Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，它包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁10-12份、灯笼花10-12份、海风藤8-10份、牛膝10-12份、苍耳子6-8份、三角枫6-8份、鬼箭羽6-8份、玉竹12-15份、枸杞子10-12份、黄芪12-15份、金樱子8-10份、石菖蒲6-8份、防风8-10份、独活6-8份、羌活8-10份、骨碎补12-15份、木通8-10份、接骨木8-10份、当归6-8份、川芎8-10份、白毛藤8-10份、丹参10-12份、五加皮6-8份、杜仲8-10份、茯苓10-12份和伸筋草10-12份。本发明所述的中药组合物互相影响，协同作用，疗效显著，非常值得大力推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体来说涉及一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物。
背景技术
腰椎间盘突出症是长期困扰人们生活的一种疾病，轻者腰痛腿酸，稍重还会致下肢放射性疼痛，感觉减退，更有甚者，疼痛难忍，不能行走，就诊时常常是抬至医院的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，它包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁10-12份、灯笼花10-12份、海风藤8-10份、牛膝10-12份、苍耳子6-8份、三角枫6-8份、鬼箭羽6-8份、玉竹12-15份、枸杞子10-12份、黄芪12-15份、金樱子8-10份、石菖蒲6-8份、防风8-10份、独活6-8份、羌活8-10份、骨碎补12-15份、木通8-10份、接骨木8-10份、当归6-8份、川芎8-10份、白毛藤8-10份、丹参10-12份、五加皮6-8份、杜仲8-10份、茯苓10-12份和伸筋草10-12份。

优选地，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或软膏剂。
本发明还提供组合物在制备治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药中的用途，所述组合物包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁10-12份、灯笼花10-12份、海风藤8-10份、牛膝10-12份、苍耳子6-8份、三角枫6-8份、鬼箭羽6-8份、玉竹12-15份、枸杞子10-12份、黄芪12-15份、金樱子8-10份、石菖蒲6-8份、防风8-10份、独活6-8份、羌活8-10份、骨碎补12-15份、木通8-10份、接骨木8-10份、当归6-8份、川芎8-10份、白毛藤8-10份、丹参10-12份、五加皮6-8份、杜仲8-10份、茯苓10-12份和伸筋草10-12份。

