Abstract
本发明涉及用于细长材料的紧固元件。本发明提出了一种在机动车辆中用于紧固细长材料的带有锚固件的紧固元件,所述锚固件接合在紧固元件连接到的壁中。锚固件具有两个伸展臂(6)和密封件(8),该密封件圆形地围住所述锚固件(5)。
Description
本申请是于2011年6月17日提交的,申请号为201110168683.8,发明名称为“用于细长材料的紧固元件”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于细长材料例如电缆和/或输电线的紧固元件。
电缆束和电缆接头被大量应用在汽车工业中。夹子通常包括电缆扎带,这些电缆扎带在单次使用之后不能再使用,所述夹子用于铺设这些电缆、线和电缆索并且用于固定。
背景技术
在DE9317983U中已知一种夹子,所述夹子具有由塑料制成的紧固夹,该紧固夹用于固定电缆束,以便整体地与锚固件连接,该锚固件用于将紧固夹相连接并且因此也将电缆束连接到部件上。锚固件设有伸展构件,例如通过这些伸展构件锚固件被锚定在一个开口中或者开口后面。只有当实现锚定的部分从部件的后侧被松开,才能将锚固件以非破坏性的方式从锚定位置松开。然而,在紧固夹后面的空间经常是不可进入的。如果例如在损坏之后必须移出紧固元件,以便为新的紧固元件空出位置,则必须破坏该紧固元件。
在EP0571327B1中已知一个示例性的带有扎带的电缆夹。电缆夹具有扎带,该扎带通过一个孔眼连接到本体。当用在车辆中时,这种类型的带有扎带的电缆夹具有如下缺点:在将锚固件压入壁中的地方,没有密封作用可供使用。然而,在车辆中,对开向外侧的开口进行密封是非常重要的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种电缆夹,该电缆夹具有用于细长材料例如电缆、电缆索和线的可变的紧固选择方式,并且也实现了密封功能。
依据本发明的紧固夹的任务是可靠地固定电缆,同时易于安装且易于与电缆连接。

具体实施方式
依据本发明的紧固元件1包括至少一个杆件2。如在图1中所示,所述杆件2沿直线从被连接到基板14的锚固件5向外延伸。在替代的实施方式中,杆件被设计为一个单件或者单独地开始于基板的两个部件。杆件用于紧固被沿着杆件的纵轴线引导的细长材料,例如电缆或者线。杆件在它们的端部具有突出部3,这些突出部使杆件在端部变宽。所述突出部在内侧包含肋条结构11。锚固件5具有两个伸展臂6,这两个伸展臂逐渐变细成锚固元件7。在图1中的实施方式中,锚固件5具有一个平的前表面和多个斜的侧面13。锚固件5的本体被圆形的密封圈8包围。密封圈8是电缆夹的整合部件并且通过2K注塑技术(双组分注塑技术)直接与电缆夹一体成型。所述2K技术是优选的实施方式。然而,通过将密封圈生产为单独的部件并粘结到基体上,可以实现相同的功能。电缆夹1也包括支座9。支座9被设计为中空的柱体,且具有一个沿着长柱体轴线的开口。支座9平行于杆件2设置在电缆夹的基板上。支座9具有柱形的、细长的结构,该结构包括一个用于引入电缆的开口。该开口不必位于所示的图3中上面的位置。在另一个实施方式中,开口也可以设置在中空柱体的侧面或者设置在相反侧附近。由于开口而形成的臂9a具有向内弯曲的突出部9b。因此,能更可靠地固定待要安装的细长材料。
图2示出了从下面看的电缆夹的概览图。可以看到从基板14延伸出的杆件2。在该实施方式中,杆件被连接到一个部件。杆件延伸为突起部3。可以看到位于基板右侧的支座9。
在另一个实施方式中,第二支座9也设置在基板的另一侧上。
通过剖面A-A图3示出了在具有支座9的实施方式中,用于紧固细长材料的可选方式。主要沿着杆件2对电缆或者线进行紧固。在该过程中,沿着杆件引导待要紧固的材料,并且待要紧固的材料被搁在基板14的小的倒圆部4和电缆夹的杆件2上。在该过程中,倒圆部4与要安装的材料的标称半径相适应。细长材料由于沿着杆件的导向装置而具有一个设定的方向并且也不能沿着导向装置弯曲。这甚至在中空的线中也很重要。待要安装的材料的直径被从支座9的外壁到需要安装的材料的横截面中心的距离D限制。
