保持件布置在相对的侧上。根据优选实施方式,搁架被配置成使得搁架围绕纵向延伸对称轴线CL对称。而根据又一实施方式,搁架还被配置成围绕横向对称轴线对称(图中未示出)。
保持件的两个平行腿部7和7’以中间部分8布置在距离搁架一定距离处的方式布置在搁架内。因此,保持件与搁架之间形成开口10。当将搁架附接至柱状物时,开口用作“钩”。
在图1中,在示出的示例性实施方式中,保持件3被配置成使得在保持件3与搁架之间伸延出的开口10构成矩形,但是,当然,保持件还能够被配置成使得开口构成另一形状。这就是指中间部分能够被配置成圆的,同样,两个腿部7和7’不必须平行。然而,如果两个腿部7和7’平行,则是有利的。
在图1中所示的实施方式中,保持件中的平行腿部中的右腿部7’延伸通过位于柱状物的对称轴线C上的切口之外,并且切口5在向下方向上延伸。
图1示出了柱状物的一部分。因此,如上说明的,柱状物围绕纵向延伸对称轴线C对称地构成。柱状物配置有多个狭槽,每个狭槽单独地用于保持搁架。
这些狭槽通常在柱状物的纵向方向上均匀地分布,每一个狭槽均延伸通过柱状物的三个侧面。狭槽全部配置有三个大致相同的向下延伸的切口4、5、6,其中,第一个切口5位于柱状物的对称轴线上,而另两个切口4、6近似位于与具有第一切口的侧面成直角的两个侧面的中间处。
通过该方式配置狭槽,根据本发明配置的并且在图中所示的搁架上的保持件可通过搁架中的狭槽水平地移位。在本发明中,这种用途是优点,因此,搁架的长度短于两个柱状物之间的距离,同时,搁架加上保持件的总长度以能够在两个柱状物之间推动搁架的方式与两个柱状物之间的距离匹配,并且如图1所示,保持件以这样一种方式穿过柱状物中的狭槽,即,保持件上的腿部7、7’以及中间部分8能够在搁架下降时与柱状物中向下延伸的切口接合。
如图3、图4以及图5中所示,根据实施方式,搁架被配置成关于纵向延伸的对称轴线对称(图4和图5中未示出),同时,保持件布置在搁架上,以使得保持件的最外围部分在柱状物的狭槽/切口中具有保持力(即,保持件中距离纵向延伸对称轴线最远的部分)。
当配合件将若干搁架安装在柱状物上时,各个狭槽之间的距离较短,他/她可容易地随机将搁架的一侧安装在一个水平上,而将另一侧安装在另一水平上。
为防止此情况,在一种实施方式中,本发明配置有柱状物,其中,每个独立狭槽配置有第四切口。该切口位于对称轴线上并且与对称轴线的向下朝向的切口5相反地向上延伸。
这些第四切口配置有从柱状物的纵向方向看交替地应用的两个不同的外形12、13。例如,从图1看出,两个外形例如可以是在柱状物的底部所示的圆形形状13和如图1的顶部所示的角形状12。因此,就此方面而言,允许向上朝向的切口的外形的目的是为了使各个高度可视化,以使得操作人员能够更容易有目的地水平或倾斜地安装搁架。如图6中所示,向上朝向的切口的进一步目的也是为了形成用于常规的钩形件的空间,由此能够将配置有钩形件的现有搁架安装在根据本发明的柱状物。实际上,相对而言,这些钩形件33通常被配置成在竖直方向上比在水平方向上具有相当更大的扩展区域(当将搁架安装在柱状物中时),并且向上朝向的切口12、13能够接收常规的钩形件的竖直扩展区域。
向上朝向的切口的两个不同外形不是本发明与仅需向上的切口的已知钩形件系统相结合的必要条件。然而,如果系统既具有向上朝向的切口并且切口又配置有两个不同的外形,则是有利的。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于将搁架安装在大致矩形的载货架上的系统,所述载货架具有布置在拐角处的四个相同的柱状物,所述系统包括具有四个侧面的具有矩形轮廓的柱状物,大致矩形的所述搁架的长度短于所述载货架的所述柱状物之间的距离,所述搁架上安装有至少一个保持件,所述保持件能够插入到所述载货架的所述柱状物的互补的狭槽中,所述狭槽配置有支撑面,所述保持件能够与所述支撑面接合,以使得所述保持件支撑在所述载货架的所述柱状物上,其特征在于,所述柱状物配置有这样的狭槽,所述狭槽关于所述侧面中的一个侧面的纵向延伸中心轴线对称地延伸,并且所述狭槽延伸通过与所述一个侧面相邻的侧面,所述狭槽中的每一个均配置有三个大致相同的切口,其中一个切口位于对称轴线上,而其余两个切口位于相邻的侧面上,所述切口能够用作所述搁架的所述保持件的支撑面,所述保持件布置在所述搁架的较短侧上并且在所述搁架的纵向方向上延伸,以使得所述保持件能够与布置在所述载货架上的四个所述柱状物上的所述狭槽接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述保持件各自单独地在所述保持件与所述搁架之间伸延出一矩形。
3.根据权利要求1至2中的一项或多项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述柱状物各自单独地配置有至少四个所述狭槽,以使得所述载货架能够配置有四个所述搁架。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项或多项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述狭槽各自单独地配置有第四切口,所述第四切口在与位于所述对称轴线上的切口相反的方向上延伸,并且所述第四切口配置有不同的外形。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的一项或多项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述狭槽各自单独地配置有第四切口,所述第四切口在与位于所述对称轴线上的切口相反的方向上延伸,并且所述第四切口配置有从所述柱状物的所述纵向方向上看交替地应用的不同外形,并且优选地,每个所述柱状物均配置有两个至四个不同的切口。
