Abstract
毛发着色剂制剂分成称为永久性的、半永久性的和暂时性的三个主要类别。永久性毛发着色剂制剂是氧化染料体系,并且通常含有对苯二胺(PPD)和间苯二酚,两者都已经显示出引起敏化和致突变。而且,需要苛刻的氧化条件,其本身引起皮肤刺激和敏化以及毛发纤维损伤。本发明的组合物通过提供一种毛发着色组合物解决了前述缺点,所述毛发着色组合物包含:(a)棉花皮素;和下述任一种:(b1)过氧化物酶与过氧化氢产生剂或过氧化氢中任一种的组合,或(b2)漆酶;其中所述组合物具有4.5至7.0,优选地小于或等于6.0的pH。
Description
技术领域
公开了毛发着色组合物,所述组合物包含黄酮醇棉花皮素、以及或是过氧化物酶与过氧化氢产生剂或过氧化氢中任一种的组合、或是漆酶,其中所述组合物具有4.5至7.0、优选地小于或等于6.0的pH。任选地,所述毛发着色组合物包括金属离子,例如铁离子或铜离子,其能够通过与棉花皮素或其与酶的反应产物发生配位化学反应产生一系列用于染发的颜色。
背景技术
毛发着色剂制剂分为称为永久性、半永久性和暂时性的三个主要类型。它们的耐洗性程度不同,其中永久性毛发着色剂制剂持续30-40个洗发周期(4-6周),而暂时性体系在第一次洗涤中就被冲洗掉。永久性毛发着色剂制剂是氧化染料体系,通常含有对苯二胺(PPD)和间苯二酚,两者都已经显示出引起敏化(sensitisation)和致突变。而且,所需的苛刻氧化条件(在20分钟或更长的时间段内,3%或更高的过氧化氢浓度以及8.5或更高的pH)本身会对某些个人引起皮肤刺激和敏化以及毛发纤维损伤。此外,永久性毛发着色剂制剂还含有氨,其用于膨胀毛发和打开角质层鳞片(cuticle scale),以允许染料前体渗透,其发出强烈且不愉快的气味。
Takada等(Journal of Oleo Science,52,10,557-563(2003))公开了一种pH为5的包含漆酶和黄烷-3-醇儿茶素的毛发着色组合物。
WO 99/16893(Instituut voor Agrotechnologisch Onderzoek(ATO-DLO))公开了一种合成有机染料的酶催化法,其包括使氧化酶、氢受体和氢供体混合在一起,其中至少所述氢受体或供体为底物。特别地,实施例3公开了过氧化物酶、过氧化氢和黄酮醇杨梅酮或栎精之间的反应。
本发明通过提供毛发着色组合物解决了前述缺点,所述组合物避免了与已知的合成氧化体系相关的安全性和毒性问题,通过避免使用高水平的过氧化氢而引起较少损伤,同时保持色牢度。
发明内容
在本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种毛发着色组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)棉花皮素;和下述任一种
(b1)过氧化物酶与过氧化氢产生剂或过氧化氢中任一种的组合,或
(b2)漆酶;
其中所述组合物具有4.5至7.0,优选地小于或等于6.0的pH。
在本发明的第二个方面,提供一种使毛发纤维着色的方法,所述方法包括向毛发纤维施用本发明第一个方面的毛发着色组合物的步骤。
具体实施方式
由于消费者将受益于避免了关于目前永久性毛发着色剂制剂的过敏皮肤反应、安全性和毒性的问题,因此所述毛发着色组合物可以更频繁地,例如每天,以例如洗发香波或调理剂的形式施用,从而解决灰白发或在毛发染色处理之间的间隔期间观察到的自然发色的再生长问题。而且,通过所述毛发着色组合物的多次连续施用,消费者也可以控制所期望的着色程度。
所述毛发着色组合物可以包含0.001-10、优选0.1-5%w/w的(+)-棉花皮素。
过氧化物酶或漆酶选自适于中性或微酸性pH值的那些,所述中性或微酸性pH值即为4.5至7.0的pH,优选小于或等于6.0的pH。其优点是这与皮肤pH更接近一致,从而引起皮肤刺激的水平更低。过氧化物酶优选地为来自II类(真菌)或III类(植物类和藻类)的非动物血红素过氧化物酶,最优选地得自拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)、辣根、大麦、花生、大豆、烟草和芜菁(植物类)、绿藻水绵(绿藻类)、Arthromyces ramosus和灰盖鬼伞(真菌)。可替代地,所述毛发着色组合物可以包括源自真菌或植物源的漆酶,例如选自下述的那些:曲霉属、葡萄孢属、拟蜡菌属(Ceriporiopsis)、Cerrena、毛壳菌属、鬼伞属、革盖菌属、脉孢菌属、革耳菌属(Panus)、平革菌属(Phanerochaete)、侧耳属、多孔菌属、密孔菌属和栓菌属、及漆树属。在任一种情况下,所述毛发着色组合物可以包括0.0001-5、优选0.0001-1%w/w的过氧化物酶或漆酶属。
