技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工中的热处理工艺,特别是一种钢制冲字模具热处理工艺。
背景技术
汽车零件、工程机械配件表面需冲制生产厂家代号、零件号等标记,通常采用钢制冲字模具冲制,钢制冲字模具通常要求表面硬度达到HRC60~62,为达到此硬度要求,常规的热处理工艺为在中温盐浴炉中加热至850℃±10℃,保温30s~40s/mm,油淬,180℃±10℃回火1小时,空冷。此工艺虽然能使模具表面硬度达到要求,但在使用过程中容易出现崩刃、掉角,软塌,冲毛等早期失效现象,使用寿命通常仅为1000次~2000次。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种防止模具出现早期失效现象、使用寿命长的钢制冲字模具热处理工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种钢制冲字模具热处理工艺,包括淬火工艺、回火工艺,其特征是淬火工艺中,先将工件钢制冲字模具有字的一面朝下装入网形框架内,再将网框置于中温盐浴炉中,加热至850℃±10℃,保温40~60秒后,提起,空冷至室温,回火工艺中,将模具置于回火炉中,加热至210℃±10℃,保温2小时,随炉空冷至室温。
本发明由于采用以上工艺改进,操作简便,可有效防止工件模具出现早期失效现象,使用寿命达1万次以上。
