Abstract

一种齿盘滑爪螺旋槽加工装置及工艺,加工装置主要由主体、偏心轴、顶销、弹簧、定位销组成,主体的前端面上设置有四条径向的T形槽,T形槽内用于装夹工件齿盘滑爪,主体中部设置有四个径向的偏心轴,偏心轴的位置与T形槽对应,偏心轴的前面设置有与之配合的顶销,偏心轴与主体配合处设置有定位销,在工件齿盘滑爪的背面上钻销两个轴向工艺孔A和B,顶销分别顶在工艺孔A和B中时,按同一走刀参数对齿盘滑爪螺旋槽进行两遍车削。本发明对齿盘滑爪螺旋槽的加工,一个工位两道工序就能完成,加工效率高,并且加工精度高。

齿盘滑爪螺旋槽加工装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械技术,具体为一种齿盘滑爪螺旋槽加工装置。
背景技术
在金属加工、木器加工中,有许多设备的主轴上都有夹盘,用来装夹工件。夹盘的主要零件为齿盘和齿盘滑爪,齿盘的端面上加工有等螺距端面螺旋齿,端面螺旋齿沿径向的螺距为固定值,整条螺旋齿的曲率半径是变化的,越靠近齿盘圆心,曲率半径越小,越远离齿盘圆心,曲率半径越大。与齿盘配合的零件是齿盘滑爪,齿盘滑爪上加工有螺旋槽,螺旋槽与齿盘端面上的螺旋齿配合。在使用过程中,齿盘滑爪和齿盘相对转动的同时,齿盘滑爪还要沿齿盘径向移动,以夹持不同直径的工件。由于齿盘上的螺旋齿为等螺距、变曲率半径,所以,齿盘滑爪上的螺旋槽,必须保证既能和齿盘中心处、曲率半径小的螺旋齿配合,也能和齿盘周边处、曲率半径大的螺旋齿配合,与齿盘端面螺旋齿配合间隙过小会影响滑动,与齿盘端面螺旋齿配合间隙太大会影响夹盘的最终精度,所以,齿盘滑爪上的螺旋槽具有一定的特殊性,其外形尺寸和加工方法都成了影响夹盘加工的主要因素。齿盘滑爪上的螺旋槽通常通过数控铣床,采取模拟方法单件加工,或者多件车削后再单件修复,不但加工效率低,而且加工精度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工装置,一次装夹多件齿盘滑爪,多件齿盘滑爪成组加工,按同一车削轨迹,先后两次车削,完成齿盘滑爪上的螺旋槽加工,不但加工效率高,而且还能有效地控制齿盘滑爪与齿盘的配合间隙。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
齿盘滑爪螺旋槽加工装置,主要由主体、偏心轴、顶销、弹簧、定位销组成,主体的前端面上设置有四条径向的T形槽,T形槽内用于装夹工件齿盘滑爪,主体中部设置有四个径向的偏心轴,偏心轴的位置与T形槽对应,偏心轴的前面设置有与之配合的顶销,顶销外圆面设有弹簧,偏心轴与主体配合处设置有定位销,在工件齿盘滑爪的背面上设置两个轴向工艺孔A和B,两个工艺孔的距离等于螺旋槽(齿)螺距的倍数,当顶销顶在工艺孔B中时,齿盘滑爪应处于工作时的最小夹持直径处,当顶销顶在工艺孔A中时,齿盘滑爪应处于工作时的最大夹持直径处。
加工齿盘滑爪螺旋槽时,主体的后部装夹在车床夹盘中,将齿盘滑爪插入T形槽内,顶销顶在工艺孔B中,旋转偏心轴锁紧顶销,按齿盘滑爪螺旋槽设计要求设置车刀走刀参数,车削齿盘滑爪螺旋槽,然后顶销再顶在工艺孔A中,按原走刀参数对齿盘滑爪螺旋槽进行第2遍车削,完成加工。
本发明对齿盘滑爪螺旋槽的加工,一个工位两道工序就能完成,加工效率高,并且加工精度高。

具体实施方式
下面以实施例结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明。
下面结合附图对本实施例进行说明:主体采用45#钢,通过车削、铣削、钻削工序加工;偏心轴采用45#钢,通过车削、钻削、冲孔加工完成;顶销采用45#钢,采用车削加工完成。定位销采用45#钢,采用车削加工完成;弹簧采用弹簧钢65Mn。定位销采用45#钢,通过车削加工完成。工作时,主体的后部装夹在车床夹盘中,将齿盘滑爪插入T形槽内。

1.一种齿盘滑爪螺旋槽加工装置,主要由主体(1)、偏心轴(2)、顶销(3)、弹簧(5)、定位销(7)组成,其特征在于:主体(1)的前端面上设置有四条径向的T形槽(4),T形槽(4)内用于装夹工件齿盘滑爪(6),主体(1)中部设置有四个径向的偏心轴(2),偏心轴(2)的位置与T形槽(4)对应,偏心轴(2)的前面设置有与之配合的顶销(3),顶销(3)外圆面设有弹簧(5),偏心轴(2)与主体(1)配合处设置有定位销(7),在工件齿盘滑爪(6)的背面上设置两个轴向工艺孔A(601)和工艺孔B(603),两个工艺孔的距离等于螺旋槽(602)螺距的倍数,当顶销(3)顶在工艺孔B(603)中时,齿盘滑爪(6)应处于工作时的最小夹持直径处,当顶销(3)顶在工艺孔A(601)中时,齿盘滑爪(6)应处于工作时的最大夹持直径处。
