Abstract
The invention provides a toner cartridge adapter, which comprises a conductive component and a sheet-shaped matching piece, wherein the conductive component is arranged on the matching piece. The conductive assembly comprises a conductive connecting piece, an input conductive part and an output conductive part, wherein the conductive connecting piece extends in the length direction of the matching piece and is connected to the matching piece, the input conductive part is arranged at the first end part of the conductive connecting piece, and the output conductive part is arranged at the second end part of the conductive connecting piece. The invention also provides a toner cartridge and an image forming system with the toner cartridge adapter. Through installing the cartridge adapter in the printer, will be located the conductive receiving touch end and the supply end connection at cartridge both ends respectively, make image forming device can provide voltage to the cartridge steadily, improved the compatibility and the commonality of cartridge.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrophotographic imaging printing, in particular to a toner cartridge adapter, a toner cartridge with the adapter and an image forming system.
Background
An image forming apparatus is an apparatus for forming an image on a printing medium such as paper using an electrophotographic principle, and includes a copying machine, a printer, a facsimile machine, an all-in-one machine, and the like, and a toner cartridge is detachably mounted inside the image forming apparatus.
The toner cartridge comprises a cartridge body, and a developing roller and a toner feeding roller which are rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body around a rotation axis, wherein a conductive receiving contact end is arranged near one end wall of the cartridge body and used for receiving voltage for supplying the developing roller and the toner feeding roller to work, and the image forming device inputs voltage for enabling the toner cartridge to work normally to the toner cartridge through the conductive receiving contact end.
The existing toner cartridge comprises two types of structures, wherein a conductive receiving contact end of the toner cartridge is arranged at one end of the toner cartridge far away from a developing roller driving gear; the conductive receiving contact of the other toner cartridge is provided at one end of the toner cartridge near the developing roller driving gear, and both types of toner cartridges cannot be commonly used in the same image forming apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a toner cartridge adapter for improving compatibility and universality of a toner cartridge.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a toner cartridge having the toner cartridge adapter described above.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide an image forming system having the toner cartridge adapter described above.
To achieve the above-mentioned primary object, the present invention provides a toner cartridge adapter including a conductive member and a sheet-like mating member, the conductive member being disposed on the mating member. The conductive assembly comprises a conductive connecting piece, an input conductive part and an output conductive part, wherein the conductive connecting piece extends in the length direction of the main body of the matching piece and is connected to the matching piece, the input conductive part is arranged at the first end part of the conductive connecting piece, and the output conductive part is arranged at the second end part of the conductive connecting piece.
According to the scheme, the conductive component can transmit voltage to the output end conductive component through the input end conductive component, so that long-distance voltage transmission is realized.
Preferably, the matching element comprises a matching element main body and two handles respectively positioned at two ends of the matching element main body.
From the above, when the toner cartridge adapter is mounted in the printer, the handle is held by both hands and the matching member is pressed from both ends of the matching member main body to the middle, so that the toner cartridge mounting adapter can be easily mounted in the printer after the matching member main body is bent and deformed.
In a preferred embodiment, the matching element is an injection molded part, and the conductive connecting element is embedded on the matching element.
Thus, the conductive connecting piece can be used as an insert, is installed in a mold during injection molding, and is inlaid on the matching piece during injection molding of the matching piece.
The conductive connecting piece is fixedly connected with the matching piece in a bonding mode or through a buckle.
It can be seen that the conductive element is fixedly connected to the mating element in a detachable manner, so that the service life of the adapter can be prolonged by replacement when the conductive element or the mating element is damaged.

The conductive assembly comprises a conductive connecting piece, an input end conductive part and an output end conductive part, wherein the conductive connecting piece extends in the length direction of the matching piece and is connected to the matching piece, the input conductive part is arranged at the first end part of the conductive connecting piece, and the output end conductive part is arranged at the second end part of the conductive connecting piece and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end.
As can be seen from the above-described scheme, by installing the toner cartridge adapter on the toner cartridge, the conductive receiving contact terminal is connected to the other end portion of the toner cartridge through the conductive member, so that the toner cartridge can receive the voltage supplied to the other end portion of the toner cartridge, thereby improving compatibility and versatility of the toner cartridge.