优选地，所述中药可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或软膏剂。
本发明所述的中药组合物互相影响，协同作用，疗效显著，非常值得大力推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1 本发明的软膏剂
称取薏苡仁11克、灯笼花11克、海风藤9克、牛膝11克、苍耳子7克、三角枫7克、鬼箭羽7克、玉竹13克、枸杞子11克、黄芪13克、金樱子9克、石菖蒲7克、防风9克、独活7克、羌活9克、骨碎补13克、木通9克、接骨木9克、当归7克、川芎9克、白毛藤9克、丹参11克、五加皮7克、杜仲9克、茯苓11克和伸筋草11克，加入8000毫升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温，加入无水乙醇至醇含量为80体积％，静置过夜，过滤，将滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入凡士林300克，混合均匀，即得。
实施例2 本发明的软膏剂
称取薏苡仁11克、灯笼花11克、海风藤9克、牛膝11克、苍耳子7克、三角枫7克、鬼箭羽7克、玉竹13克、枸杞子11克、黄芪13克、金樱子9克、石菖蒲7克、防风9克、独活7克、羌活9克、骨碎补13克、木通9克、接骨木9克、当归7克、川芎9克、白毛藤9克、丹参11克、五加皮7克、杜仲9克、茯苓11克、伸筋草11克、墙草根6克、蔷薇花8克、酸藤木7克、蜡梅花5克、鼻血草7克、辣根草6克、墨旱莲8克、磨盘草5克和鹰爪莲6克，加入8000毫升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温，加入无水乙醇至醇含量为80体积％，静置过夜，过滤，将滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入凡士林300克，混合均匀，即得。
实验例
诊断标准
依照1994年国家中医药管理局颁布的《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准·中医病证诊断疗效标准》来制定：
1 有腰部外伤、慢性劳损或受寒湿史。大部分患者在发病前有慢性腰痛史；
2 常发生于青壮年；
3 腰痛向臀部及下肢放射，腹压增加(如咳嗽、喷嚏)时疼痛加重；
4 脊柱侧弯，腰生理孤度消失，病变部位椎旁有压痛，并向下肢放射，腰活动受限；
5 下肢受累神经支配区有感觉过敏或迟钝，病程长者可出现肌肉萎缩。直腿抬高或加强试验阳性，膝、跟腱反射减弱或消失，拇趾背伸力减弱；
6 X线摄片检查：脊柱侧弯，腰生理前凸消失，病变椎间盘可能变窄，相邻边缘有骨赘增生。CT检查可显示椎间盘突出的部位及程度。
根据上述标准，选择100例腰椎间盘突出症患者，其中男50例，女50例，年龄23-51岁，平均35岁。将患者为两组，分别为治疗组1和治疗组2，每组有50例患者。治疗组1：男22例，女28例；其中腰椎间盘膨出者31例，突出者20例；年龄最小23岁，最大51岁，平均(38.5±4.5)岁。治疗组2：男24例，女26例；其中腰椎间盘膨出者33例，突出者21例；年龄最小24岁，最大50岁，平均(38.1±4.2)岁。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、症状均无显著性差异，具有可比性(P＞0.05)。
治疗组1使用实施例1中制备的软膏剂来治疗，每日两次，每次使用50克软膏剂均匀涂抹在腰椎突出部，连续治疗20天。
治疗组2使用实施例2中制备的软膏剂来治疗，每日两次，每次使用50克软膏剂均匀涂抹在腰椎突出部，连续治疗20天。
疗效标准
1 治愈：腰腿疼痛完全消失，直腿抬高＞70°，且能正常参加以前工作；
2 显效：腰腿疼痛缓解比较明显，直腿抬高＞60°但＜70°，腰部活动趋于正常，可坚持原先工作或转换为较轻工作；
3 有效：腰腿症状部分消失，功能活动有改善，直腿抬高60°左右；
4 无效：症状和体征无改善，甚至加重。
统计学方法
对实验数据利用SPSS 13.0软件进行处理和分析，计量资料以均数±标准差表示，采用t检验，计数资料采用χ2检验，P＜0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。
结果
经过治疗，对于治疗组1，治愈21例，显效12例，有效7例，无效10例，总有效率为80％，对于治疗组2，治愈28例，显效15例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率为96％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
不良反应和毒副作用监管
通过检测患者的血压、脉搏、是否出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状来判断不良反应。发现所有患者的收缩压在90-140mmHg之间，舒张压在60-90mmHg之间，脉搏为60-100次/分钟，血压和脉搏全部都在正常范围内，并且没有出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状。这说明本发明的药物组合物没有明显的不良反应，进而证明药物对于人体没有明显的毒副作用。

1.一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁10-12份、灯笼花10-12份、海风藤8-10份、牛膝10-12份、苍耳子6-8份、三角枫6-8份、鬼箭羽6-8份、玉竹12-15份、枸杞子10-12份、黄芪12-15份、金樱子8-10份、石菖蒲6-8份、防风8-10份、独活6-8份、羌活8-10份、骨碎补12-15份、木通8-10份、接骨木8-10份、当归6-8份、川芎8-10份、白毛藤8-10份、丹参10-12份、五加皮6-8份、杜仲8-10份、茯苓10-12份和伸筋草10-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁11份、灯笼花11份、海风藤9份、牛膝11份、苍耳子7份、三角枫7份、鬼箭羽7份、玉竹13份、枸杞子11份、黄芪13份、金樱子9份、石菖蒲7份、防风9份、独活7份、羌活9份、骨碎补13份、木通9份、接骨木9份、当归7份、川芎9份、白毛藤9份、丹参11份、五加皮7份、杜仲9份、茯苓11份和伸筋草11份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：墙草根6份、蔷薇花8份、酸藤木7份、蜡梅花5份、鼻血草7份、辣根草6份、墨旱莲8份、磨盘草5份和鹰爪莲6份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或软膏剂。
5.组合物在制备治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中药中的用途，其特征在于，所述组合物包含下列重量份的物质：薏苡仁10-12份、灯笼花10-12份、海风藤8-10份、牛膝10-12份、苍耳子6-8份、三角枫6-8份、鬼箭羽6-8份、玉竹12-15份、枸杞子10-12份、黄芪12-15份、金樱子8-10份、石菖蒲6-8份、防风8-10份、独活6-8份、羌活8-10份、骨碎补12-15份、木通8-10份、接骨木8-10份、当归6-8份、川芎8-10份、白毛藤8-10份、丹参10-12份、五加皮6-8份、杜仲8-10份、茯苓10-12份和伸筋草10-12份。
