本发明属于医药技术领域,尤其涉及一种以多种中药材为原料,见效快、无刺激性的一种滋养肝肾的中药及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一类比较常见的循环系统疾病。循环系统由心脏、血管和调节血液循环的神体液组织构成,循环系统疾病也称为心血管病,包括所有组织器官的疾病,在内科疾病中属于常见病,糖尿引起的并发症疾病最为多见,每一种内脏疾病都能显著地影响患者的劳动力。内脏性疾病的发病率非常之高,在全球由于糖尿病引起患内脏疾病的患者很多,发病的人群在不断的增长,而且内脏病不及时治疗会威胁到患者的生命,给患者及其家庭带来了严重的影响,很多人因为不清楚糖尿病带来的并发症的严重性而盲目的进行预防和治疗,这些都不利于病情的发作。
糖尿病的病因是有很多种,应该有一半属于遗传,加上加班熬夜、生活不规律、又不爱运动,会导致身体肥胖,每天都觉得很渴很累,眼睛也经常看不清楚,吃饭无规律,爱吃油腻、多盐、咸类食物从而引起糖尿病。
人体的内脏代谢是有自己的规律的,每天适量的运动可以稳定人体的代谢,使内脏变得强壮,但是过量的运动就会让内脏超负荷运转,最终诱发内脏病的产生。其次,经常吃烧烤类的油腻食品也容易诱发糖尿病的发生,高温烧烤的食物会产生一种称为晚期糖化终产物的血液化合物,这种化合物会减少细胞的弹性,并增加糖尿病的风险。
目前滋养肝肾多采用西药,用药后见效慢、效果不佳、不能根治,给患者带来极大的痛苦和烦恼,甚至严重影响工作生活质量和身心健康;而且西药通常仅针对暂时的缓解,对疾病本身疗效作用不明显;再者西药毒副作用较大,长期使用对身体健康有影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术制备的用于滋养肝肾的药物的上述不足,而提供一种配伍合理,制备工艺简单,使用简便、安全可靠、成本低、疗效明显的用于滋养肝肾的中药及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种滋养肝肾的中药,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:丹参8~30份,当归5~20份,肉苁蓉5~20份,枸杞子8~30份,玉竹8~30份,黄芪8~30份,山药8~30份,灵芝8~30份,女贞子5~20份,熟地5~20份,百合5~20份,地黄5~20份,桑白皮5~20份,白术8~30份,金银花5~20份。

一种滋养肝肾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
步骤1)、按照所述原料的重量份数取丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术在20-40℃的水中浸泡20-30分钟。
步骤2)、按中药原料和水的比例为1:5-1:8的体积比取水,先将取用的水加热至50-70℃,然后将步骤1)中得到的丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术放入加热后的水中,用武火煮至沸腾,然后用文火保持微沸状态,煎煮20-40分钟。
步骤3)、按照所述原料的重量份数取枸杞子、玉竹、山药、灵芝、百合清洗干净,再烘干机中烘干15-20分钟,然后将烘干后的原料在粉碎机中粉碎为60-120目的粉末,将粉末倒入到步骤2)中的药液中,并搅拌均匀,继续煎煮5-10分钟后停止;然后将所述份量的金银花放入药液,静置药液置常温。
步骤4)、将步骤3)中得到的药液过滤,得到的最终药液即为所述的滋养肝肾的中药。
本发明以玉竹、熟地补肺益胃,以地黄补血养心,以白术益气安神、以山药温补脾虚,以枸杞子、肉苁蓉滋养肝肾,金银花化湿降浊,药效平稳、逐渐显效,无任何毒副作用以及刺激性反应,使用安全,不会产生抗药性,本发明制备工艺简单,使用简便、安全可靠、成本低、疗效明显,经临床验证对各种糖尿病均具有显著的效果,可用于治疗多种类型的糖尿病。