In a preferred embodiment, the conductive receiving contact includes a first receiving contact located at an end of the developing roller and a second receiving contact located at an end of the powder feeding roller, the first receiving contact and the second receiving contact are located on the same side of the toner cartridge, the number of the conductive components is two, and the two conductive components are electrically connected with the first receiving contact and the second receiving contact respectively.
Therefore, the two receiving contact ends respectively receive the voltages provided for the developing roller and the powder feeding roller, so that stable transmission of working voltages and accurate control of voltages borne on the developing roller and the powder feeding roller are realized.
In a preferred embodiment, the input-side conductive element and the output-side conductive element each have a bent structure.
It follows that the bent structure facilitates a stable electrical connection between the supply contact and the input conductive member and the receiving contact and the output conductive member.
The matching piece comprises a matching piece main body and two handles which are respectively positioned at two ends of the matching piece main body, the toner cartridge is provided with a handle, a position on the handle corresponding to the handle is provided with a yielding groove, and the handle penetrates out of the yielding groove.
Thus, accurate positioning of the toner cartridge adapter is facilitated.
In order to achieve the above-described still another object, the present invention provides an image forming system including an image forming apparatus having a cartridge accommodating chamber, a toner cartridge and a toner cartridge adapter mounted in the cartridge accommodating chamber; a supply contact is arranged in the box accommodating chamber; the toner cartridge comprises a cartridge body, and a developing roller and a toner feeding roller which are rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body around a rotation axis, wherein a conductive receiving contact end is arranged at one end wall close to the cartridge body, and is used for receiving voltage for supplying the developing roller and the toner feeding roller to work; the toner cartridge adapter comprises a conductive component and a sheet-shaped matching piece, wherein the conductive component is arranged on the matching piece; the conductive component comprises a conductive connecting piece, an input end conductive part and an output end conductive part, and the conductive connecting piece extends along the length direction of the matching piece and is connected with the matching piece; the input end conductive part is arranged at the first end part of the conductive connecting piece, the supply contact end is abutted on the input end conductive part, and the output end conductive part is arranged at the second end part of the conductive connecting piece and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end.
According to the scheme, the toner cartridge adapter is arranged in the image forming device, and the conductive receiving contact ends and the supply ends respectively positioned at the two ends of the toner cartridge are connected, so that the image forming device can stably provide voltage for the toner cartridge, and the compatibility and the universality of the toner cartridge are improved.
The matching piece comprises a matching piece main body and two handles which are respectively positioned at two ends of the matching piece main body, wherein the side wall of the handle is provided with a bulge, and the bulge is clamped with the inner wall of the box accommodating chamber.
It follows that the protrusions on the handle are used to engage the inner wall of the image forming apparatus to accurately position the adapter.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures thereof.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the image forming system of the present embodiment includes an image forming apparatus 1, a plurality of toner cartridges 2, and a plurality of toner cartridge adapters 3, one toner cartridge 2 is provided with one toner cartridge adapter 3, the image forming apparatus 1 has a cartridge accommodating chamber 11 in which the toner cartridge 2 and the toner cartridge adapter 3 are installed, the toner cartridge adapter 3 is located above the toner cartridge 2 and abuts the toner cartridge 2, a first supply contact 12, a second supply contact 13, and one photosensitive drum 14 are also provided in the cartridge accommodating chamber 11, and the plurality of toner cartridges 2 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the photosensitive drum 14. The image forming apparatus 1 in this embodiment is a printer.