当使用过氧化物酶时,过氧化氢产生剂是优选的,因为它减少了与使用大量过氧化氢相关的前述问题,同时提供过氧化氢的恒定供应。优选地,所述过氧化氢产生剂包括产生过氧化氢的氧化酶、底物和氧。或者,可以使用化学体系以产生过氧化氢,例如基于抗坏血酸盐和过渡金属离子的体系,或基于蒽醌单硫酸盐和葡萄糖的体系(T.Vuorinen,Carbohydrate Research,127,2,319-325(1984年4月15日))。
所述产生过氧化氢的氧化酶可选自(S)-2-羟基酸氧化酶、D-半乳糖氧化酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、松柏醇氧化酶、乙醇酸氧化酶、己糖氧化酶、草酸氧化酶、氨基酸氧化酶和L-半乳糖酸内酯氧化酶,并且所述各自底物选自(S)-2-羟基酸、D-半乳糖、葡萄糖、松柏醇、α-羟基酸、D-葡萄糖、草酸、氨基酸和L-半乳糖酸-1,4-内酯。
更优选地,所述过氧化氢产生剂选自:(S)-2-羟基酸与(S)-2-羟基酸氧化酶、D-半乳糖与D-半乳糖氧化酶、葡萄糖和葡萄糖氧化酶、松柏醇和松柏醇氧化酶、α-羟基酸和乙醇酸氧化酶、D-葡萄糖和己糖氧化酶、草酸和草酸氧化酶、氨基酸氧化酶和氨基酸以及L-半乳糖酸-1,4-内酯和L-半乳糖酸内酯氧化酶,所有都在氧的存在下。
当使用过氧化物酶时,所述毛发着色组合物可以包括0.0001-3、优选0.001-1、最优选0.01-1%w/w的过氧化氢。然而,如果选择过氧化氢产生剂,则所述毛发着色组合物可以包括0.0001-5、优选0.001-1%w/w的过氧化氢产生氧化酶,以及0.01-10、优选0.1-5%w/w的底物。
第一个方面的毛发着色组合物还可以包括在所述过氧化物酶和过氧化氢中的任一种或漆酶的存在下适用于与棉花皮素或棉花皮素的反应产物配位的金属离子。所述金属离子可选自铁(II)、铁(III)、铜(I)、铜(II)、和铝(III)。所述毛发着色组合物可以包括0.0001-2、优选0.001-0.1%w/w的金属离子。
实施例
材料:
嗜热毁丝霉(Myceliophthora thermophila)漆酶(51003)得自NovozymesA/S(丹麦)
大豆过氧化物酶(SBP)得自Bio-Research Products Incorporated(SBP#510)
3%的过氧化氢水溶液(H2O2,323381)得自Sigma-Aldrich(英国)
(+)-儿茶素水合物(C1251)得自Sigma-Aldrich(英国)
棉花皮素(1176)得自Extrasynthese(法国)
杨梅黄酮(M6760)得自Sigma-Aldrich(英国)
栎精二水合物(171964)得自Sigma-Aldrich(英国)
天然白色发束得自International Hair Importers(美国纽约)
方法:
用1%十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)水溶液洗涤两英寸/0.25g发束,接着用10%SDS水溶液洗涤,冲洗,并在使用前干燥。使用Konica Minolta分光光度计CM-2600d对染色前的所有发束(6/束)进行基线L*a*b*颜色测量。在15mlFalcon管中,以10ml的最终体积进行毛发染色。
对于SBP,在室温下,将发束浸泡在8ml多酚的乙醇/Britton Robinson缓冲液溶液(pH 6.0)中10分钟。加入1ml SBP的Britton Robinson缓冲液溶液(pH 6.0)和1ml的3%过氧化氢水溶液,使得最终浓度为:
1-5mM多酚*
5-28%乙醇
10U.ml-1SBP
0.3%过氧化氢
*棉花皮素(全部为1mM);杨梅黄酮(2mM);儿茶素、栎精(两者都为5mM)
对于漆酶,在室温下,将发束浸泡在8ml多酚的乙醇/Britton Robinson缓冲液溶液(pH 6.0)中10分钟。加入1ml漆酶的Britton Robinson缓冲液溶液(pH 6.0)和1ml的水,使得最终浓度为:
1-5mM多酚**
5-28%乙醇
10U.ml-1漆酶
**棉花皮素(1mM);杨梅黄酮(2mM);儿茶素、栎精(两者都为5mM)
在多酚/酶混合物中10分钟之后,在流动的自来水中冲洗发束直到水变清澈。然后,用吹风机干燥发束,并进行L*a*b*颜色测量(每束测量6次)。重复该过程至多4次。然后,用50μl的洗发香波洗涤发束,在水中冲洗,并干燥。将其重复4次。洗发是通过如下完成:在自来水中完全润湿发束,然后向每束施用50μl的洗发香波,产生泡沫2分钟,之后冲洗并干燥。然后,进行L*a*b*颜色测量,以评价每次洗发处理之后着色损失的量。
