常人都知道良药苦口，绝大部分药物原本的味道都是苦涩难咽，儿童本能都是抗拒服药的，家长和医护人员都是想尽一切办法加糖调味哄骗或强制灌药，这仅仅是我们看到的表面难点，一天三次，饭前、饭后或特别需要分开口服的药物，加起来有时候一天要给儿童喂药4～6次，加上儿童患病之后大多数食欲锐减，不想进食，强行喂药后果更加影响到胃口和心情，儿童根本不愿意进食，则家长着急，医生怕儿童脱水，营养不良就给儿童开住院或门诊输液治疗，加上目前我国的独生子女居多。家长比较担心儿童，医生压力重重不得不小病大治疗，过℃医疗就包括了过℃使用和依赖药物，儿童的肝脏解毒和肾脏的代谢功能都不成熟，身体正处在成长发育阶段，在大量药物和过多输液、打针等治疗下被渐渐损害，后果在当时感觉不到，日后影响身体素质，生长发育，少数会造成各个脏器功能减弱或损害却是无法挽回弥补的。典型的例子如上海的‘激素男孩’。虽然政府和专家一再强调控制医生滥用药和家长盲目滥给儿童服药的问题，可是我们看到的现实却是在儿童用药方面近年逐步升级。以前感冒就开1～2种药，而现在常常开3～6种药，输液打针的病人并没有减少。由于专业的儿童药厂很少，许多儿童药物都用成人药，品种品质难以保证。
中国专利CN1729993公开一种用于流行性风热感冒的外用洗浴液，主要由以下重量百分比的物质制成：由病毒唑溶液10－15％，十二烷基二乙醇胺8－12％，十二烷基三乙醇硫酸盐5－10％，十二烷基醚硫酸钠5－10％，其余为天然植物提取液；天然植物提取液由金银花、连翘、荆芥、薄荷、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、桔梗、桑叶、菊花、前胡、杏仁、板蓝根、鱼腥草、茅香、枇杷叶、甘草制成。以祖国医学理论为指导，将传统中医药浴疗法，与现代科技和日化技术相结合，借助浴水的温热之力及药物本身的功效，使周身腠理疏通、毛窍开放，促使药物渗透皮肤，使孔窍、腴穴等部位直接吸收，进入经脉、血络达到用药迅速、给药到位、易于操作、疗效显著的效果，使人在舒适的浸浴之中达到治疗的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于治疗小儿风热感冒的小儿风热感冒药浴包。
本发明所述小儿风热感冒药浴包按质量比的原料组成如下：
桑叶30～60g、柴胡10～30g、薄荷10～30g、杭菊20～40g，连翘20～40g、金银花60g、大青叶30～40g,、蝉蜕5～10g，紫苏60～90g。
所述小儿风热感冒药浴包的制备工艺如下：
将配方中的各药物选净，过水，凉干，分别打磨成粉末备用，使用时，再将各药物粉末混合均匀封装，得小儿风热感冒药浴包散剂，放置于阴凉干燥处。
使用方法：按年龄将相应剂量年龄6个月～1岁，每次1包；2～3岁，每次2包，3-5岁每次3包；6岁以上每次4包，每包15g，药包加入适量水(约1000mL)煎开4～5min，使药物成份充分溶入水中，连药包加入准备好的浴盆(大约4～6L)中，水温适宜时为患儿洗浴10～15min即可，每日1～2次。
温水洗浴可以让发热的婴儿皮肤温暖，薇薇发汗，退热效果比较好，虽然退热效果没有药物来的迅速和效果显著，但是婴儿表现舒适，吃奶和精神状态良好。在中医古籍和民间都有药浴的记载，如素问和至真要大论都讲到寒者热之，热者寒之······摩之浴之，表明按摩和药浴具有很好的治疗作用。宋朝钱乙的儿科中医经典专著【小儿药证直诀】也有浴体法主之的记载。
中医认为小儿生理特点为脏腑娇嫩，形气未充，腠理疏薄，因此卫外不固，小儿感冒的原因以感受风邪为主，风为百病之长可以兼寒、热、暑、湿、燥及时邪疫毒等致病。小儿形气未充就是正气不足，腠理疏薄、表卫不固也就是说小儿皮肤抵御外邪的能力比较薄弱，加上家长护理照顾不当，外邪乘虚由皮毛或口鼻而入导致感冒。若感受风热，风热之邪上扰，清窍不利则头痛，热邪客肺肺气失宣，则导致鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、咳嗽；咽喉为肺胃之门户，风热上乘咽喉，则致咽喉肿痛等不适。而风热犯肺，肺气失宣，卫气不畅，则发热，恶风，微微有汗。小儿是身体稚嫩发病容易，传变迅速感受外邪之后易于传变，即使是外感风寒，正邪相争，寒邪郁久易于转化为热，加上南方夏季湿热，所遇湿邪与风热夹杂形成湿热夹杂之证临床也常见，鉴于以上病因病机。治疗原则为：疏散风热；清热、解表化湿之法。本发明采用中医外治的方法来治疗儿科常见疾病，中医认为外治之理，即内治之理；外治之药，即内治之药。桑叶、菊花疏散风热；薄荷、连翘辛凉解表，柴胡解往来寒热，疏肝升阳助退热；藿香化湿解表；银花、蝉蜕清热解毒利咽喉。因为小儿皮肤薄；吸收力强，脏腑娇嫩但是气血循及代谢快速，经络表浅，药力易达。以上方剂作用于表，柴胡、薄荷引药入经，通过药浴直接渗透皮肤和引药入经起到疏散风热，清热、解表化湿之效果。经数年逐步的临床应用，结果收效显著。