Referring to fig. 3, the toner cartridge 2 includes a cartridge body 21, and a developing roller 22 and a toner feeding roller rotatably supported between both end walls of the cartridge body 21 about its own rotation axis, one end of the developing roller having a developing roller driving gear 23, the developing roller driving gear 23 for receiving a driving force and rotating the developing roller 22. A conductive receiving contact is disposed near one end wall of the cartridge 21, and includes a first receiving contact disposed at an end of the developing roller 22 and a second receiving contact disposed at an end of the toner feeding roller, where the first receiving contact and the second receiving contact are disposed at the same side of the toner cartridge 2, and are both used for receiving a voltage output from the printer to the toner cartridge 2 for normal operation of the developing roller 22 and the toner feeding roller, where the conductive receiving contact is disposed at an end near the developing roller driving gear 23, and where the first supply contact 12 and the second supply contact 13 of the printer are both disposed at an end of the toner cartridge 2 far from the developing roller driving gear 23.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the toner cartridge adapter 3 includes two conductive members and a sheet-shaped matching member 35, the conductive members are disposed on the matching member 35, the matching member 35 includes a matching member main body 351 and two handles 352 located at both ends of the matching member main body 351, the handles 352 extend in the width direction of the matching member 35, the two handles 352 are located at the same side of the matching member main body 351, the side walls of the handles 352 are abutted against the inner walls of the cartridge accommodating chamber 11, in addition, protrusions 353 are provided on the side walls of the handles 352, positioning grooves are provided on the inner walls of the cartridge accommodating chamber 11 at positions corresponding to the protrusions 353, and the protrusions 353 are engaged with the positioning grooves. The handle 352 has a relief groove 354 formed therein at a position corresponding to the handle 24 of the toner cartridge 2, and the handle 24 extends out of the relief groove 354.
One conductive assembly includes a conductive connector 36, an input conductive member 31 and an output conductive member 32, both of which are fixedly connected to the conductive connector 36 by a first snap fit.
The other conductive assembly includes a conductive connector 37, an input conductive member 33 and an output conductive member 34, where the input conductive member 33 and the output conductive member 34 are fixedly connected to the conductive connector 37 through a first buckle.
The conductive connecting members 36, 37 extend in the length direction of the mating member 35 and are fixedly connected with the mating member main body 351 by a second buckle. The input conductive member 31 is disposed at a first end of the conductive connector 36, the first supply contact 12 abuts the input conductive member 31, and the output conductive member 32 is disposed at a second end of the conductive connector 36 and is electrically connected to the first receiving contact. The input conductive member 33 is disposed at a first end of the conductive connector 37, the second supply contact 13 abuts the input conductive member 33, and the output conductive member 34 is disposed at a second end of the conductive connector 37 and is electrically connected to the second receiving contact.
The input conductive members 31, 33 and the output conductive members 32, 34 each have a bent structure. This facilitates the connection according to the spatial positional relationship among the developing roller 22, the toner feeding roller, the first receiving contact, the second receiving contact, the first supply contact 12, and the second supply contact 13.
Before the toner cartridge 2 is mounted to the printer, the toner cartridge mounting adapter 3 is mounted into the printer. First, the matching member main body 351 is bent and deformed by holding the handle by both hands and pressing the matching member 35 from both ends of the matching member main body 351 to the middle, then the toner cartridge mounting adapter 3 is mounted in the printer and the projection 353 on the handle 352 is engaged with the positioning groove on the inner wall of the cartridge housing chamber 11, and the first conductive member 31 is brought into contact with the first supply contact 12 of the printer and the second conductive member 33 is brought into contact with the second supply contact 13 of the printer after mounting. Next, each toner cartridge 2 is mounted according to the color mark of the corresponding toner cartridge 2.
In addition, the conductive receiving contact may be located at an end far from the developing roller driving gear 23, and the first supply contact 12 and the second supply contact 13 of the printer are both located at an end of the toner cartridge 2 near the developing roller driving gear 23, and the output conductive members 32, 34 are input conductive members and the input conductive members 31, 33 are output conductive members.
The conductive connecting pieces 36, 37 can also be fixedly connected with the matching piece 35 by bonding; the matching piece 35 is an injection molding piece, and the conductive connecting pieces 36 and 37 can be used as inserts to be inlaid on the matching piece 35 when the matching piece 35 is injection molded. The above-described modifications can also achieve the object of the present invention.
Therefore, by installing the toner cartridge adapter in the printer, when the supply contact end of the printer and the conductive receiving contact end of the toner cartridge are positioned at the positions of the two ends of the toner cartridge, the toner cartridge adapter connects the conductive receiving contact end with the supply end, so that the printer can stably provide voltage for the toner cartridge, that is, the printer with the toner cartridge adapter can use the toner cartridge with the first receiving contact end and the second receiving contact end both positioned at one end of the toner cartridge far away from the developing roller driving gear, and can also use the toner cartridge with the first receiving contact end and the second receiving contact end both positioned at one end of the toner cartridge near the developing roller driving gear, and after the toner cartridge adapter is installed on the printer, the compatibility and the universality of the toner cartridge are improved.

