技术领域
本发明涉及塑料建材生产领域,具体涉及应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料。
背景技术
采用色母料(浓缩母料)对塑料进行整体着色,是近年才发展起来的塑料着色新工艺。它是根据不同的着色要求,按一定配比同需要着色的树脂经混合,成型加工而得到有色塑料制品。色母料在成型加工中能均匀地分散在熔融体中,国内一直依赖于国外进口。聚烯烃色母料是有色浓缩颗粒料,表面光滑,无空洞气泡,耐热性不小于200℃80分钟;耐迁移性大于4级。所着色的塑料制品无色点,无样色条纹,适用于各类聚烯烃材料制品。现有的色母料在应用于聚烯烃类管材、管件时,存在分散性差的问题,容易引起管材、管件的抗压能力不足。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,提高了管材耐候耐压能力。

进一步地,所述原料还包括有重量份为4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油基环氧树脂15-30份,玻璃纤维20-35份,聚丙烯15-30份。
进一步地,所述颜料为有机或无机颜料,且所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、酞青蓝、酞青绿、铅络黄、铁红中的一种或多种。

4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油基环氧树脂(TGDDM)具有优异的耐热性能、较低的固化收缩率、良好的粘结性及成型工艺性。
玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高的性能。
聚丙烯质轻、成形性好、结晶度高、抗弯曲疲劳性能好。
加工助剂能降低熔融聚合物之间的分子作用力,使分子链相对滑移和旋转,降低分子间的内摩擦力,提高流动性。同时在聚合物熔体和设备界面处形成定向排列的润滑剂层,起到隔离作用,减小两者之间的摩擦,提高脱模效果。
热稳定剂能屏蔽或吸收紫外线的能量,猝灭单线态氧及将氢过氧化物分解成非活性物质,使高分子聚合物在光的辐射下,能排除或减缓光化学反应可能性,阻止或延迟光老化的过程,从而提高耐候性。达到延长高分子聚合物制品使用寿命的目的。
分散剂利用自身极性与非极性双基团特性,在树脂、颜料之间构架桥梁,提高偶联载体和颜料的相容性及分散性;
抗菌剂在空气中能形成自由移动的带负电的电子,有极强的化学活性,能与微生物发生氧化反应,破坏微生物细胞合成酶活性,从而改善藻化,提高抗菌能力;
抗静电剂为表面活化剂,可使塑料表面亲和水分,疏导静电,改善聚烯烃树脂高电阻率带来的静电风险。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明能够提供一种高分散性色母料,使颜料均匀分散在管材、管件内,减少团聚,降低内应力,因此能够提高管材、管件的耐候耐压能力,本发明应用于聚烯烃类管材、管件和检查井的色母料;且其着色强度达到95-105份;耐迁移性大于4;耐热性大于4,分散等级小于等于3;熔体流动速率为30-50g/10min;热稳定时间OIT大于20分钟;若为黑色母,C黑含量38-41份。

酞青蓝和酞青绿混合物为50份,HDPE100级树脂35份,TGDDM20份,玻璃纤维25份,聚丙烯30份,无氟聚合物加工助剂为6份,受阻酚类抗氧剂和受阻胺类抗氧剂的混合物为1份,聚烯烃低聚物为5份,乙基香草醛类化合物为2份,甘油一硬脂酸酯(GMS)为1份。
其制备方法如下:首先将上述原料按上述需要的分量进行称量,然后将上述重量份的原料投入到密炼机内进行密炼,密炼后的物料转移至挤出机内进行挤出造粒,将造粒后的色母料进行风冷,将风冷后的物料进行检验,然后将检验合格后的物料进行称重包装。

其制备方法如下:首先将上述原料按上述需要的分量进行称量,然后将上述重量份的原料投入到密炼机内进行密炼,密炼后的物料转移至挤出机内进行挤出造粒,将造粒后的色母料进行风冷,将风冷后的物料进行检验,然后将检验合格后的物料进行称重包装。

炭黑为40份,HDPE100级树脂为50份,TGDDM30份,玻璃纤维20份,聚丙烯20份,硅烷交联聚乙烯共聚物为5份,受阻胺类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂分散剂的混合物为1.5份,钛酸酯偶联剂和铝酸酯偶联剂的混合物为2.5份,香草醛为0.6份,乙氧基月桂酷胺为0.4份。
其制备方法如下:首先将上述原料按上述需要的分量进行称量,然后将上述重量份的原料投入到密炼机内进行密炼,密炼后的物料转移至挤出机内进行挤出造粒,将造粒后的色母料进行风冷,将风冷后的物料进行检验,然后将检验合格后的物料进行称重包装。
色母料的功能如下:

炭黑、钛白粉40份,PP-R级树脂45份,TGDDM15份,玻璃纤维35份,聚丙烯15份,硅烷交联聚乙烯共聚物为5份,受阻胺类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂分散剂的混合物为2份,钛酸酯偶联剂和铝酸酯偶联剂的混合物为5份,香草醛为2份,乙氧基月桂酷胺为1份。
其制备方法如下:首先将上述原料按上述需要的分量进行称量,然后将上述重量份的原料投入到密炼机内进行密炼,密炼后的物料转移至挤出机内进行挤出造粒,将造粒后的色母料进行风冷,将风冷后的物料进行检验,然后将检验合格后的物料进行称重包装。

1.一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:包括有原料,其原料重量份如下:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述原料还包括有重量份为4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油基环氧树脂15-30份,玻璃纤维20-35份,聚丙烯15-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述颜料为有机或无机颜料,且所述颜料为炭黑、钛白粉、酞青蓝、酞青绿、铅络黄、铁红中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯为HDPE80级树脂、HDPE100级树脂和LLDPE树脂的一种或多种,所述聚丙烯树脂为PB和PP-R一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述加工助剂为无氟聚合物加工助剂、硅烷交联聚乙烯共聚物和聚乙烯接枝共聚物中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、受阻胺类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、抗水解剂和苯并三挫类紫外线吸收剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚烯烃低聚物、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂和铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为香草醛或乙基香草醛类化合物,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺类或乙氧基化烷基酸胺。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种应用于聚烯烃管材、管件和检查井的色母料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺和甘油一硬脂酸酯(GMS)中的一种或两种。
