Background
Devices using electrophotographic technology, such as laser printers, copiers, or facsimile machines, are becoming more popular with users because of their high quality, high speed, and competitive price.
Such an image forming apparatus implementing the electrophotographic technique has a process cartridge detachably mounted therein, the process cartridge having a developer therein, and further includes: a developer accommodating chamber provided with a developing member, such as a magnet roller or a developing roller, and a photosensitive member at an opening of the developer accommodating chamber for forming an electrostatic latent image. During the operation of the processing box, a potential difference is formed between the developing element and the photosensitive element, so that the developer is drawn to a preset area on the photosensitive element under the action of an electric field force; as the developing member and the photosensitive member are continuously rotated, the developer is always supplied to the photosensitive member and then transferred to the printing medium, thereby completing the formation of the image. And a conductive member for detecting the amount of the remaining developer in the toner hopper is generally provided in such a process cartridge, and the conductive member is made of a steel shaft capable of conducting electricity and includes at least two portions, one of which is inserted into the inside of the process cartridge and the other of which is in contact with an external conductive member, so that an electric signal corresponding to the amount of the developer in the process cartridge is transmitted to the image forming apparatus.

a developing member for forming an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive member;
a first frame provided with a storage compartment for accommodating a developer, the first frame being provided with a developing element mounting unit thereon;
two side covers respectively positioned at two sides of the first frame;
a first conductive member provided on the one of the side covers and having a portion exposed for making an electrical connection with a conductive contact in the image forming apparatus;
a second conductive member including an insertion portion insertable into the developing member mounting portion, and a contact portion in contact with the first conductive member; the contact part on the second conductive element is elastically abutted with the first conductive element, so that the second conductive element and the first conductive element can slide relatively while being in contact.
The process cartridge for an image forming apparatus further includes: a photosensitive element; a second frame provided with an accommodating chamber for accommodating a remaining developer, the second frame having a photosensitive element mounting unit provided thereon; the two side covers are respectively positioned on two sides of the first frame and the second frame in the axis direction of the photosensitive element and are used for connecting the first frame and the second frame.
The processing box for the image forming device also comprises a developing element position adjusting component, and the developing element can move relative to the photosensitive element; and the moving direction of the developing member is the same as the moving direction of the second conductive member.
The first conductive element is a conductive sheet, and the conductive sheet includes a fixed end connected to the inner wall of the side cover, a free end contacting the contact portion of the second conductive element, and a connection portion connecting the fixed end and the free end.
The free end and the contact part on the second conductive element generate an interaction force along the axial direction of the developing element in the abutting process.

The first frame includes a storage chamber for storing developer and a developing member accommodating chamber, and the developing member mounting unit and the developing member position regulating assembly are provided at an end of the developing member accommodating chamber.
The developing element mounting unit is disposed at a developer opening position on a storage compartment accommodating a developer, and a developing element position regulating member is disposed outside the storage compartment.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the clamping connection of the contact part on the second conductive element and the first conductive element is improved into elastic abutting connection, so that the second conductive element and the first conductive element can relatively slide while being in contact, the first conductive element and the second conductive element can be well contacted at any time, and the conductive performance of the first conductive element and the second conductive element is well ensured; thereby ensuring good print quality. In particular, the second conductive member is movable relative to the photosensitive member during movement of the second conductive member between the developing member and the photosensitive member, so that the first conductive member and the second conductive member can be in good contact at all times. Further, the moving direction of the developing element is the same as the moving direction of the second conductive element, and the contact state of the first conductive element and the second conductive element cannot be influenced when the developing element adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the developing element and the photosensitive element. As shown in fig. 3, 4, and 5, the process cartridge 1 for an image forming apparatus according to the present invention includes: a photosensitive element constituted by a photosensitive drum 7; a developing member for forming an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive member, preferably a magnetic roller 6; a first frame provided with a storage chamber for accommodating a developer, also referred to as a powder hopper 2, on which a developing element mounting unit, preferably a magnetic roller mounting unit 60 of the present invention, is provided; and it is preferable that the first frame is composed of a powder hopper and a magnetic roller hopper (developing member accommodating hopper) which are separately injection-molded and then fixed by means of snap-fitting or welding, etc., and the above-mentioned magnetic roller mounting unit 60 is provided at the position of the opening portion of the magnetic roller hopper so that the developer flows out through in order: a powder hopper, a magnet roller, and then a developer is supplied to the photosensitive drum 7 outside the first frame by the magnet roller 6, forming an electrostatic latent image.

The process cartridge 1 for an image forming apparatus provided by the present invention further comprises a developing member regulating assembly, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, preferably provided at one end of the magnetic roller magazine, comprising: a magnetic roller bracket for supporting the magnetic roller, a spring 10 for pushing the magnetic roller bracket to move; thus, the distance between the magnetic roller 6 and the photosensitive drum 7 is adjusted by the expansion and contraction of the spring 10 according to the external conditions. And the moving direction of the developing element is the same as the moving direction of the second conductive element, and the contact state of the first conductive element and the second conductive element cannot be influenced when the developing element adjusting assembly adjusts the distance between the developing element and the photosensitive element.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 10 and 11, the first conductive sheet 81 includes a fixed end connected to the inner wall of the side cover, preferably, the fixed end and the inner wall of the side cover are directly inserted into the inner wall of the side cover by clamping, a free end contacting with the contact portion of the second conductive element, and a connecting portion connecting the fixed end and the free end. The free end and the contact part on the second conductive element generate an interaction force along the axial direction of the developing element in the abutting process. And an obtuse angle alpha is formed between the connecting part and the fixed end of the first conductive element, and an acute angle beta is formed between the connecting part and the free end of the first conductive element. This is to maintain the hardness and elasticity of the second conductive steel sheet 91 better and to make the manufacture simple. In addition, it is preferable that the portion connected to the fixed end is disposed to be exposed to the outside, and as shown in fig. 10, 5 protrusions are provided on the portion exposed to the outside, so that the portion exposed to the outside is more effectively contacted with the conductive contact on the image forming apparatus, and thus the conductive effect is also more improved.
In addition, the plane of the free end of the first conductive sheet 81 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the developing element, or approximately perpendicular. The advantage of this design is that the plane of the free end of the first conductive sheet 81 is parallel to the sliding direction of the contact part of the first conductive steel shaft 8, thereby avoiding a large resistance during the movement of the first conductive sheet 81 and the first conductive steel shaft 8.
In addition, for convenience of manufacturing and material saving, the free end of the first conducting strip is of a two-piece structure, and the two are rectangular with the same shape, so that part of material can be saved in the middle of the two pieces of the first conducting strip.

a developing member for forming an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive member;
a first frame provided with a storage compartment for accommodating a developer, the first frame being provided with a developing element mounting unit thereon;
two side covers respectively positioned at two sides of the first frame;
a first conductive member disposed on one of the side covers and having a portion exposed for making electrical connection with a conductive contact in the image forming apparatus;
a second conductive member including an insertion portion insertable into the developing member mounting portion, and a contact portion in contact with the first conductive member; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