the toner cartridge comprises a toner cartridge adapter, a toner cartridge and a developing roller, wherein the toner cartridge is characterized in that a developing roller and a toner feeding roller which can be rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body around a rotation axis are arranged in the cartridge body, a developing roller driving gear is arranged at one end part of the developing roller, a conductive receiving contact end is arranged at one end, close to the developing roller driving gear, or at one end, far away from the developing roller driving gear, of the developing roller driving gear, the conductive receiving contact end is used for receiving voltage for supplying the developing roller and the toner feeding roller to work, and the toner cartridge adapter is positioned above the toner cartridge and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end;
wherein the toner cartridge adapter comprises:
a sheet-like matching member;

and the output end conductive component is arranged at the second end part of the conductive connecting piece and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end.
2. A toner cartridge adapter as in claim 1 wherein:
the matching piece comprises a matching piece main body and two handles which are respectively positioned at two ends of the matching piece main body.
3. A toner cartridge adapter as in claim 1 or 2 wherein:
the matching piece is an injection molding piece, and the conductive connecting piece is inlaid on the matching piece.
4. A toner cartridge adapter as in claim 1 or 2 wherein:
the conductive connecting piece is fixedly connected with the matching piece in a bonding mode or through a buckle.

the toner cartridge comprises a toner cartridge adapter, a cartridge body, and a developing roller and a toner feeding roller which are rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body around a rotation axis, wherein one end part of the developing roller is provided with a developing roller driving gear, a conductive receiving contact end is arranged at one end close to the developing roller driving gear or one end far away from the developing roller driving gear, the conductive receiving contact end is used for receiving voltage for supplying the developing roller and the toner feeding roller to work, and the toner cartridge adapter is positioned above the toner cartridge and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end;
the toner cartridge adapter includes:
a sheet-like matching member;
a conductive assembly disposed on the mating member;
the conductive assembly includes:
a conductive connecting member extending in a length direction of the mating member and connected to the mating member;

6. A toner cartridge as in claim 5 wherein:
the conductive receiving contact end comprises a first receiving contact end positioned at the end part of the developing roller and a second receiving contact end positioned at the end part of the powder feeding roller, the first receiving contact end and the second receiving contact end are positioned on the same side of the toner cartridge, the number of the conductive assemblies is two, and the two conductive assemblies are respectively and electrically connected with the first receiving contact end and the second receiving contact end.
7. A toner cartridge as in claim 5 wherein:
the input end conductive component and the output end conductive component are both provided with bending structures.
8. A toner cartridge as in any one of claims 5-7 wherein:
the matching piece comprises a matching piece main body and two handles which are respectively positioned at two ends of the matching piece main body, the toner cartridge is provided with a handle, a position on the handle corresponding to the handle is provided with a yielding groove, and the handle penetrates out of the yielding groove.
9. An image forming system, characterized in that the image forming system comprises:
an image forming apparatus having a cartridge accommodating chamber in which the toner cartridge and the toner cartridge adapter are mounted, a toner cartridge, and a toner cartridge adapter;
the toner cartridge comprises a cartridge body, and a developing roller and a toner feeding roller which are rotatably supported between two end walls of the cartridge body around a rotation axis, wherein one end part of the developing roller is provided with a developing roller driving gear;
a supply contact end is arranged in the cartridge accommodating chamber and at one end of the toner cartridge far away from the developing roller driving gear or at one end of the toner cartridge close to the developing roller driving gear;
a conductive receiving contact end is arranged at one end wall close to the box body and at one end close to the developing roller driving gear or one end far away from the developing roller driving gear, the conductive receiving contact end is used for receiving voltage for supplying the developing roller and the powder feeding roller to work, and the toner box adapter is positioned above the toner box and is electrically connected with the conductive receiving contact end;
