Claims (1)
- 权 利 要 求 书1、 一种多用途放疗系统, 包括底座、 运动床、 滚筒以及治疗头, 所述运 动床、 滚筒设置在底座上, 治疗头安装在滚筒上, 其特征在于:所述治疗头包括多源聚焦治疗头以及适形调强治疗头, 所述多源聚焦治 疗头与适形调强治疗头分布在滚筒轴心两侧, 且通过圓弧导轨与滚筒相连。2、 如权利要求 1所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述多源聚焦治疗 头以及适形调强治疗头,其相互间到轴心的夹角在 30度到 180度之间连续可调。3、 如权利要求 1所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于: 所述多源聚焦治疗 头以及适形调强治疗头分别在滚筒轴向平面上绕焦点进行摆动, 所述摆动角度 为 0~ ± 47.5度范围。4、 如权利要求 1所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述滚筒可绕滚筒 轴心 360度连续或往复旋转, 带动与所述滚筒相连的多源聚焦治疗头和适形调 强治疗头绕滚筒轴心 360度连续或往复旋转。5、 如权利要求 4所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述多源聚焦治疗 头与适形调强治疗头的治疗入射角超过 2 π。6、 如权利要求 1所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 还包括动态影像 引导系统, 所述动态影像引导系统在滚筒上通过焦点安装一组或成固定角度的 两组立体影像装置。7、 如权利要求 6所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述立体影像装置 中的两组成像装置的夹角范围在 20度到 160度之间。8、 如权利要求 1所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述多源聚焦治疗 头包括多颗放射源、 预准直器以及移动准直器, 所述放射源射线通过预准直器 以及移动准直器聚焦于一点, 形成聚焦野。9、 如权利要求 8所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动准直器设 置了不同孔径, 通过移动准直器的移动使得孔径可以切换用以改变聚焦野的尺 寸和形状。10、 如权利要求 1 所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述适形调强治 疗头包括放射源、 预准直器以及多叶准直器。11、 如权利要求 10所述的多用途放疗系统, 其特征在于, 所述适形调强治 疗头放射源可以是单颗钴源或大于 4MV-X射线发生器。