本发明采用中药药浴配合穴位敷贴的方法，经过长期临床使用取得很好效果，见效快，尽可能保证疗效，减少毒副作用，儿童容易接受，操作方便，家长可以在家中自己操作，不影响饮食和睡眠，儿童吃饭好睡眠得到保障，心情和情绪感觉愉快有利于疾病康复。
具体实施方式
以下给出具体临床案例：
临床案例1：患儿：林**；男，2岁1个月。发热一天半来诊。因为周末放假家长带孩子爬山游玩，下午发现患儿精神不振，晚饭后发热，家长自己给孩子口服【美林】退热，电风扇及空调降温。夜间又反复发热伴鼻塞，流涕咳嗽，又再次服【美林】仍不退热，患儿哭闹不安，晨起有口臭拒食。下午发热体温达39.5℃急来就诊。观察体温39.8℃，精神烦闹，面色潮红；皮肤烁热无汗，口唇红，舌红苔黄稍腻；指纹紫红。腹胀满，四肢温，手足心热。诊断：外感风热，食积胃热。治疗：采用【小儿风热感冒药浴包】：疏散风热，清热解表化湿。每日2次，每次泡浴10～15min，治疗24h热退至37.5℃左右，治疗2天大便通，腹胀消无哭闹不安，要求喝奶。复诊查看精神佳，呼吸平，面色淡黄，舌淡苔白稍腻，指纹淡红，手足心稍热，配合使用小儿清热退热、消食健胃药物，注意规律生活和合理饮食；增加户外活动，10天后电话随访，患儿病愈，胃口好，睡眠安，大便正常。

桑叶30g、柴胡20g、薄荷10g、杭菊40g，连翘30g、金银花60g、大青叶30g、蝉蜕8g，紫苏60g、藿香60。
临床案例2：患儿邹**，男，3岁9个月，因高热2天就诊，曾经服美林和成功再欣治疗，体温仍然反复高热伴烦躁哭闹，口干不饮，干咳无痰，纳呆食少，大便干燥，小便黄。观察患儿体温39.6℃，精神倦怠，皮肤烁热无汗，口唇红干燥有裂纹，舌红苔黄，脉数。诊断：外感风热。治疗：用小儿风热感冒药浴包解表清热，配合使用小儿清热退热药，引热下行，清热退热。治疗1天体温渐下降，仍有反复38.6℃，患儿开始饮水进食，2天体温稳定37.5左右，病情好转。
本发明所述小儿风热感冒药浴包按质量比的原料组成如下：
桑叶60g、柴胡30g、薄荷30g、杭菊30g，连翘40g、金银花60g、大青叶35g、蝉蜕10g，紫苏90g。
临床案例3～12：市区幼儿园流行疱疹性咽颊炎前后接诊12名患儿，年龄2～6岁，男性7名，女性5名。症状：反复发热，哭闹拒食，流口水。经观察辩证施治用小儿风热感冒药浴包解表化湿；配合使用小儿清热退热药引热下行，清热退热，考虑疱疹性咽颊炎大多是上呼吸道病毒感染又配合利巴韦林喷剂喷口腔局部抗病毒治疗。3天复诊12名患儿，有6名治疗24～48h热退，2天后逐渐可以进食，流口水明显缓解。5例3天热退，精神饮食好转，1例4天仍然低热，进食差，给与补充维生素和口服补液盐治疗2天热退，流口水消失，恢复进食。
本发明所述小儿风热感冒药浴包按质量比的原料组成如下：
桑叶45g、柴胡10g、薄荷20g、杭菊20g，连翘20g、金银花60g、大青叶40g、蝉蜕5g，紫苏75g。藿香60。
所述小儿风热感冒药浴包的制备工艺如下：
将配方中的各药物选净，过水，凉干，分别打磨成粉末备用，使用时，再将各药物粉末混合均匀封装，得小儿风热感冒药浴包散剂，放置于阴凉干燥处。
使用方法：按年龄将相应剂量年龄6个月～1岁，每次1包；2～3岁，每次2包，3-5岁每次3包；6岁以上每次4包，每包15g，药包加入适量水(约1000ml)煎开4～5min，使药物成份充分溶入水中，连药包加入准备好的浴盆中备好温水(4～5L)，水温适宜时为患儿洗浴10～15min即可，每日1～2次。

1.小儿风热感冒药浴包，其特征在于其按质量比的原料组成如下：
桑叶30～60g、柴胡10～30g、薄荷10～30g、杭菊20～40g，连翘20～40g、金银花60g、大青叶30～40g,、蝉蜕5～10g，紫苏60～90g。
2.如权利要求1所述小儿风热感冒药浴包的制备方法，其特征在于具体步骤如下：
将配方中的各药物选净，过水，凉干，分别打磨成粉末备用，使用时，再将各药物粉末混合均匀封装，得小儿风热感冒药浴包散剂。
