本发明公开了一种治疗痤疮的特效药物，它含有地榆、维生素C、维生素B1和/或维生素B6。
Description
本发明属于一种中药制剂，它是以中药地榆为主要原料，制成治疗痤疮的特效药物。
现有技术中，由本申请人于90年10月8日递交的发明专利申请CN1051506A公开了一种新型地榆制剂的制备方法，在该申请中，以地榆为主要原料制备成不同的剂型，可用于治疗痤疮、酒渣鼻、血栓性静脉炎、肠粘连、慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎、白细胞减少症、免疫功能缺陷症和具有抗菌增效作用。寻常痤疮常见于青年男女，多在青春期发生，好发于面、颈、胸及背上部，临床表现为皮疹，以粉刺、毛囊炎性丘疹、丘疱疹、小脓疱及小结节多见。申请人针对寻常痤疮的临床表现，经过几年的临床观察和实践，在上述制剂的基础上，对配方进行改进，使寻常痤疮的治疗有效率大幅度提高。
因此，本发明目的是基于本人的临床实践，提供一种治疗痤疮的特效药物。
本发明的配方是地 榆 0.3-0.5g 维生素C 300-500mg 维生素B1和/或维生素B640-50mg
根据惯用的制剂方法，可以将上述配方制备成各种适于病人使用的剂型，最好是外用剂型。
本发明的配方可按常规技术制备成片剂、丸剂、冲剂、散剂、胶囊剂或口服液，还可以制备成外用洗剂或擦剂。
将上述配方制成剂型时可加入赋形剂。
本发明的药物具有良好抗菌作用，对非特异性炎症也有一定疗效。既能杀灭微生物及治疗非特异性炎症，又能改善代谢使皮脂腺分泌及排泄复康，并促进疮口愈合，从而达到治疗的目的。使用本发明药物共观察48例，总有效率为100％。
实施例：
将生地榆拣去杂质，用水洗净，切成薄片，晒干，作为原料药材。取原料药全量三分之一的药材，装入灭菌器中，在110℃进行湿热灭菌30分钟，干燥粉碎成细粉，过100目筛备用。将原料药剩余三分之二量的药材加水煎煮三次，第一次和第二次各煮沸1.5小时，加水量均为药材量的6.5倍，第三次煮沸1小时，加水量为药材量的4倍。将药液过滤，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度(60℃)1.15以上的稠膏，收膏量为煎煮量的二分之一。取生药粉5000克，稠膏5000克，加维生素C10000g，维生素Bi1000g，混合制成软材，制粒，压片，每片重0.3克，装瓶包装。

地榆0.3～0.5g，维生素C300～500mg，维生素B140～50mg。