本发明无毒副作用,所采用的配方中的药物药理为:
丹参:味苦,微寒;归心、肝经,一味丹参同四物,肝炎胁痛冠心病。丹参味苦性微寒,祛瘀生新崩带下。破症除瘕心烦满,月经不调行经难。丹参具有活血祛瘀,凉血消痈,养血安神的作用。可治痛经,闭经,腹部肿块,烦热不安,痈肿疮毒等症。比较适用于冠心病心绞痛,脑血管病患,高血压,血栓性病患,月经不调和各类瘀血阻滞证。丹参能扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉血流量,对心肌缺血有显著的保护功效,有利于冠心病心绞痛的预防治疗。丹参可以改善机体的微循环,降低血液的黏度,减少血小板聚集。丹参在体外对葡萄球菌,霍乱弧菌,结核杆菌,大肠杆菌,变形杆菌,伤寒杆菌,福氏痢疾杆菌都有抑制作用。
当归:味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经。《本草正》记载:“当归,其味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,诚血中之气药,亦血中之圣药也。”“大约佐之以补则补,故能养荣养血,补气生精,安五脏,强形体,益神志,凡有形虚损之病,无所不宜。佐之以攻则通,故能祛痛通便,利筋骨,治拘挛、瘫痪、燥、涩等证” 。
肉苁蓉:味甘、咸,性温,归肾、大肠经,功能:补肾阳、益精血、润肠道。主治:肾阳虚衰、精血不足之阳痿、遗精、白浊、尿频余沥、腰痛脚弱、耳鸣目花、月经衍期、宫寒不孕、肠燥便秘。《本草经疏》记载:肉苁蓉,滋肾补精血之要药,气本微温,相传以为热者误也。甘能除热补中,酸能入肝,咸能滋肾,肾肝为阴,阴气滋长,则五脏之劳热自退,阴茎中寒热痛自愈。肾肝足,则精血日盛,精血盛则多子。妇人症瘕,病在血分,血盛则行,行则症瘕自消矣。膀胱虚,则邪客之,得补则邪气自散,腰痛自止。久服则肥健而轻身,益肾肝补精血之效也,若曰治痢,岂滑以导滞之意乎,此亦必不能之说也。
枸杞子:味甘,性平;归肝、肾经。《本草经疏》记载:枸杞子,润而滋补,兼能退热,而专于补肾、润肺、生津、益气,为肝肾真阴不足、劳乏内热补益之要药。老人阴虚者十之七八,故服食家为益精明目之上品。昔人多谓其能生精益气,除阴虚内热明目者,盖热退则阴生,阴生则精血自长,肝开窍于目,黑水神光属肾,二脏之阴气增益,则目自明矣。枸杞虽为益阴除热之上药,若病脾胃薄弱,时时泄泻者勿入,须先治其脾胃,俟泄泻已止,乃可用之。即用,尚须同山药、莲肉、车前、茯苓相兼,则无润肠之患矣。现代医学研究发现:使用枸杞提取液0.5mg/kg小鼠灌胃,共20日可明显抑制肝LPo生成,并使血中谷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力提高;人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPo生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高,表明枸杞提取液具有延缓衰老作用。
玉竹:味甘,性平;入肺、胃经。具有养阴、润燥、除烦、止渴的功效。治热病伤阴、咳嗽烦渴、虚劳发热、消谷易饥、小便频数等。《本草拾遗》载“主聪明、调血气、令人强壮”。《日华子本草》记载“除烦闷、止渴、润心肺、补五劳七伤、虚损、腰脚疼痛、天行热狂”。属滋阴养气补血之品,古人称玉竹平补而润,兼有除风热之功,故能驻颜润肤,祛病延年。玉竹补而不腻,不寒不燥,故有补益五脏、滋养气血、平补而润、兼除风热之功,常服玉竹可抗衰老,延年益寿。
玉竹能滋阴润肺;生津止渴。燥咳;劳嗽;热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴;内热消渴;阴虚外感;头昏眩晕;筋脉挛痛。主治肺阴虚所致的干咳少痰,咽舌燥和温热病后期,或因高烧耗伤津液而出现的津少口渴,食欲不振,胃部不适等症。玉竹又能养胃阴,清胃热,主治燥伤胃阴,口干舌燥,食欲不振,常与麦冬、沙参等品同用;治胃热津伤之消渴,可与石膏、知母、麦冬、天花粉等品同用,可共收清胃生津之效。