根据如下公式计算ΔE*值:
ΔE=√(L*B-L*D)2+(a*B-a*D)2+(b*B-b*D)2
其中B=背景/基线,D=染色的;
L*=亮度(其中0=黑色且100=弥漫性白色);
a*=绿色/红色(负值表示绿色,正值表示红色);和
b*=蓝色/黄色(负值表示蓝色,正值表示黄色)。
结果:
结果概述在下表1中。在每次洗发周期之后,观察到L*、a*和b*值保持基本上恒定。
表1:在白色发束上进行棉花皮素、儿茶素、杨梅黄酮和栎精的酶催化氧化四次处理之后的ΔE*、L*、a*和B*值(n=6)。
结论:
棉花皮素与或漆酶或过氧化物酶/过氧化氢的组合提供了比任何现有技术组合都显著更深的明暗度(ΔL*)。在所有情况下,都观察到洗发处理之后的色牢度。
Claims (16)
1.毛发着色组合物,其包含:
(a)棉花皮素;和下述任一种
(b1)过氧化物酶与过氧化氢产生剂或过氧化氢中任一种的组合,或
(b2)漆酶;
其中所述组合物具有4.5至7.0,优选地小于或等于6.0的pH。
2.根据权利要求1的毛发着色组合物,其中所述过氧化物酶为来自II类(真菌)或III类(植物类或藻类)的非动物血红素过氧化物酶。
3.根据权利要求2的毛发着色组合物,其中所述过氧化物酶得自拟南芥、辣根、大麦、花生、大豆、烟草、和芜菁(植物类)、绿藻水绵(绿藻类)、Arthromycesramosus和灰盖鬼伞(真菌)。
4.根据权利要求1的毛发着色组合物,其中所述漆酶源自真菌或植物源,例如选自下述的那些:曲霉属、葡萄孢属、拟蜡菌属、Cerrena、毛壳菌属、鬼伞属、革盖菌属、脉孢菌属、革耳菌属、平革菌属、侧耳属、多孔菌属、密孔菌属和栓菌属、及漆树属。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.001-10、优选0.1-5%w/w的(+)-棉花皮素。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.0001-3、优选0.001-1、最优选0.01-1%w/w的过氧化氢。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.0001-5、优选0.0001-1%w/w的过氧化物酶或漆酶。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述过氧化氢产生剂包含产生过氧化氢的氧化酶、底物和氧。
9.根据权利要求8的毛发着色组合物,其中所述产生过氧化氢的氧化酶选自(S)-2-羟基酸氧化酶、D-半乳糖氧化酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、松柏醇氧化酶、乙醇酸氧化酶、己糖氧化酶、草酸氧化酶、氨基酸氧化酶和L-半乳糖酸内酯氧化酶,并且各自底物选自(S)-2-羟基酸、D-半乳糖、葡萄糖、松柏醇、α-羟基酸、D-葡萄糖、草酸、氨基酸和L-半乳糖酸-1,4-内酯。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述过氧化氢产生剂选自:(S)-2-羟基酸与(S)-2-羟基酸氧化酶、D-半乳糖与D-半乳糖氧化酶、葡萄糖和葡萄糖氧化酶、松柏醇和松柏醇氧化酶、α-羟基酸和乙醇酸氧化酶、D-葡萄糖和己糖氧化酶、草酸和草酸氧化酶、以及L-半乳糖酸-1,4-内酯和L-半乳糖酸内酯氧化酶、氨基酸氧化酶和氨基酸,所有都在氧的存在下。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.0001-5、优选0.001-1%w/w的产生过氧化氢的氧化酶。
12.根据权利要求8至11中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.01-10、优选0.1-5%w/w的底物。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物,其还包含在所述过氧化物酶和过氧化氢或所述漆酶的存在下适用于与棉花皮素或棉花皮素的反应产物配位的金属离子。
14.根据权利要求13的毛发着色组合物,其中所述金属离子选自铁(II)、铁(III)、铜(I)、铜(II)、铜(III)和铝(III)。
15.根据权利要求13或权利要求14的毛发着色组合物,其中所述毛发着色组合物包含0.0001-2、优选0.001-0.1%w/w的金属离子。
16.一种使毛发纤维着色的方法,所述方法包括向毛发纤维施用根据前述权利要求中任一项的毛发着色组合物的步骤。
