采用以上技术方案后，本发明达到的有益效果是：苹果含丰富的糖类，主要是蔗糖、还原糖以及蛋白质、脂肪、磷、铁、钾等物质；还含有苹果酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、洒石酸、单宁酸、果胶、纤维素、B族维生素、维生素C、胡萝卜素、果胶、纤维素以及锌、铁等微量元素。苹果含有人体必不可少的各类氨基酸、蛋白质、各种维生素、矿物质及胡萝卜素等，既可以基本上满足人体的必需，又容易消化吸收。铁质必须在酸性条件下和在维生素C存在的情况下才能被吸收，吃苹果可以预防缺铁性贫血。维生素A能促进生长，增强对疾病的抵抗力，是维持正常的生殖力和视力所必需；铁、锌、镁等微量元素，可使皮肤细润有光泽，起到美容瘦身的作用，缓解工作压力；纤维、果胶、抗氧化物等能降低体内坏胆固醇并提高好胆固醇含量，不容易得心脏病；有机酸和果酸质可以把口腔中的细菌杀死，起到保护牙齿防止蛀牙和发生牙龈炎的作用；丰富的矿物质和多种维生素，可预防佝偻病；胶质和微量元素铬能保持血糖的稳定，还能有效地降低胆固醇；粗纤维可促进肠胃蠕动。吃苹果可以促进乙酰胆碱的产生，该物质有助于神经细胞相互传递信息，因此，吃苹果能帮老年人增强思维、促进记忆、降低老年痴呆症的发病率。与现有技术相比，本发明制作的苹果保健药酒，含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素，不含任何化学添加剂，有医疗、滋补、保健作用，能降低血压、血糖、血脂的功效。

一种苹果保健药酒，由下列重量份的原料制成：苹果11份、糯米5份、海风藤5份、桑寄生5份、苍耳子6份、生姜2份、胡椒3份、白术5份、熟地3份、蛤蚧4份、白酒950份。

一种苹果保健药酒，由下列重量份的原料制成：苹果14份、糯米8份、海风藤8份、桑寄生8份、苍耳子9份、生姜5份、胡椒5份、白术7份、熟地5份、蛤蚧6份、白酒1250份。

1.一种苹果保健药酒，其特征在于，由下列重量份的原料制成：苹果11-14份、糯米5-8份、海风藤5-8份、桑寄生5-8份、苍耳子6-9份、生姜2-5份、胡椒3-6份、白术5-8份、熟地3-6份、蛤蚧4-7份、白酒950-1350份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的一种苹果保健药酒，其特征在于，由下列重量份的原料制成：苹果11份、糯米5份、海风藤5份、桑寄生5份、苍耳子6份、生姜2份、胡椒3份、白术5份、熟地3份、蛤蚧4份、白酒950份。