玉竹养阴润燥,生津止渴,保健抗衰。玉竹里的多糖、维他命A与烟酸,能够增强人体抗病能力,推迟衰老。玉竹含强心苷、生物碱和维生素A类物质及粘液多糖—玉竹粘多糖、玉竹果聚糖等,有改善心肌缺氧和肾上腺皮质激素样作用。玉竹含有的甾甙,对心肌的作用与铃兰制剂类似。玉竹配糖体对离体蛙心有强心作用,玉竹煎剂的作用与玉竹配糖体类似。同时玉竹对心悸、心绞痛,风湿性心脏病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、肺原性心脏病引起的心力衰竭有一定疗效。
黄芪:性味:甘,微温;归经:归肺、脾、肾经。其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。现代医学研究表明,黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
山药:味甘,性平,无毒;归脾、肺、肾经。《神农本草经》谓之“主健中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉、久服耳目聪明”;《日华子本草》说其“助五脏、活筋骨、长志安神、主治泄精健忘”;《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”。近些年来的研究表明,山药具有诱导产生干扰素,增强人体免疫功能的作用。其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老,是人们所喜爱的保健佳品。以山药为主、辅以魔芋做成的仿生食品,具有营养丰富、滋补健身、养颜美容之功效,是不可多得的健康营养美食。山药是山中之药、食中之药。不仅可做成保健食品,而且具有调理疾病的药用价值。
灵芝:味甘,性平;归心、肺、肝、肾经。主治虚劳、咳嗽、气喘、失眠、消化不良,恶性肿瘤等。灵芝是最佳的免疫功能调节剂和激活剂,它可显著提高机体的免疫功能,增强患者自身的防癌、抗癌能力。灵芝可以通过促进白细胞介素-2的等内源性抗癌物质的生成,通过促进单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、通过提升人体的造血能力尤其是白细胞的指标水平,以及通过其中某些有效成分对癌细胞的抑制作用,成为抗肿瘤、防癌以及癌症辅助治疗的优选药物。灵芝对人体几乎没有任何毒副作用。这种无毒性的免疫活化剂的优点,恰恰是许多肿瘤化疗药物和其它免疫促进剂都不具有的。灵芝对多种理化及生物因素引起的肝损伤有保护作用。无论在肝脏损害发生前还是发生后,服用灵芝都可保护肝脏,减轻肝损伤。灵芝能促进肝脏对药物、毒物的代谢,对于中毒性肝炎有确切的疗效。尤其是慢性肝炎,灵芝可明显消除头晕、乏力、恶心、肝区不适等症状,并可有效地改善肝功能,使各项指标趋于正常。所以,灵芝可用于治疗慢性中毒、各类慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝功能障碍。动物实验和临床试验均表明,灵芝可有效地扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌微循环,增强心肌氧和能量的供给,因此,对心肌缺血具有保护作用,可广泛用于冠心病、心绞痛等的治疗和预防。灵芝对于增强人体免疫力,调节血糖,控制血压,辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效。
女贞子:味甘、苦,性凉;归肝、肾经。《本草经疏》记载:女贞子,气味俱阴,正入肾除热补精之要品,肾得补,则五脏自安,精神自足,百病去而身肥健矣。用于肝肾不足,症见骨蒸劳热,头晕,耳鸣,耳聋,腰膝酸软等。治疗骨蒸劳热。
