本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,研制了一种简单柚子果酒的制作方法,其特征在于:清洗、去皮、密封、蒸馏;(1)将柚子洗净,擦干水份后去皮,取500克的柚子果肉及100克的柚子皮备用。(2)将柚子果肉及柚子皮放入水果酒密封罐中,倒入蒸馏白酒,把盖子盖紧,约1个星期后即可饮用。(3)用苏打水、糖浆、冰块调成冰柚子酒,在餐前饮用。本发明的优点是配料和制作工艺简单,成本低,特别适合家庭制作饮用。具有健胃、润肺、补血、清肠、利便等功效,可促进伤口愈合,对败血病等有良好的辅助疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及果酒制作工艺加工领域,尤其涉及一种简单柚子果酒的制作方法。
背景技术
柚子含有糖类、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、维生素P、胡萝卜素、钾、钙、磷、枸橼酸等。柚皮主要成分有柚皮甙、新橙皮甙等,柚核含有脂肪油、黄柏酮、黄柏内酯等。本发明利用以上优点发明一种简单柚子果酒的制作方法。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,研制了一种简单柚子果酒的制作方法,其特征在于:清洗、去皮、密封、蒸馏;(1)将柚子洗净,擦干水份后去皮,取500克的柚子果肉及100克的柚子皮备用。(2)将柚子果肉及柚子皮放入水果酒密封罐中,倒入蒸馏白酒,把盖子盖紧,约1个星期后即可饮用。(3)用苏打水、糖浆、冰块调成冰柚子酒,在餐前饮用。
本发明的优点是配料和制作工艺简单,成本低,特别适合家庭制作饮用。具有健胃、润肺、补血、清肠、利便等功效,可促进伤口愈合,对败血病等有良好的辅助疗效。

为便于对本发明进一步理解,现结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:
(1)将柚子洗净,擦干水份后去皮,取500克的柚子果肉及100克的柚子皮备用。
(2)将柚子果肉及柚子皮放入水果酒密封罐中,倒入蒸馏白酒,把盖子盖紧,约1个星期后即可饮用。
(3)用苏打水、糖浆、冰块调成冰柚子酒,在餐前饮用。也可用热开水、砂糖和柚子酒混合成温柚子酒,冬天时当做餐后酒饮用。
实施例2:
(1)将柚子洗净,擦干水份后去皮,取700克的柚子果肉及300克的柚子皮备用。
(2)将柚子果肉及柚子皮放入水果酒密封罐中,倒入蒸馏白酒,把盖子盖紧,约2个星期后即可饮用。
在实际应用中,本领域的技术人员完全可以在本发明的技术方案内,合理选择其他的参数,但与本发明所保护的技术方案实质性相同,仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种简单柚子果酒的制作方法,其特征在于:清洗、去皮、密封、蒸馏。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征是包括以下制作步骤:
(1)将柚子洗净,擦干水份后去皮,取500克的柚子果肉及100克的柚子皮备用;
(2)将柚子果肉及柚子皮放入水果酒密封罐中,倒入蒸馏白酒,把盖子盖紧,约1个星期后即可饮用;
(3)用苏打水、糖浆、冰块调成冰柚子酒,在餐前饮用,也可用热开水、砂糖和柚子酒混合成温柚子酒,冬天时当做餐后酒饮用。
