Abstract
一种最新的接骨和治骨质疏松口服药，它是由刚生下来宰杀后立即剥皮进行水解而成的活性胶原蛋白，配以蜂蜜而成，经动物和临床实践证明其断骨再接和治骨质疏松症功效十分显著。是目前最新一代的口服接骨液。
Description
本发明涉及一种活性胶原蛋白作为接骨和治骨质疏松用的口服液，特别涉及一种将新鲜小牛皮制成活性胶原蛋白作为接骨和治骨质疏松用的口服药。
众所周知，胶原蛋白(Collagen)是作为化妆品及医疗用的胶囊、明胶血浆和外用吸收性的胶海棉之用。
本发明的目的是提供一种最新用途，作为接骨用的口服药，其效果特别显著，一般是4天到一星期左右断骨能全部接上，不产生感染和抗体现象。
本发明是这样来实施的：取刚生下来的小牛皮去脂肪层和脱毛，用10％石灰乳浸渍，脱毛切成碎片，用盐酸调pH到2.0—2.5。加胃蛋白酶(其量为牛皮去毛后重量0.1—0.25％)于40—50℃搅拌下进行水解5—15小时，然后过滤，滤液用氢氧化钠调至pH＝7.0，过滤，将滤液加热80—100℃共1小时，再过滤将滤液加蜂蜜(为滤液20％重量)，装10ml口服液瓶，每支合1g胶原蛋白，再在85—100℃灭菌，包装而成。
下面的实施例对本发明作详细说明，但不限制本发明的范围。
例1，取刚生下经宰杀后不到5小时并经去脂肪层和脱毛的小牛皮1kg，在10％的石灰乳中浸渍2天，将溶胀的小牛皮切成碎片，用2N盐酸调至pH＝2.0—2.5，加胃蛋白酶2克，在47±2℃下搅拌10小时，过滤，滤液用2NNaOH溶液调pH至7.0，再过滤，滤液再加热至90±2℃，得轻微乳白色的半透明滤液，经分析滤液含有胶原蛋白为12.5％重量，用水稀释到含胶原蛋白浓度为10％重量，共得10％浓度的胶原蛋白5kg，加入蜂蜜1公斤，混合均匀，将此混合液装入10ml口服液瓶中，再在85-100℃下灭菌，包装即成本发明的口服接骨液，然后进行动物接骨疗效试验。见表1和老年性骨质疏松症临床试验。
比较例1，除取刚生下来经宰杀立即进行冷冻1星期后的小牛皮代替例1的小牛皮外；其余条件与例1相同，制得同样浓度口服液，然后进行动物疗效试验。见表1和老年性骨质疏松症临床试验。
比较例2，将市售的明胶0.5公斤，用温水溶解配制成10％的胶原蛋白加20％蜂蜜而成，同样也进行动物疗效试验，见表1。
动物试验的方法是；取荷兰猪200只，全人工将腿打断，100只做对照不服药，100只每日两次喂服，每次2ml，4天和30天后观察其情况：

从上表可以得知：
1.要取刚生下来，宰杀后立即进行提取胶原蛋白，才具有活性，接骨效果也佳，宰杀一星期后提取胶原蛋白，活性下降，故其接骨疗效较差。
2.一般胶原蛋白，是没有疗效的，与不服药的几乎相同。
老年性骨质疏松症的临床试验是：口服，每日两次，每次2支，每支10ml，一个月后X光透视，观察其情况，结果是全部恢复正常。
本发明的优点：
1.制法简单，接骨效果好。
2.对骨质疏松也有疗效。

1.一种口服接骨和治骨质疏松液，其特征在于：
是由(1)刚生下来新宰的小牛皮制备的活性胶原蛋白，含量为10％重量；
(2)蜂蜜，含量为20％重量；和
(3)水，含量为70％重量所制成。
