Abstract

主要部分,提供第一种组分的第一软管(10)包入提供
第二种组分的第二软管。
Description
本发明涉及一种压力基本相同的两种不同组分供给一个挤压头时软管压力平衡的方法和装置,其中第二种组分的流量实际上小于第一种组分的流量,例如在挤压热固性塑料的场合。
通常,用活塞泵来完成上述组分的投配和顺流供料。这样,当泵活塞往复运动时会引起软管进入自激振动状态,特别是当投配量很小时,挤压热固性塑料场合,固化剂仅占体积的1%-4%,这时,所存在的持续的震动导致了不可能进行精确的投配。甚至在关掉挤压头时,软管震动仍有某种程度上的延续,促成投配不准。
本发明的目的是为了避免上述缺陷,提供一种固定的便于推广的方法,就是软管中的压力变化不影响组分之间的流量比。这些已经通过下述方式得到解决即:至少到挤压头的通道的一部分,使来自第一种组分的压力作用到第二种组分上,并且,至少到挤压头的通道的第一部分供有第二种组分的第二软管伸入到供有第一种组分的第一软管之内。
下面,根据表示在附图中的一个实施例对本发明作更详细地描述。
图1是本发明装置的原理简图。
图2是图1中圆圈部分相应的压力平衡软管的部分剖面图。
图中,用序号10和11表示供应第一种组分和第二种组分如塑料和固化剂的两个软管到一个混合室12再到一个挤压头的情况。通过泵14和15如活塞泵,压力基本相同的两种组分,即P1A≈P2A顺流供料,第二种组分的流量实际上减少了第一种组分的流量。
第二软管11通过一个三通接头16导入第一软管10内,在到达混合室12两种组分混合之前,在第一软管10内实际上沿其长度沿伸。这里的压力P2与软管10和11中的压力基本相同。
由于P1A≈P2A,即第二软管11的内部压力和外部压力相同,这样在顺流供料压力发生变化时,软管不会伸张。恰好使第二种组分的顺流供料的流量基本上保持恒定。
压力的改变,例如活塞运动或关闭挤压头时,将不影响第一种组分和第二种组分之间的流量比。
当然,本发明不限于挤压热固性塑料,还可用在挤压两种组分的其它方面。在此,其中一种组分的流量小于第二种组分的流量。
Claims (2)
1、一种将压力基本相同的两种不同组分供给一个挤压头(13)时软管压力平衡的方法,其中第二种组分的流量实际上小于第一种组分的流量,例如在挤压热固性塑料的场合,其特征在于,至少到挤压头的通道的一部分使来自第一种组分的压力作用到第二种组分上,并且,至少到挤压头(13)的通道的一部分,提供第二组分的第二软管伸入到供有第一种组分的第一软管之内。
2、一种将第一软管(10)和第二软管(11)中的压力基本相同的两种不同组分供应给一个挤压头(13)时的软管压力平衡的装置,其中,第二种组分的流量实际上小于第一种组分的流量,例如在挤压热固性塑料的场合,其特征在于,至少到挤压头(13)的通道的主要部分,提供第一种组分的第一软管(10)包入提供第二种组分的第二软管(11)。