图4示出了沿着轴线B-B的纵剖视图。可以在这个剖视图中看到锚固件5的结构。锚固件具有两个伸展臂6,这两个伸展臂引向锚固元件7。可以在剖面图中看到密封圈8,对该密封圈高度h的选择使得锁紧元件7位于由高度为h的密封圈形成的容腔内。对所述密封圈高度的选择使得在装配和锁紧电缆夹之后能确保期望的密封效果。所述伸展臂的设计在这里只作为一个例子,也可以使用几个伸展臂或者具有蘑菇头形状的结构。重要的是,锁紧元件位于密封圈8的容腔之内,以便确保密封功能。该容腔由密封件的圆形的基面和高度h限定。电缆夹通过双组分注塑法进行制造。设计仅仅受注塑模具的成型性能的限制。可应用ASA或ABS或PMMA作为夹子的材料,并且热塑性弹性体用于密封件。
依据本发明的电缆夹被压入车辆中的开口内,用于安装细长材料。这可能涉及到车辆中的任何具有介于湿的室外区域和干的室内区域之间的边界的部件。车门板被选作一个例子。
第一步,沿着杆件2引导细长材料。将细长材料紧固到杆件上,并通过电缆扎带或者带子在至少一个位置处固定。在这个过程中,突起部3以及脊部11用于对要使用的电缆扎带进行导向并且防止该电缆扎带滑脱。
在第一细长材料装配好之后,替代地,可以在提供的支座中安装其他的电缆,或者立即将电缆夹固定在提供的壁上。
在所述过程中,锚固件通过其呈圆锥形逐渐变细的形状被导向,该形状由两个伸展臂形成,并且通过锁紧元件7将该锚固件锁止在车辆开口处的位置中。因为锁紧元件7位于密封圈8的容腔内,因此,密封圈8被压靠在车辆壁上并且以水密的方式将锚固元件被导入的开口封闭。在电缆夹被连接到车辆壁且已经用作电缆或者线的紧固和导向装置之后,能在支座9中放置更多的电缆或者线。
在进一步的扩展阶段,电缆夹可以带有更多的支座结构,在这些支座结构中可以安装更多的细长材料,例如电缆和线。其优点是,在将电缆夹安装到车辆壁中之后,开口设于可实现进一步安装的一侧上。
替代地,在所有的细长材料已经预安装的情况下,可以将电缆夹插入车辆壁中。

Claims (6)
1.一种在机动车辆中用于紧固细长材料的带有锚固件(5)的紧固元件,该锚固件接合在紧固元件连接到的壁中,其中,所述锚固件(5)包括锁紧元件(7),其中,
所述紧固元件包括密封件(8),该密封件圆形地围绕所述锚固件(5),其中,所述密封件(8)的高度(h)与包含的环形物的基面围成一个容腔,所述锁紧元件(7)突入该容腔中;
所述紧固元件包括至少一个杆件(2),该杆件沿着细长材料延伸;并且
所述至少一个杆件(2)包括位于其端部的第一突出部(3),所述第一突出部(3)使所述至少一个杆件(2)在端部变宽。
2.依据权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,所述密封件(8)被模制到紧固元件上作为2-K部件。
3.依据权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,所述紧固元件包括用于另一细长材料的至少一个支座(9)。
4.依据权利要求3所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,所述支座(9)被设计为柱体,具有沿着柱体纵轴线的开口,其中,附有第二突出部(9a)用于固定细长材料。
5.依据权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,所述杆件(2)包括在其前表面(2a)上的倒圆部(4),该倒圆部与要安装的细长材料的半径相符。
6.依据权利要求1所述的紧固元件,其特征在于,所述第一突出部(3)在内侧包含肋条结构(11)。
