Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物,其有效成分为噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯,噻呋酰胺在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,咯菌腈在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~20%,嘧菌酯在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,其余为农药助剂;本发明农药组合物对马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病有协同增效作用,适用于种子处理防治马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物,用于防治马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病。
背景技术
马铃薯黑痣病(Rhizoctoniasolani)是由立枯丝核菌引起的一种病害,常造成块茎腐烂、种薯烂种、茎秆枯死,在整个生长期间均可发病。茎上发病首先在近地面处产生红褐色长形病斑,后逐渐扩大,茎基部周围变黑而表皮腐烂。因输导组织被破坏,叶片逐渐枯黄卷曲,植株易倾斜倒伏死亡。地下块茎发病多以芽眼为中心,生成褐色病斑,其后干腐或疮痂状龟裂,薯块小而不光滑。
马铃薯晚疫病(Phytophthora infestans(Mont.)deBary)致病疫霉属鞭毛茵亚门真菌引起一种病害,导致马铃薯茎叶死亡和块茎腐烂的一种毁灭性卵菌病害。病菌主要以菌丝体在薯块中越冬,播种带菌薯块,导致不发芽或发芽后出土即死去,有的出土后成为中心病株,病部产生孢子囊借气流传播进行再侵染,形成发病中心,致该病由点到面,迅速蔓延扩大。病叶上的孢子囊还可随雨水或灌溉水渗入土中侵染薯块,形成病薯,成为翌年主要侵染源。
噻呋酰胺,英文通用名称thifluzamide,主要作用是抑制病原真菌三羧酸循环中的酸去氢酶,导致菌体死亡。
咯菌腈,英文通用名称boscalid,通过抑制葡萄糖磷酰化有关的转移,来抑制病原菌菌丝体的生长。
嘧菌酯,英文通用名称azoxystrobin,线粒体呼吸抑制剂,即通过在细胞色素Bcl向细胞色素C的电子转移,从而抑制线粒体的呼吸,抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长并一直产孢。
本发明人发对噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯及马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病进行了深入研究,在大量的试验的基础上,发现噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯三者混配对马铃薯黑痣病、马铃薯晚疫病有协同增效作用,用于马铃薯种子处理能有效防治马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病,提高使用效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种有效成分为噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物,该组合物对马铃薯种子进行处理能有效防治马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病,提高了使用效果。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种含有噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物,有效成分为噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯,噻呋酰胺在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,咯菌腈在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~20%,嘧菌酯在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,其余为农药助剂。
本发明农药组合物通过农药制剂制备方法可制得种子处理悬浮剂,种子处理悬浮剂可在农业直接使用,制备方法如下:将有效成分噻呋酰胺1%~30%、咯菌腈1%~20%、嘧菌酯1%~30%和农药助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得本发明种子处理悬浮剂。
所述的农药助剂包括甲醇、硅油、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、尿素、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、山梨糖醇油酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠、尿素、硫酸铵、膨润土、聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、硅酸镁铝、酚醛树脂、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙、木粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素、大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、油酸甲酯、椰子油、棕榈油、红花油、麻油、蓖麻油、桐油、橄榄油、去离子水、蔗糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香、PVA、K-12、亮红、山梨酸钾、有机硅等中的一种或几种。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下有益效果。
1、具有协同增效作用,提高防治效果。
2、减少单一化合物剂型加工、流通成本,减少物料使用,降低能源消耗。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步详述,实施例中所提及的内容并非对本发明的限定,以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例1:室内毒力测定试验。
参照生测标准方法NY/T1156.2-2006,采用含药培养基法:取各单剂和混剂系列浓度的药液6mL,加入冷却至45℃的54mL的PDA培养基中,制成所需要终浓度的含药培养基平板。然后从培养7天的致病菌菌落边缘制取6mm直径菌丝块,移至各系列含药培养基上,菌丝面朝下,每个处理4次重复。处理完毕,置于25±1℃的恒温生化培养箱中培养,试验处理3d后测量菌落直径。

式中:D表示菌落增长直径;D1表示菌落直径;D2表示菌饼直径。
式中:I表示菌丝生长抑制率;D0表示空白对照菌落增长直径;Dt表示药剂处理菌落增长直径。
参照生测标准方法NY/T1156.6-2006,根据Sun&Johnson(1960)的共毒系数法(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。
混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)=药剂A的毒力指数×100混剂中A药剂的百分含量+药剂B的毒力指数×100混剂中药剂的百分含量+药剂C的毒力指数×100混剂中药剂的百分含量
所有试验数据均采用DPS统计软件进行分析。
从表1、表2,可以看出,噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯组合对马铃薯黑痣病致病菌立枯丝核菌、马铃薯黑痣病致病菌立枯丝核菌共毒系数(CTC)值均大于120,说明噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯组合协同增效作用。

实施例2:制备方法实施例。
5%噻呋酰胺、2%咯菌腈、3%嘧菌酯、2%十二烷基苯磺酸盐、0.5%PVA、K-124%、2%亮红、3%%黄原胶、3%%丙二醇、0.2%山梨酸钾、0.5%有机硅,余量为去离子水。将上述固体物料进行预先粉碎,再全部加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得5%噻呋酰胺·2%咯菌腈·3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂。
实施例3:药效试验实施例。
马铃薯种薯切块待用,药剂、水、种子混合比例为1:50:100,处理后在无阳光下晾干后即可播种,播种后30天调查防治效果,并计算成苗率。
从表3、4可以看出,5%噻呋酰胺·2%咯菌腈·3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂进行马铃薯种子处理,对马铃薯黑痣病防效90.82~96.15%,对马铃薯晚疫病防效91.96~96.63%。5%噻呋酰胺·2%咯菌腈·3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂使用效果明显优于5%噻呋酰胺悬浮种衣剂、2%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂、3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂、5%噻呋酰胺·2%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂、5%噻呋酰胺·3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂、2%咯菌腈·3%嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂使用效果。

1.一种含有噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为噻呋酰胺、咯菌腈、嘧菌酯,噻呋酰胺在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,咯菌腈在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~20%,嘧菌酯在农药组合物中的重量比为1%~30%,其余为农药助剂。
2.权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和咯菌腈以及嘧菌酯的农药组合物在种子处理防治马铃薯黑痣病、晚疫病中的应用。
