技术领域
本发明涉及一种石化废气脱臭化学吸收剂。
背景技术
空气是人类懒以生存的必要条件,成年人平均每天需吸进十几公斤空气,比食物和水的需要量多几倍。吸进的空气是不是新鲜、干净,与我们每一个人息息相关。受污染的大气进入人体,可导致呼吸、心血管、神经等系统疾病或其他疾病。恶臭污染是通过人们的嗅觉而引起不愉快感,乃至影响人体健康的一种感觉公害。恶性且嗅阈值很低的挥发性发臭分子逃逸至大气,刺激人的嗅觉引起强烈不快、呼吸困难,厌食恶心、消化功能减退,烦躁失眠、工作效率降低。多数恶臭气体又是有毒物质,进入人体会损伤大脑神经、扰乱新陈代谢、诱发各种疾病。近年来,就发生的频率、波及的范围和危害的程度而言,恶臭污染已成为一大公害。
尤其是化石燃料的加工与使用,历年来,空气污染越来越成为社会关注的焦点问题,石油中含有硫,在加工生产、贮运等过程中会散发出恶臭,污染环境和影响人体健康。随着国家环保要求和人们环保意识的提高,石化企业采取恶臭治理措施,目前普遍采用碱(氨)液吸收法,即用30%氢氧化钠水溶液或氨溶液来脱除废气中的硫化物,碱与硫化氢发生化学反应(2NaoH+H2S→Na2S+2H2O),从而将恶臭物质中硫化氢除去。而现有碱液吸收法脱硫存在去除率低,硫化氢去除率只有70%;脱硫品种单一,只能去除硫化氢,对硫醇、硫醚、二甲二硫等有机硫无法脱除;脱硫化氢后生成物硫化钠不稳定(易分解),废渣处理时易造成二次污染;碱吸收剂使用时间短,有效使用时间只有3个月;另碱吸收剂对设备有腐蚀,影响设备使用率等。因此目前的恶臭治理装置采用的碱溶液吸收剂具有去除率低,去除品种单一,处理后废气不能达标排放,对恶臭治理留下隐患等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种石化废气脱臭化学吸收剂,它具有脱硫率高,功效长以及安全可靠的优点。
本发明是这样来实现的,吸收剂是由下列重量配比的组分组成:氢氧化钠14-17%、氯酸钠1-2%、次氯酸钠3-5%、磺化酞菁钴1-2%、异丙醇胺1-3.5%、脱硫剂0.5-2.5%、缓蚀剂0.7-2.8%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯脂1-3.3%,剩余组分为水。
所述氢氧化钠的重量配比为15%
所述次氯酸钠的重量配比为5%。
所述缓蚀剂为有机磷酸和聚羧酸,其中有机磷酸重量配比为1%,聚羧酸的重量配比为0.7%。
所述脱硫剂为钒酸、栲胶、乙醇胺、乙醇或对苯二酚。
一种石化废气脱臭化学吸收剂应用是在磺化酞菁钴作为催化剂的作用下,对石化废气进行脱硫净化,其反应式为:
(1)CH3SO3H→(CH3)2S2
在碱性溶液的作用下:
(2)H2S+2NaOH→Na2S+2H2O
(3)CH3SH+NaOH→CH3SNa2+H2O
(4)(CH3)S+3NaOCl→(CH3)2SO3+NaCl
(5)(CH3)2S2+5NaOCl→2CH3SO3H+5NaCl。
本发明的技术效果是:本发明可针对不同硫化物,设计了不同的脱硫剂,该吸收剂具有不燃不爆,无毒无害,针对性强,安全可靠等优点,它不仅能去除无机硫,还能去除有机硫,提高了反应速度和转化率,硫化物瞬间被吸收氧化;在催化剂及多种脱硫剂作用下对硫化物和有机硫(甲基硫和二甲二硫)等进一步氧化,提高了脱硫率,经本吸收剂处理后废气中硫化氢去除率大于99%,硫醇、硫醚去除率大于90%,有机硫去除率大于85%,经处理后尾气达到和低于国家《恶臭污染排放标准》。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步阐述;
实施例一,吸收剂是由下列重量配比的组分组成:氢氧化钠14%、氯酸钠1%、次氯酸钠4%、磺化酞菁钴1%、异丙醇胺2%、脱硫剂1.5%、缓蚀剂1.7%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯脂1.7%和水73.1%。所述缓蚀剂为有机磷酸和聚羧酸,其中有机磷酸重量配比为1%,聚羧酸的重量配比为0.7%。其中脱硫剂为钒酸、对笨二酚、栲胶、乙醇胺或乙醇,钒酸脱硫醇硫醚、乙醇胺脱硫化氢、乙醇和对笨二酚及栲胶脱有机硫,
催化剂名称是888脱硫催化剂,主分成份是磺化酞菁钴,在对石化废气进行脱硫净化,其反应式为:
(1)CH3SO3H→(CH3)2S2
在碱性溶液的作用下:
