Abstract
空气阻隔型抽吸容器包括:容器本体,用于收容液体内容物;抽吸盖,与上述容器的入口相紧固,利用抽吸动作来将收容于容器本体的内容物向外部排出;吸入管,与上述抽吸盖相紧固,并借助抽吸部的动作来吸入内容物;以及空气阻隔部件,使与借助抽吸动作从容器本体内排出的内容物的体积相应的空气流入空气阻隔部件的内部并进行捕集,从而预先防止残留在上述容器本体的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触。具有上述结构的空气阻隔型抽吸容器能够使收容于上述容器本体的内部的内容物始终维持与外部阻隔的密闭状态,防止与空气接触,因此能够防止上述内容物被污染或氧化而造成保质期急剧缩短的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抽吸容器,更详细地涉及使收容于容器本体内的内容物维持密闭状态的空气阻隔型抽吸容器。
背景技术
一般,包括如乳液和化妆水一样的化妆品、香水、洗发露、护发素及洗衣液等流体大部分装在规定容器保管,必要时,通过容器的入口以规定量排出用于使用。
这时,为了定量排出装在容器内部的液状内容物,使用带有上下地进行抽吸运动的抽吸部的抽吸盖,如上所述,适用上下地进行抽吸运动的抽吸盖的容器被称作抽吸容器。
就上述抽吸容器而言,每当按压一次抽吸盖的抽吸部时,规定量的内容物向容器的外部排出,因此带来能够防止流体浪费的效果,并且使用流体内容物时,无需开放容器,因此还能够期待防止异物向容器的内部流入的效果。并且,由于当装在容器的流体的内容物中含有挥发性成分的情况下,能够防止由于开放容器致使挥发性物质向大气中升华,具有能够防止流体内容物的成分变质的效果,因此上述抽吸容器是一种使用率及普及率渐渐扩大的有用的物品。
关于以如上所述的用途使用的抽吸容器的技术公开在韩国公开特许10-2013-0070023号。
上述技术的抽吸容器包括本体、抽吸部和吸入管,上述本体用于收容内容物,上述抽吸部与上述抽吸容器的入口相紧固,并包括按压部和管部件,上述吸入管与上述抽吸部相连接。
就具有上述结构的现有的抽吸容器而言,当通过操作上述抽吸部的管部件来排出或喷出内容物而使用的情况下,与所使用的上述内容物的量相应的外部空气向容器的内部流入。
这样,当抽吸容器的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触时,内容物会因空气中包含的细菌、霉或微生物等而发生变质。并且,长期保护时还存在上述内容物会因空气中包含的氧而发生氧化变质的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,用于解决上述问题的本发明的目的在于,提供具有空气阻隔部件的空气阻隔型抽吸容器,上述空气阻隔部件使与从容器本体内排出的内容物的体积相应的空气流入空气阻隔部件的内部并进行捕集,从而预先防止残留在上述容器本体的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触。
解决问题的手段
用于达成上述本发明的目的的空气阻隔型抽吸容器包括:容器本体,用于收容液体内容物;抽吸盖,与上述容器的入口相紧固,利用抽吸动作来将收容于容器本体的内容物向外部排出;吸入管,与上述抽吸盖相紧固,并借助抽吸部的动作来吸入内容物;以及空气阻隔部件,使与借助抽吸动作从容器本体内排出的内容物的体积相应的空气流入空气阻隔部件的内部并进行捕集,从而预先防止残留在上述容器本体的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触。
对于上述空气阻隔型抽吸容器的一实施例,在上述抽吸盖可形成有空气流入口,当进行抽吸动作时,外部空气能够通过上述空气流入口而流入上述空气阻隔部件的内部。
作为一例,上述空气阻隔部件作为膨胀时能够填满容器本体的内部的大小的空气捕集部,可具有这样一种结构,即,上述空气阻隔部件收容上述吸入管和抽吸盖的抽吸部,上述空气阻隔部件的下端以使上述吸入管的吸入口露出的方式与上述吸入管的下部相结合,上述空气阻隔部件的上端与和上述容器本体的入口面接触的上述抽吸盖的紧固盖的底面紧贴固定。
作为另一例,上述空气阻隔部件为能够捕集所排出的上述内容物的体积相应的空气而膨胀的具有如下结构的空气捕集部:具有以使上述吸入管的吸入口露出的方式包围上述吸入管的下部和包围上述抽吸盖的抽吸部并通过O型圈以一体型与和上述容器本体的入口面接触的上述紧固盖的底面紧贴固定的上部。
发明的效果
具有上述结构的空气阻隔型抽吸容器与收容于容器本体的内容物的使用量相应地使相同体积的空气流入其内部,由此能够预先阻隔残留在上述容器本体的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触。
即,上述空气阻隔型抽吸容器能够利用空气阻隔部件来使收容于上述容器本体的内部的内容物始终维持与外部阻隔的密闭状态,防止与空气接触,因此能够防止上述内容物被污染或氧化而造成保质期急剧缩短的问题。
并且,这种空气阻隔型抽吸容器能够预先防止收容于其内部的流体内容物与空气相接触,因此在用作未添加防腐剂或保存剂的天然化妆品的容器时更有效。