熟地:甘,微温;归肝、肾经,补血养阴,填精益髓。熟地又名熟地黄或伏地,属玄参科植物,是一种上好中药材,具有补血滋阴功效,可用于血虚萎黄,眩晕,心悸失眠,月经不调,崩漏等症,亦可用于肾阴不足的潮热骨蒸、盗汗、遗精、消渴等症,是虚证类非处方药药品六味地黄丸主要成分之一。应用:1、血虚诸证。本品甘温质润,补阴益精以生血,为养血补虚之要药,疗血虚萎黄,眩晕,心悸,失眠及月经不调、崩中漏下等,如四物汤);若心血虚心悸怔忡,可与远志、酸枣仁等安神药同用;若崩漏下血而致血虚血寒、少腹冷痛者,可与阿胶、艾叶等补血止血、温经散寒药同用,如胶艾汤。2、肝肾阴虚诸证。本品质润入肾,善滋补肾阴,填精益髓,为补肾阴之要药。古人谓之“大补五脏真阴”,“大补真水”。本品益精血、乌须发,常与何首乌、牛膝、菟丝子等配伍,治精血亏虚须发早白,如七宝美髯丹(《医方集解》);本品补精益髓、强筋壮骨,也可配龟甲、锁阳、狗脊等,治疗肝肾不足,五迟五软,如虎潜丸(《医方集解》)。此外,熟地黄炭能止血,可用于崩漏等血虚出血证。
百合:性寒,味微苦;滋补作用可与人参并立,对人体有极大的补益,百合花有良好的止咳作用,并可以增加肺脏内血液的灌流量,改善肺部功能。百合花也有一定的镇静作用。中医将百合花入药使用,主要也是用在慢性肺部疾病,如慢性支气管炎或肺气肿的经常咳嗽或久咳的人身上。有安心、定胆、益智、润肺止咳。可以润肺止咳,宁心安神,还能减轻胃疼。清凉润肺,去火安神。对阴虚久咳、润肺化痰、痰中带血、虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚有奇效。调肺、用于肺燥嗽、肺虚咳嗽及肺癌吐血、治咳嗽、眩晕、夜寐不安等功效。
地黄:鲜地黄:清热生津,凉血,止血。用于热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,发斑发疹,吐血,衄血,咽喉肿痛。生地黄:清热凉血,养阴,生津。用于热病舌绛烦渴,阴虚内热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴,吐血,衄血,发斑发疹。
桑白皮:用于水肿,如风水、皮水等。桑白皮能清降肺气,通调水道而利水。故全身水肿,面目肌肤浮肿,胀满喘急,小便不利者用之,常配茯苓皮、大腹皮等,如五皮饮。用于肺热喘咳等。桑白皮性寒入肺经,能泻肺火兼泻肺中水气而平喘。治肺热咳喘,常配地骨皮同用,如泻白散;若水饮停肺,胀满喘急,可配麻黄、杏仁、葶苈子等宣肺逐饮之药同用。
白术:能健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾胃虚弱,食少胀满,倦怠乏力,泄泻。补脾胃可与党参、甘草等配伍;消痞除胀可与枳壳等同用;健脾燥湿止泻可与陈皮、茯苓等同用。用于水湿停留、痰饮、水肿。治寒饮可与茯苓、桂枝等配伍;治水肿常与茯苓皮、大腹皮等同用。用于表虚自汗。与黄芪、浮小麦等同用,有固表止汗之功,可治表虚自汗。
金银花:味甘、性寒,柜肺、胃、心经,金银花中含有大量具有药效的成分,它具有:抗菌、抗病毒、抗生育、消炎、止血等作用。金银花是纯天然药物,它的毒性小,对血压高和呼吸困难的人群来说是没有影响的哦,可以放心服用。经科学实验发现,金银花还有短时间的升血糖作用。低血糖的人群可以使用金银花来泡茶,可以补充身体的血糖。

本发明提供的一种滋养肝肾的中药,经过患者服用后有效率达95%以上,具体如下:
病例的选择标准:
经过多年的临床实践和体会,本发明中药针对一种滋养肝肾的中药及其制备方法。共415例,男性262例,女性153例,年龄为45-80岁,其中60岁以上患者为316例。
服用方法:每天服用三剂,一剂500ml,饭前饭后服用均可,半个月为一个疗程。
疗效判断标准:根据糖尿病的相关情况分为显效、有效、无效三类。
显效:服用本发明中药后,症状消失,彻底治愈;
有效:服用本发明中药后,症状明显减轻,但未完全消失;
