The identification unit 01 is responsible for identifying user requirements, and can identify the user requirements according to user operations. Specifically, when the operation that the user clicks the search box is obtained, it is recognized that the user has a search requirement. When the identification unit 01 identifies that the user has a search requirement, the first presentation unit 02 presents the recommended hot words in other interface areas except the search box, wherein the recommended hot words comprise at least one of common recommended hot words and special recommended hot words. The search result corresponding to the common recommended hot word is shown in a resource list mode, the search result corresponding to the special recommended hot word is shown in a detail page mode, and the resource list mode can also be shown. So that the user can select one of the recommended hotwords to search.
Specifically, the first presentation unit 02 may preferentially select a recommended hot word with a high priority to be presented in other interface areas except the search box according to the priority of the recommended hot word; wherein the priority of the recommended hot words is determined by at least one of the search heat degree, the hot word type, whether the hot words have been searched by the user of the client, and whether the hot words are recommended for the search
For example, the higher the search popularity, the higher the priority of recommending hot words may be set.
The priority of the special type recommended hot words can be set to be higher than that of the common recommended hot words, or the priority of the common recommended hot words is higher than that of the special type recommended hot words, or the priorities of the common recommended hot words and the special type recommended hot words can be set to be the same as each other. This setting can be set and adjusted as desired.
The priority of the recommended hot words searched by the user can be set to be lower, and this is done because the probability of searching again is lower for the recommended hot words searched by the user.
The priority of the recommended hot word currently serving as the search recommended hot word may be set to be higher, which may cause the recommended hot word serving as the search recommended hot word to appear again in other interface areas than the search box.
When the recommended hotword is displayed, the common recommended hotword can be displayed by adopting a common hotword template, and the special recommended hotword can be displayed by adopting a special hotword template. The templates of the two templates can be the same or different, so that the flexible display is more convenient.
Preferably, the first presentation unit 02 may present the general recommended hotword in a general case manner, and present the special recommended hotword in a special type identifier or a combination manner of the special type identifier and the general case. Wherein the special type identifier may comprise a picture, highlight or highlight identifier.
The recommendation hot words displayed by the client are obtained from the server, and there are two ways:
in the first mode, the obtaining unit 06 obtains the recommended hotword from the server and stores the recommended hotword in the local. The first presentation unit 02 presents the locally stored recommended hotword according to a preset presentation style when the recommended hotword is presented. The first mode is shown in fig. 14.
In the second mode, the obtaining unit 06 obtains the recommended hotword from the server when the identifying unit 01 identifies that the user has a search requirement. The first presentation unit 02 presents the recommended hotword acquired by the acquisition unit 06 according to a preset presentation style.
In addition, when the search box is initially displayed, for example, the user has just opened the search box of the client display top page, the second presentation unit 03 may display the search recommendation hotword in the search box. The search recommendation hot words are selected from the recommendation hot words obtained by the server, and the mode for selecting the search recommendation hot words can be random selection, priority selection, fixed selection and the like. In addition, the search recommendation words presented in the search box may be dynamically changing, rather than being immutable. For example, the search recommendation word presented in the search box is different each time the user opens an application store class application.
The recommended hotword displayed by the second presentation unit 03 may be included in the recommended hotword displayed by the first presentation unit 02. And may be arranged in a more forward position.
When the user selects a common recommended hotword, for example, clicks one common recommended hotword, the result obtaining unit 04 obtains a search result of a resource list style corresponding to the selected common recommended hotword; the third presentation unit 05 presents the search result of the resource list style corresponding to the common recommended hotword. When the special type recommended hot word is selected, the obtaining unit 04 obtains a resource detail page corresponding to the selected special type recommended hot word or a search result of a resource list style corresponding to the special type recommended hot word; the third presentation unit 05 presents the resource detail page corresponding to the special recommendation hot word or the search result of the resource list style corresponding to the special recommendation hot word. The difference between the search result of the resource list style corresponding to the special recommended hot word and the search result of the resource list style corresponding to the common recommended hot word is as follows: the search result of the resource list style corresponding to the special type recommendation hot word is in a thematic form, namely when a user clicks the special type recommendation hot word such as a thematic, the special type recommendation hot word is matched in the search database at the server end, a certain thematic can be matched, and resources contained in the thematic are displayed in a list form. For example, a topic is constructed in a database in advance for the 'duelen' at the server side, the topic comprises a series of e-commerce applications participating in the activity of the duelen, such as tianmao, wai, kyoto, amazon and the like, when a user clicks the special type recommendation hotword of the 'duelen' on a search interface, the applications contained in the topic matched with the 'duelen' are returned, and the applications are presented to the user in the form of a resource list. When the user clicks the common recommended hot word, the server side directly matches the common recommended hot word in the database to obtain resources, and flexibly displays the resources obtained through matching in a list form.
