Abstract

本发明涉及一种恒功率变频发电机组。该机组 采用机电一体化方式;分流转动,由动力机(三相异步 电机或内燃机)小功率无级变速器。(电磁式或机械 式)行星差动自锁控制机构和差动式变频发电机匹配 而成。差动式变频发电机组的定子由差动式自锁控 制机构控制,可与转子同向旋转。转子与定子的相对 速度可由无级变速器作无级变速。因此发电机组发 出的电流可作无级变频,直接用于变频变速电机。本 机组结构紧凑,无复杂的电子元器件操作,适宜于中 小型发电机组。

Description

本发明涉及一种变频发电机组。属于发电设备技术领域。
变频无级变速技术是国际上八十年代新兴的先进技术。已为先进工业国家广泛采用。我国已有引进並开始推广。但是国际流行的变频电源是采用固定频率的三相交流电源通过电子元器件变频的。因此元器件的质量直接影响着变频电源频率的稳定性。而且也影响电网电源频率的稳定性。目前进口元器件价格昂贵。国产元器件质量不高。使用寿命很短,而且维修保养技术要求高。投资大,因此变频变速技术在我国全面推广还有很大的困难。
本发明的目的是提供一种差动式变频发电机组。可由这种发电机组发出可作无级变频的变频电源,直接供电机使用。其频率和变频幅度可任意无级调节。
本发明的技术方案是采用机电一体化方式:分流传动技术,由动力机(包括三相异步电机)无级变速机构差动自锁控制机构和差动发电机四部分组成。
本发明的具体结构和传动联结关系如下:
由动力机的输出轴端分流:用联轴器①(离合器)中心轴②使发电机的转子③与动力机的输出轴联结。並作同步旋转;在动力机输出轴上另安装有无级变速器的输入件④(主动件)另用一套轴⑤套在上述中心轴外。其一端安装有无级变速器的被动件⑥另一端安装差动自锁控制机构的输入件转臂⑦差动自锁控制机构的输出件行星齿轮⑧和差动发电机的定子⑨联结。全部机构均在同一轴线运转。(附图一),差动自锁控制机构是经过改装的少齿差行星机构。改装的方法是在少齿差机构的输入转臂轴承内安装有一特殊曲线的衬套。其作用是使由发电机空子传来的力矩。所产生的作用力改变作用点的方向。使大部力作用在转臂轴的旋转中心。从而达到其自锁作用(即其有自锁蜗轮付的单向转动作用)。(附图二)
下面说明本发明的工作原理。
差动式发电机的转子与动力机同步。而发电机的定子是可以旋转的。其转速受小功率无级变速器输出转速通过差动自锁控制机构的控制。可作无级变速。发电机转子和定子的相对转速即受无级变速器的控制而可以作无级变速。通过这种改变转子和定子的相对速度实现发电机的变频。
变频发电机的定子受到转子作用有一个与其旋转方向相同的扭矩,它作用于差动自锁机构的输出件上,而差动自锁机构的齿圈固定于机座上,由于机构的自锁作用,使定子不能转动。使转子和定子的相对速度达到最高值(即动力机的转速)发电机的频率也最高。当需要变频时,只需开后无级变速器,无级变速器从动力机转输一个小扭矩。其大小等于能克服差动自锁控制机构的摩擦阻力。(齿轮齿合和轴承的磨擦阻力)。差动机构即可解锁。发电机的定子即可按需要转速变速。其与转子的相对速度不断减少。发电机频率也同样减少。其机械损失仅为机构的磨擦损失。
恒功率差动式变频发电机组具有结构紧凑合理,运转平稳可靠,变频范围大,机械效率高。无复的电子元器件的线路。操作和维修方便,宜多机联动更便于操作自动化,适宜于中、小型发电机组。

Claims (2)

1、一种恒功率差动式变频发电机组。其特征在于发电机的定转子均可旋转;其转子通过中心功率轴並由联轴器(或离合器)与动力机的输出轴联结。与动力机同步旋转。定子与具有自锁功能的少齿差机构的输出件联结并受其控制。少齿差机构的输入件,偏心转臂与无级变速机构的输出件联结。而无级变速机构的输入件与动力机的输出轴联结并同步旋转。无级变速器的输出的可变转速通过少齿差自锁控制机构控制着发电机组的定子转速。使定子的转速可作无级变速。定子与转子同向旋转。其相对转速即为发电机组的变频机制。
2、按权力要求1的恒功率差动式变频发电机组。其特征在于具有自锁功能的少齿差控制机构的偏心转臂轴承内安装有一特殊曲线的套和偏心轴。这种特殊曲线的套和偏心轴供少齿差机构只能由偏心转臂带动行星轮。而行星轮不能带动偏心转臂的单向传动机构。