无效:服用本发明中药后,症状未消失,与服用前无任何改善。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种滋养肝肾的中药,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:丹参15份,当归10份,肉苁蓉10份,枸杞子15份,玉竹15份,黄芪15份,山药15份,灵芝15份,女贞子10份,熟地10份,百合10份,地黄10份,桑白皮10份,白术15份,金银花10份。
如上所述用于滋养肝肾的中药的制备方法如下:
步骤1)、按照所述原料的重量份数取丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术在20-40℃的水中浸泡20-30分钟。
步骤2)、按中药原料和水的比例为1:5-1:8的体积比取水,先将取用的水加热至50-70℃,然后将步骤1)中得到的丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术放入加热后的水中,用武火煮至沸腾,然后用文火保持微沸状态,煎煮20-40分钟。
步骤3)、按照所述原料的重量份数取枸杞子、玉竹、山药、灵芝、百合清洗干净,再烘干机中烘干15-20分钟,然后将烘干后的原料在粉碎机中粉碎为60-120目的粉末,将粉末倒入到步骤2)中的药液中,并搅拌均匀,继续煎煮5-10分钟后停止;然后将所述份量的金银花放入药液,静置药液置常温。
步骤4)、将步骤3)中得到的药液过滤,得到的最终药液即为所述的滋养肝肾的中药。
以下实施例中滋养肝肾的中药的制备方法与实施例1相同,不再赘述。

1.一种滋养肝肾的中药,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:丹参8~30份,当归5~20份,肉苁蓉5~20份,枸杞子8~30份,玉竹8~30份,黄芪8~30份,山药8~30份,灵芝8~30份,女贞子5~20份,熟地5~20份,百合5~20份,地黄5~20份,桑白皮5~20份,白术8~30份,金银花5~20份。
2.一种滋养肝肾的中药,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:丹参10~20份,当归8~15份,肉苁蓉8~15份,枸杞子10~20份,玉竹10~20份,黄芪10~20份,山药10~20份,灵芝10~20份,女贞子8~15份,熟地8~15份,百合8~15份,地黄8~15份,桑白皮8~15份,白术10~20份,金银花8~15份。

4.一种滋养肝肾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
步骤1)、按照所述原料的重量份数取丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术在20-40℃的水中浸泡20-30分钟;
步骤2)、按中药原料和水的比例为1:5-1:8的体积比取水,先将取用的水加热至50-70℃,然后将步骤1)中得到的丹参、当归、肉苁蓉、黄芪、女贞子、熟地、地黄、桑白皮、白术放入加热后的水中,用武火煮至沸腾,然后用文火保持微沸状态,煎煮20-40分钟;
步骤3)、按照所述原料的重量份数取枸杞子、玉竹、山药、灵芝、百合清洗干净,再烘干机中烘干15-20分钟,然后将烘干后的原料在粉碎机中粉碎为60-120目的粉末,将粉末倒入到步骤2)中的药液中,并搅拌均匀,继续煎煮5-10分钟后停止;然后将所述份量的金银花放入药液,静置药液置常温;
步骤4)、将步骤3)中得到的药液过滤,得到的最终药液即为所述的滋养肝肾的中药。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种滋养肝肾的中药的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)制得的中药干燥后可以制成散剂,颗粒剂,或装入胶囊得胶囊剂,或压制成片剂。