The third presentation unit 05 presents the resource detail page in a static style or in a slidable style. The resource detail page may include resource entry information corresponding to the special recommendation hot word, entry information of a sub-resource in the resource, entry information of an associated resource, or a secondary search recommendation hot word.
Fig. 15 is a structural diagram of another apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus is disposed at a server, and as shown in fig. 15, the apparatus includes: a transmitting unit 11, a receiving unit 12 and a determining unit 13.
The sending unit 11 is responsible for sending the recommended hotword to the client, so that when the client identifies that the user has a search requirement, the recommended hotword is displayed in an interface area except the search box, and the recommended hotword includes at least one of a common recommended hotword and a special recommended hotword. The search results corresponding to the common recommended hot words are shown in a resource list mode, and the search results corresponding to the special recommended hot words can be shown in a detail page mode or a resource list mode.
The following two occasions can be adopted for sending the recommended hotword to the client:
the first method comprises the following steps: the receiving unit 12 triggers the sending unit 11 to send the recommended hotword to the client when receiving a connection request of the client.
And the second method comprises the following steps: the receiving unit 12, upon receiving a request sent when the client recognizes that the user has a search demand, triggers the sending unit 11 to send the recommended hotword to the client.
At any time, the server side is responsible for generating the data information related to the recommended hotword machine. The determining unit 13 is responsible for determining a recommended hotword sent to the client according to at least one of a search statistic result, a user attribute, a hotword type and operation recommendation information; the search statistical result is obtained by performing statistical analysis on at least one of the search terms uploaded by the client and the operation information of the search result.
The user attribute can comprise the geographic position of the client, the user gender, the user work type, the user age and the like, and the purpose of recommending the hotword is determined by combining the user attribute so as to realize personalized hotword recommendation for the user. The hot word type refers to a common recommended hot word or a special recommended hot word in the invention, and usually, a plurality of numbers of the two types of recommended hot words are ensured. The operation recommendation information is mainly used for operation purposes, for example, the operation recommendation information is preferentially displayed for some hotwords.
Therefore, the server side can issue some recommended hot words which are high in search popularity, accord with the user attributes and accord with the operation strategies to the client side, and therefore the server side meets the search requirements of the user as much as possible.
In addition, besides the recommended hotword, some related data information may be issued to the client, where the related data information may be a resource list and a detail page of the recommended hotword, or preview information based on an operation policy, or a special identifier of the special recommended hotword (the special identifier may be specifically referred to in subsequent embodiments), or resource entry information corresponding to the special recommended hotword (for example, a download address of an application, a purchase address of a product, and a view address of news), entry information of a sub-resource within the resource (for example, a view address of a specific video or even a specific episode in a certain video application, a view address of a specific book or even a specific book in an electronic book application), associated resource entry information (for example, a download address of an associated application, a purchase address of a related product, and a view address of related news), or a secondary search recommended hotword (the secondary search recommended hotword may be specifically referred to in subsequent embodiments), and the like.
From the above description, it can be seen that the method, apparatus and system provided by the present invention have the following advantages:
1) according to the method and the device, when the user is identified to have the search requirement, the recommended hot words are displayed in other interface areas except the search box, so that the user can see a larger number of recommended hot words during searching, the search requirement of the user is met as much as possible, and a sufficient reference value is provided for the user. The problem that the user cannot know how to search and view when entering the application is solved.
2) Through different display modes of the common recommended hotwords and the special recommended hotwords, the monotonous mode is eliminated, the visual perception of the user is improved in a flexible and various content mode, and the attention of the user to different information in different areas is enhanced and assisted.
3) The hot words are recommended through dynamic search in the search bar to attract the attention of the user, so that the user can directly search and is guided to enter a more detailed hot word recommendation interface.
4) And performing diversified display of styles on different types of recommended hotwords so as to enhance the acquisition requirements of users on different content information and shorten the path for the users to acquire resources. And the strategic and proper insertion special-type display of the business company is facilitated, and the attraction degree and the guide function to the user are enhanced.
5) The method and the device can perform secondary recommendation of the hotword according to the user interest or the operation requirement, on one hand, the path of the user for acquiring the resource is shortened, the user requirement is met as far as possible, and on the other hand, the operator can perform operation recommendation conveniently.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized by adopting a hardware mode, and can also be realized by adopting a mode of hardware and a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

