Abstract
在钻柄上带有限深器的钻头可以用于限定孔深的钻孔加工。
为了避免在放置限深器的部位的砌体壁面受到损坏,推荐一种带弹性防震元件的限深器。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于在砖石砌体内钻孔的其钻柄上设有限深器的钻头。
为了钻出其深度得到精确控制的孔,可以使用钻柄上设有一限深器的钻头。尽管限深器可以采用整体模压凸缘的结构形式,但如果用于风钻上,则当凸缘对着壁面撞击时,将造成钻孔的口部区域损坏。为使钻孔的底部带有沉割,最好采用钻尖部分带侧刃,且侧刃横向伸出钻杆外的钻头。这样的钻头可以夹持在风钻机中并用于制出钻孔和沉割。在钻柄上伸出的限深器限制了钻头尖能钻入的深度。一种与钻柄形成整体的凸缘可以用作限深器,但当它与壁面相接触时会对壁面产生撞击作用,从而造成钻孔口部破裂。在钻铰钻孔底部沉割所需要的旋转操作过程中,尤其必须考虑到该限深器实际上是与砖石砌体的壁面处于相接触状态;刚性限深器造成壁面的损坏。
本发明是为解决现有技术中的上述问题而提供一种不仅可在砖石砌体内钻出深度得到控制的孔而且不会对壁面造成损坏的钻头。
解决这个问题的办法是提供一种具有带弹性防震元件的限深器的钻头。由于该限深器带有一弹性防震元件,就避免了刚性限深器对钻孔口部区域的壁面造成损坏。
本发明的钻头的最佳实施例中,限深器包括一个弹性环状防震元件,该元件最好是由聚氯基甲酸(乙)酯或与其相当的塑料制成。当限深器本身与壁面相接触时,防震元件就在壁面和与钻柄形成整体的凸缘之间起作用并吸收来自风钻机的冲击力。除此之外,防震元件应具有足够的弹性以便使该限深器与壁面作全断面接触,特别是在钻尖钻铰钻孔沉割的旋转运动过程中尤其如此。在旋转运动过程中该防震元件实际上是随着旋转运动反复地产生弹性变形,但是紧靠在壁面上的限深器的接触表面是不改变其位置的。因此,该防震元件不仅具有不会对壁面造成损坏的优点,而且还具有能保持限深器与壁面之间具有最佳接触面积以便于钻铰沉割的优点。
在防震元件和与钻柄形成整体的凸缘之间设有一个支承垫圈,该垫圈大大减小了转动的凸缘和虽与壁面相接触但不随着凸缘一起转动的防震元件之间的摩擦。该支承垫圈可以采用金属垫圈或者采用具有良好滑动特性的塑料垫圈。
借助一个把在钻柄上形成的凸缘包封住的外罩,可以将防震元件固紧在钻柄上使其不发生轴向位移。该外罩也可以将防震元件完全包封起来或者与防震元件的圆柱形侧壁相啮合,从而使作为限深器的接触表面的防震元件的下部区域朝钻尖方向自由伸出。刚刚提到的这种实施例中具有一软接触表面,至于不带保护外罩的实施例,上面所提到的壁面要提供专门的保护。
本发明的另一发展方案提供了这样一种限深器,它带有一个弹性、杯状防震元件,该元件的侧壁与在钻柄上形成的凸缘相贴合,并在其底部带有一通孔,钻头上凸缘至钻尖的钻头部分从该通孔穿过。防震元件可以简单地从钻尖沿着钻杆向上一直推到凸缘处,通过施加稍许的压力就可将包封凸缘的防震元件的侧壁推过凸缘。也可以利用弹性塑料,如聚氯甲基酸(乙)酯将防震元件制成一个整体件。
为了减小或避免在凸缘和防震元件底部之间的摩擦损失,可在钻柄上套上一个支承垫圈,该支承垫圈应套在凸缘和由防震元件所包封的空间内的底部之间。
下面将参照附图,对本发明进行详细说明,其中:
图1是表示带有一防震元件的钻头的第一实施例;
图2是表示带有一个包封住防震元件的外罩的第二实施例;
图3是表示带有一个啮合在防震元件侧面的外罩的另一实施例的一部分;
图4是表示带有一弹性、杯状防震元件制成限深器的钻头的另一个实施例。
图1中所示的钻头1具有一个与钻柄形成整体的凸缘2,和一个紧贴该凸缘的支承垫圈3。在支承垫圈3的下方,设有一防震元件4,该元件是一个用弹性塑料制成的垫圈。
