Description
本发明涉及护肤与护发化妆品组合物，特别是涉及基本上为无油，水凝胶形式的化妆品组合物，该组合物改善了皮肤感觉及残留特性，同时具有良好的皮肤增湿、润肤、擦入表层及吸附特性。
皮肤由几层细胞组成，它们复盖并保护形成其结构骨架的角蛋白及胶原纤维蛋白。其中最外面一层称为角质层，已知它是由250 
蛋白质束被80 
的厚层包围所构成的。典型的是，阴离子表面活性剂和有机溶剂渗入角质层膜，并通过脱脂化作用（即从角质层中除去脂类）破坏其完整性。这种皮肤表面局部解剖的破坏造成皮肤粗糙感觉，并最终使该表面活性剂或溶剂与角蛋白相互作用而引起刺激。
现已了解到，保持穿过角质层的适当水分梯度对于其机能是非常重要的。其中大部分水分（有时被看作是角质层增韧剂）来自体内。如果湿度太低，例如在寒冷气候下，角质层的外层中保留的水分不足，故不足以适当增加组织的韧性，皮肤变成鳞状并开始发痒。当穿过角质层的水分不足时，皮肤渗透性也略为减小。另一方面，如皮肤外侧水分太多则会引起角质层最终吸收三至五倍于其自身重量的结合水。如此将使皮肤肿胀和皱褶，并导致皮肤对水和其他极性分子的渗透性增加2-3倍。
毛发由许多与角质层相同的成分构成。最外面的细胞形成相当厚的、称为小皮的化学抗性保护层，该保护层将头发纤维包住。小皮的表面被称为外角皮的薄层复盖，这种外角皮含有脂和蛋白质。该小皮包封着主要由纤维材料组成的皮质细胞。皮质中发生的角质化作用保证了毛发结构的稳定性。
因此，需要有这样的组合物，即它们能使角质层和毛发小皮保持其屏障和保留水分的最适功能，而不致在洗涤、工作和娱乐时使皮肤和毛发遭受可能的有害影响。
例如，Sagarin，Cosmetics Science and Technology，2nd Edition，Vol.1，Wiley Interscience（1972）中描述了常规化妆品乳剂和洗剂组合物;并已知Encyclopaedia of Chemical Technology，3 Edition，Vol.7中提供了不同程度的润肤、屏障及保湿（湿润皮肤）的优选配方。但是在皮肤感觉上它们仍然具有严重的付作用（即它们经常使皮肤感到很油腻），并且擦入、吸收及残留等特性均很差。至于护发组合物则可能具有再污染的付作用。
因此本发明提供了护肤与护发化妆品组合物，该组合物改善了吸收、残留及皮肤感觉特性，而不会对皮肤增湿和润肤性造成短或长期危害。
本发明提供了一种基本上为无油水凝胶形式的护肤与护发组合物，该组合物含有
（a）0.5-20%（重量）甘油
（b）0.1-10%（重量）粘度（10%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT）小于4000厘泊的聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂，以及
（c）0.1-20%（重量）亲水胶凝剂。
本发明组合物含有三种基本成分及下示的各种任选成分。除特别指出者外，所有含量及比率均以组合物总重量计。
第一种基本成分是甘油，其化学名为1，2，3-丙三醇，为市售产品。该原料大部分来源于制皂工业。
本发明的组合物中，甘油含量约占组合物重量的0.5-20%，较好为1-10%，更好为4-8%。
第二种基本成分是水溶性聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂，其粘度（10%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT）一般应小于约4000厘泊，较好小于约1000厘泊，更好小于约500厘泊。另外，聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂（纯品）的粘度较好在大约200-5000厘泊范围内（Brookfield RVT，20℃），更好是大约500-2000厘泊，最好是大约700-900厘泊。
可用于本发明组合物的聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂可由Guardian化学公司（230Marcus Blvd.Hauppage，NY 11787）购得（商标名为Lubragel（RTM）。通常，Lubragel可被描述为甘油酸钠与异丁烯酸聚合物反应形成的水合物或笼形物。用少量丙二醇稳定该水合物或笼形物，然后控制所得产物的水合作用。市售的Lubragel有很多不同程度的甘油酯：聚合物比率和粘度。但是，本发明优选的是所谓Lubragel Oil，其典型粘度约为800厘泊。其他合适的Lubragel包括Lubragel TM、Lubragel CG和Lubragel MS。
本发明的组合物中，聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂的含量约占组合物重量的0.1%-10%，较好是大约0.2%-2%，最好是大约0.3%-1%。
本发明的组合物还含有亲水胶凝剂，其含量较好是0.1%-20%，更好0.2%-2%，最好是0.3%-1%。胶凝剂的粘度（1%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT）较好为至少4，000厘泊，更好为至少10，000厘泊，最好为至少50，000厘泊。
合适的亲水胶凝剂通常被描述为水溶性或胶态水溶性聚合物，包括纤维素醚（如羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、瓜耳胶、羟丙基瓜耳胶和黄原胶。
但本发明优选的亲水胶凝剂是由B.F.Goodrich公司出售的丙烯酸/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和羧乙烯基聚合物（商品名为Carbopol的树脂）。这些树脂基本上是用0.75%-2.00%选自聚烯丙基蔗糖和聚烯丙基季戊四醇的交联剂交联的丙烯酸的胶态水溶性聚合物组成的。如包括Carbopol 934、Carbopol 940和Carbopol 950。Carbopol 934是用1%蔗糖的聚烯丙基醚（每个蔗糖分子平均有大约5.8个烯丙基）交联的丙烯酸的水溶性聚合物。最优选的聚合物是平均分子量4，000，000的Carbopol 950。
适用于中和本发明亲水胶凝剂所含酸性基团的中和剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺。
本发明的组合物是水凝胶形式的，优选的是将该组合物配制成产品粘度至少约4，000厘泊、较好为大约4000-300，000厘泊，更好为大约20，000-200，000厘泊，最好为大约80，000-150，000厘泊（20℃，纯品，Brookfield KVT）。优选的组合物看上去是澄清的。该组合物基本上没有油，即含有少于约1%，最好少于约0.1%的不溶性物质或在10℃水凝胶基质中呈现非胶溶性的物质。“胶溶性”在这里是指在通常胶体粒度范围内的颗粒，一般是1-1，000nm，更好是1-500nm。在高度优选的具体实施方案中，该组合物基本不含有在20℃蒸馏水中不溶的或非胶溶性的物质。这类物质包括很多常规润肤材料，如烃油和蜡、甘油酯、烷基酯、链烯基酯、脂肪醇、某些脂肪醇酯和乙氧基化脂肪醇的脂肪酸酯、从羊毛脂中提取的胆固醇、羊毛脂酯、蜡酯、蜂蜡衍生物、植物蜡、磷脂、胆固醇和酰胺。但是，该组合物可以含有低量的不溶性添加成分，如针对视觉作用之目的可加入致热变色的液体结晶材料，如微囊包封的胆甾烯基酯和手征性向列型（非甾族）化学试剂，如可购自Hallcrest，Glenview，Illinois 60025，USA的4-烷（氧）基苯甲酸（2-甲基丁基）苯酯。
本发明的组合物不需要并且最好基本上不含有表面活性剂材料（表面活性剂通常加入化妆品乳剂和洗剂组合物中，用以乳化不溶于水的油相）。再者，“基本上不含”是指少于约1%、更好是少于约0.1%的上述材料。这些乳化剂包括乙氧基化脂肪酸、乙氧基化酯、磷酸盐化酯、乙氧基化脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯脂族醚磷酸酯、脂族酰胺、乳酰酯（acyl lactylates）、肥皂等。
可在本发明的组合物中加入多种另外的水溶性材料。这些材料包括其他的湿润剂如山梨醇、丙二醇、乙氧基化葡萄糖和己三醇;溶角蛋白剂如水杨酸;蛋白质和多肽及其衍生物;水溶性或增溶性防腐剂如Germall 115、羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯和丁酯、EDTA、Euxyl（RTM）K400、Bromopol（2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1，3-二醇）和苯氧基丙醇;抗菌剂如Irgasan（RTM）和苯氧基乙醇（含量最好是大约0.5%-5%）;可溶性或胶溶性皮肤增湿剂如hylaronicacid、几丁质以及淀粉接枝的聚丙烯酸钠如可购自Celanese Superabsorbent Materials，Portsmith，VA，USA并已在USA-A-4，076，663中描述过的Sanwet（RTM）IM-1000，IM-1500和IM-2500;着色剂、香料及香料增溶剂等。该组合物中还含有约占组合物重量50%-99.3%，更好占80%-95%的水。
该组合物的pH较好是大约4-9，更好是大约4.5-7。
下面的具体实施例用于说明本发明。

Claims (16)
1、一种基本为无油水凝胶形式的护肤与护发组分物，特征在于由下列成分组成：
a)0.5%至20%(重量)甘油；
b)0.1%至20%(重量)粘度(10%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT)小于4000厘泊的水溶性聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂，以及
c)0.1%至20%(重量)亲水胶凝剂。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物，其含有1%至10%（重量）甘油。
3、根据权利要求2的组合物，其含有4%至8%（重量）甘油。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3的组合物，其中聚异丁烯甘油酯润滑剂是甘油酸钠与异丁烯酸聚合物反应生成的水合物或笼形物。
5、根据权利要求1的组合物，其中聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂（纯品）的粘度为200-5000厘泊（Brookfield RVT，20℃）。
6、根据权利要求5的组合物，其中聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂（纯品）的粘度为500-2000厘泊（Brookfield RVT，20℃）。
7、根据权利要求6的组合物，其中聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂（纯品）的粘度为700-900厘泊（Brookfield RVT，20℃）。
8、根据权利要求1的组合物，其含有0.2%-2%（重量）聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂。
9、根据权利要求8的组合物，其含有0.3%-1%（重量）聚异丁烯酸甘油酯润滑剂。
10、根据权利要求1的组合物，其粘度（20℃，纯品，Brookfield RVT）为4，000-300，000厘泊。
11、根据权利要求1的组合物，其中胶凝剂粘度（1%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT）至少为4，000厘泊。
12、根据权利要求11的组合物，其中胶凝剂的粘度（1%水溶液，20℃，Brookfield RVT）至少为10，000厘泊。
13、根据权利要求1的组合物，其中胶凝剂是羧乙烯基聚合物。
14、根据权利要求13的组合物，其中所说的羧乙烯基聚合物是用0.75%-2.0%选自聚烯丙基蔗糖和聚烯丙基季戊四醇的交联剂交联的丙烯酸的胶态水溶性聚合物。
15、根据权利要求1、11、12、13或14的组合物，其含有0.2%至2%的胶凝胶。
16、根据权利要求15的组合物，其含有0.3%至1%的胶凝剂。
