1. A method for filtering background noise, the method comprising:
detecting whether an instruction for acquiring background noise triggered by a user is received;
if yes, acquiring background noise of the environment where the mobile terminal is located according to the instruction;
and filtering the background noise in real time when the user is in a call.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting whether a user-triggered instruction to acquire background noise is received comprises:
detecting whether the user touches a key for acquiring background noise; or,
detecting whether the user touches a key for acquiring background noise in the user call; or,
and detecting whether the user touches a key for acquiring background noise or not in the interval without conversation in the conversation process of the user.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after obtaining the background noise of the environment where the mobile terminal is located according to the instruction, the method further comprises:
and storing the background noise according to a preset storage mode, wherein the storage mode comprises storing the background noise and an identifier corresponding to the background noise at a preset position, and the identifier comprises the time, scene and mode of the acquired background noise.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before filtering the background noise in real time while the user is talking, further comprising:
receiving a user-triggered instruction for selecting background noise;
selecting background noise corresponding to the instruction from prestored background noise;
and filtering the background noise in real time when the user is in a call.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
detecting whether the user touches a key for deleting background noise;
and if so, deleting the background noise from the pre-stored background noise according to the key for deleting the background noise.
6. An apparatus for filtering background noise, the apparatus comprising:
the first detection module is used for detecting whether an instruction for acquiring background noise triggered by a user is received;
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the background noise of the environment where the mobile terminal is located according to the instruction if the mobile terminal is located;
and the first filtering module is used for filtering the background noise in real time when the user calls.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first detection module comprises:
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether an instruction for acquiring background noise triggered by a user is received;
the second detection unit is used for detecting whether the user touches a key for acquiring background noise during the user call;
and the third detection unit is used for detecting whether the user touches a key for acquiring background noise or not in the interval without conversation in the conversation process of the user.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the storage module is used for storing the background noise according to a preset storage mode, wherein the storage mode comprises the step of storing the background noise and an identifier corresponding to the background noise at a preset position, and the identifier comprises the acquired time, scene and mode of the background noise.

the second detection module is used for detecting whether the user touches a key for deleting the background noise;
and the deleting module is used for deleting the background noise from the pre-stored background noise according to the key for deleting the background noise if the key is used for deleting the background noise.