钻头1具有带侧刃6,7的钻尖5,且侧刃6,7横向伸出钻杆外;该侧向切削刃本身以已知的方式在钻孔的底部钻铰出沉割。钻杆具有一凸起部分8,当钻铰沉割时,该凸起部分在钻孔内形成一个回转支点。钻头1通过凸起部分8的最宽部位9支靠在钻孔的侧壁上并使其本身绕着此回转支点进行旋转。
凸缘2,支承垫圈3和防震元件4结合在一起形成一限深器10,该限深器限定了钻头1能够钻入砖石砌体的最大深度。一旦防震元件4以其接触表面11对着砖石砌体13的壁面12贴紧时,则夹持在风钻(此处未示出)内的钻头1就可以进行横向旋转,以便在钻孔的底部钻铰出沉割来。通过旋转运动,凸缘2相应地朝其各交变的边缘方向倾斜,使防震元件4发生少许的弹性变形。这样,防震元件4就以其接触表面11对着壁面12进行全断面的接触。
如图2所示的钻头1具有一限深器10,该限深器由一凸缘2,一支承垫圈3,一防震元件4和一个外罩15组成,外罩15将防震元件4和凸缘2包封起来。外罩15具有一上通孔16和一下通孔17而其余部分在各侧面都是封闭的。
图3中所示限深器10也具有一外罩18,外罩的下边缘19是向内弯曲的,并在侧面与防震元件4的圆柱形侧壁相啮合。
支承垫圈3是一个金属垫圈,但也可以采用由具有良好滑动特性的塑料制成的塑料垫圈。
图4中所示钻头1的限深器10是由一弹性、杯状防震元件20和凸缘21组成,凸缘21与钻柄形成整体。在防震元件20的底部22和凸缘21之间的空间内设有一支承垫圈23,该垫圈可由金属制成也可以由具有良好滑动特性的塑料制成。防震元件20是由弹性塑料制成的一个近似截锥形的整体件。
防震元件20的底部22具有一通孔24,带有排屑槽25和钻尖26的钻杆通过该通孔向下伸出。防震元件的侧壁27以与凸缘21的周边表面相似的斜度呈向上的锥形。凸缘21的圆锥形的圆周表面与防震元件20的侧壁27的圆锥形的内表面的锥度是相同的。
所描述的钻头1可以利用其钻柄的上部夹持在风钻机(此处未示出)内,或夹持在类似的设备中。将防震元件20置于贴紧壁面的位置,正好可以吸收掉从风钻机传递到钻杆上的冲击力,从而得以可靠地避免钻孔口部区域的壁面的损坏。
Claims (9)
1、一种用于砖石砌体钻孔的在其钻柄上带有限深器的钻头,其特征在于:其限深器(10)包括一个弹性防震元件(4,20)。
2、如权利要求1所述的钻头,其特征在于:钻头(1)的钻尖(5)具有侧刃(6,7),该侧刃在横向伸出超过钻杆部分,在钻杆上距钻尖(5)上方一定距离处具有一凸起部分(8)或类似构形,并在距凸起部分(8)上方一定距离处具有一限深器(10),该限深器(10)包括一弹性、环状防震元件(4),该防震元件紧靠在一个支承垫圈(3)上,支承垫圈安装在防震元件(4)和与钻柄形成整体的凸缘(2)之间。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的钻头,其特征在于:一个凸缘(2)的外罩(15,18)紧贴防震元件(4)。
4、如权利要求3所述的钻头,其特征在于:该外罩(15)包封着防震元件(4)和凸缘(2)。
5、如权利要求3所述的钻头,其特征在于:该外罩(18)在侧面与防震元件(4)相啮合,从而使防震元件(4)的面向钻尖(5)的方向上的下部自由伸出外罩(18)外。
6、如权利要求1所述的钻头,其特征在于:限深器(10)包括一个弹性、杯状防震元件(20),该防震元件以其侧壁(27)与在钻柄上形成的凸缘(21)相接触,并有一个其上具有一通孔(24)的底部(22),由凸缘(21)伸向钻尖(26)的钻杆部分穿过该通孔。
7、如权利要求6所述的钻头,其特征在于:该防震元件(20)具有一截锥形的外形。
8、如权利要求6或7任一项所述的钻头,其特征在于:防震元件(20)的内侧壁和凸缘(21)的形状都是圆锥形表面。
9、如权利要求8所述的钻头,其特征在于:支承垫圈(23)是安装在防震元件(20)的底部(22)和凸缘(21)之间的。