本发明的空气阻隔型抽吸容器包括:容器本体,用于收容液体内容物;抽吸盖,与上述容器的入口相紧固,利用抽吸动作来将收容于容器本体的内容物向外部排出;吸入管,与上述抽吸盖相紧固,并借助抽吸部的动作来吸入内容物;以及空气阻隔部件,使与借助抽吸动作从容器本体内排出的内容物的体积相应的空气流入空气阻隔部件的内部并进行捕集,从而预先防止残留在上述容器本体的内部的内容物与流入的空气相接触。

作为一例,上述空气阻隔部件130为使收容于容器本体110的内部的内容物维持与外部阻隔的密闭状态具有如下结构的空气捕集袋:设置于上述容器本体110内,并使借助抽吸盖120所包括的抽吸部122的抽吸作用从上述容器本体的内部排出的内容物105的体积相应的空气流入空气阻隔部件130的内部而膨胀。作为一例,上述空气捕集袋可由塑料材质的袋子制成。
具体地,本发明的空气阻隔部件130作为膨胀时能够填满容器本体110的内部的大小的空气集袋,可具有这样一种结构,即,上述空气阻隔部件130具有足以收容上述吸入管140和抽吸盖120的抽吸部的大小,上述空气阻隔部件130的下端以使上述吸入管的吸入口露出的方式与上述吸入管140的下部的外侧面以一体型相结合或相固定,上述空气阻隔部件130的上端与和上述容器本体110入口相面接触紧固盖底面相紧贴固定。
这时,上述空气阻隔部件130的上端可通过O型圈等紧贴部件132与上述抽吸盖120的紧固盖的底面相紧贴固定而处于以一体型紧固的状态。

如图2所示,以包围抽吸盖的抽吸部122和吸入管140的方式紧固的空气阻隔部件(空气捕集袋)与在上述抽吸盖的紧固盖124形成的空气流入口128相连通,因此,能够通过上述空气流入口128接收与借助抽吸部122的抽吸作用从容器本体内排出的内容物的体积相应的空气而膨胀。
即,将收容于密闭的容器本体110的内部的内容物排出时,容器本体110的内部的压力下降而产生作用力,空气借助这种作用力通过上述空气流入口128流入空气阻隔部件130,来使空气阻隔部件130膨胀。
由此,利用上述抽吸容器100盛放内容物的情况下,空气向空气阻隔部件130的内部流入,而不是向容器的内部流入,因此能够使内容物105维持密闭状态,防止与受污染的空气相接触。通过使内容物维持密闭状态,能够防止收容于容器本体110内的内容物变质或氧化的问题。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的空气阻隔型抽吸容器能够用作保管洗涤剂、饮料、化妆品的容器,因此具有产业上的可利用性。

上述空气阻隔部件(130)为接收与所排出的上述内容物(105)的体积相应的空气而膨胀的具有如下结构的一体型空气捕集部(130):具有以使上述吸入管(140)的吸入口露出的方式包围上述吸入管(140)的下部和包围上述抽吸盖的抽吸部(122)并通过O型圈(132)以一体型与和上述容器本体的入口面接触的上述紧固盖(124)的底面紧贴固定的上部。