1. A hotword recommendation method, comprising:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying that the user has a search requirement comprises:

11. The method of claim 9, wherein the resource detail page is presented in a static fashion or in a slidable fashion.

The method of any one of claims 1 to 11, further comprising: acquiring recommended hotwords from a server in advance and storing the recommended hotwords in a local place; when the recommended hot words are displayed, displaying the locally stored recommended hot words according to a preset display style; or,
and when the user is identified to have the search requirement, acquiring the recommended hot words from the server, and displaying the acquired recommended hot words according to a preset display style.
13. A hotword recommendation method, comprising:
sending the recommended hot words to a client so that when the client identifies that the user has a search requirement, other interface areas except the search box display the recommended hot words, the recommended hot words comprise special recommended hot words, and search results corresponding to the special recommended hot words comprise: and the special type recommendation hot words are matched with resources contained in the topics in the search database, or search results are displayed in a resource detail page mode.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the recommended hotword is sent to the client when receiving the connection request of the client; or,
and when a request sent when the client identifies that the user has a search requirement is received, sending the recommended hot word to the client.
15. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
determining a recommended hot word sent to the client according to at least one of a search statistic result, user attributes, hot word types and operation recommendation information; the search statistical result is obtained by performing statistical analysis on at least one of the search terms uploaded by the client and the operation information of the search result.
16. A hotword recommender, comprising:
an identification unit for identifying a user requirement;
the first presentation unit is used for presenting the recommended hot words in other interface areas except the search box when the identification unit identifies that the user has the search requirement, wherein the recommended hot words comprise special recommended hot words, and the search results corresponding to the special recommended hot words comprise: and the special type recommendation hot words are matched with resources contained in the topics in the search database, or search results are displayed in a resource detail page mode.
17. The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the identifying unit is specifically configured to identify that the user has a search requirement when the operation of clicking the search box by the user is obtained.

The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the recommended hotword further comprises a common recommended hotword, and wherein the search result corresponding to the common recommended hotword comprises: and the common recommended hot words are displayed in a resource list mode in the resources matched in the search database.

The apparatus according to claim 18, wherein the first presentation unit is specifically configured to present the general recommended hotword in a general case manner, and present the special recommended hotword in a special type identifier or a combination of a special type identifier and a general case manner.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the profile identification comprises a picture, highlight, or highlight identifier.
21. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:

the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the recommended hotword from the server and storing the recommended hotword in the local; the first presentation unit presents the locally stored recommended hot words according to a preset presentation style when the recommended hot words are presented; or,
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the recommended hot words from the server when the identification unit identifies that the user has the search requirement; the first display unit displays the recommended hotword acquired by the acquisition unit according to a preset display style.
28. A hotword recommender, comprising:
