Abstract
一种显示装置包括一盖体及一显示模块。盖体包括一底板及至少一盖体限位件。盖体限位件从盖体底部的内面向内突出。底板及盖体限位件之间形成一空间。显示模块包括一框架,框架具有至少一框架限位件,而框架限位件设置于框架的一末端并突出于盖体限位件及底板之间的位置。框架限位件设置在前述空间内且在盖体限位件及底板之间,以将显示模块固持于盖体。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种显示模块,特别是有关于一种使用于显示装置的显示模块。
背景技术
随着半导体元件及显示技术的进步,电子产品不断朝向小型化、多功能及易于携带发展。最常用的可携式电子产品包含笔记型电脑、平板电脑及行动电话等。使用者能携带并使用笔记型电脑在很多地方,例如在家里、在办公室或在公众场合。
图1A绘示相关技术的显示装置100的前视图,图1B绘示图1A的显示装置100的分解图。显示装置100包括盖体102及显示模块104。显示模块104包括一框架106及一面板模块108。图1C绘示显示装置100在显示模块104组装至盖体102以后的剖面图。图1D绘示图1C的显示装置100的左侧部分的放大图。当组装时,在方向A上直接施力至显示模块104,因而允许框架106的突出部114移动经过盖体102的对应的一突出部110。一旦突出部114在对应的突出部110的下方并进入凹口112,显示模块104及框架106固定至盖体102。
发明内容
一种显示装置包括一盖体及一显示模块,而显示模块包括一面板模块及一框架。盖体包括一底板及至少一盖体限位件。盖体限位件从盖体底部的内面向内突出。底板及盖体限位件之间形成一空间。框架具有至少一框架限位件,而框架限位件设置于框架的一末端并突出于盖体限位件及底板之间的位置。框架限位件设置在前述空间内且在盖体限位件及底板之间,以将显示模块固持于盖体。
一种显示装置组装方法,包括下列步骤。提供显示模块及盖体。沿着平行于盖体的平面滑动显示模块。将框架限位件插入盖体限位件及底板之间的空间,以将显示模块固持于盖体。

图2A绘示一显示模块204与一盖体202在组合前的俯视立体图。显示模块204在方向B上置放在盖体202上。
图2B绘示显示模块204置放在盖体202上的俯视立体图。图2C绘示图2B的盖体与显示模块沿线C-C的剖面图。请参考图2C,盖体202包括一底板206及一盖体限位件208。盖体限位件208可从盖体202的内面向内突出。在底板206及盖体限位件208之间形成一空间210。盖体限位件208可为任意形式,例如突出物、钩状物、突片或类似物。显示模块204可包括一面板模块211及一框架212。框架212可包括一框架限位件214,其形成在框架212的一末端且在相对于盖体限位件208的一个较低的位置。框架限位件214可为任意形状,只要其能容纳在空间210内且能受到盖体限位件208所固持。当显示模块204沿着实质上平行于盖体202的平面D滑动,框架限位件214可插入空间210。图2D绘示组装有盖体202的显示模块204的剖面图。如图所示,框架限位件214插入盖体限位件208与盖体202之间的空间210。将显示模块204移动以耦接及固持于盖体202受到盖体限位件208及空间210所限制。显示模块204因而固持于盖体202。由于是将显示模块204滑动至空间210内以将显示模块204固持于盖体202,所以没有正向力施加在显示模块204上迫使显示模块204及盖体202发生对应突出。盖体限位件208及框架限位件214各自可为单一构件或多个独立构件。
除了达成盖体限位件208及框架限位件214的耦接,显示模块204可经由多个面板紧固件,例如螺钉、垫圈、铆钉、螺母和类似紧固件,固定至盖体202。接着,如图2E所示,可将一面框218置放在盖体202上。面框218可经由多个面框紧固件,例如螺钉、垫圈、铆钉、螺母和类似紧固件,固定至盖体202,
图3绘示本发明的一实施例的一种显示装置组装方法的流程图。请参考图2C及图2D,盖体202具有底板206及至少一盖体限位件,例如盖体限位件208。盖体限位件208从盖体202的底板206的内面向内突出。在底板206与盖体限位件208之间形成一空间210。显示模块204包括一框架212,框架212可包括至少一框架限位件,例如框架限位件214,其设置在框架212的一末端且突出于盖体限位件208及底板206之间的一个较低的位置。在图3的步骤S402及S404中,提供了盖体202及显示模块204。在步骤406中,沿着平行于盖体202的平面滑动显示模块204的面板模块211。在步骤408中,框架限位件214插入盖体限位件208及底板206的空间210以将显示模块204的面板模块211固持于盖体202。在步骤410中,经由至少一紧固件将面板模块211固定至盖体202。在步骤S412中,经由至少一紧固件将面框218固定至盖体202。

Claims (11)
1.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
一盖体,具有一底板及至少一盖体限位件,盖体限位件从该盖体的底部的一内面向内突出,该底板与该盖体限位件之间形成一空间;以及
一显示模块,包括一面板模块及一框架,该框架具有至少一框架限位件,该框架限位件设置于该框架的一末端并突出于该盖体限位件与该底板之间的位置,其中该框架限位件设置于该空间,且在该盖体限位件与该底板之间以将该显示模块固持于该盖体。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该显示模块受到该框架所支持。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该显示模块经由至少一紧固件固定至该盖体。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,更包括一面框,该面框经由至少一紧固件固定至该显示模块。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该盖体限位件包括一突出物、一钩状物及一突片其中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该框架限位件包括多个突出物、多个钩状物及多个突片其中的至少一种。
7.一种显示装置组装方法,其特征在于,包括:
提供一显示模块及一盖体,其中该盖体具有一底板及至少一盖体限位件,而该显示模块具有一面板模块及一框架,其中该框架具有至少一框架限位件设置于该框架的一末端;
沿着平行于该盖体的一平面滑动该显示模块;以及
将该框架限位件插入该盖体限位件与该底板之间的一空间,以将该显示模块固持于该盖体。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示装置组装方法,其特征在于,该盖体限位件从该盖体的该底板的一内面向内突出。
9.如权利要求7所述的显示装置组装方法,其特征在于,该框架限位且突出于该盖体限位件及该底板之间的一个较低的位置。
10.如权利要求7所述的显示装置组装方法,其特征在于,更包括经由至少一紧固件将该显示模块固定至该盖体。
11.如权利要求7所述的显示装置组装方法,其特征在于,更包括经由至少一紧固件将一面框固定在该盖体。
