枇杷叶具有利尿、清热、止渴、镇咳等作用,因此,也常与化橘红一起作为止咳祛痰的成分制备药品。CN200510038327.9公开了一种消炎、止咳、化痰的中药,由鱼腥草、金荞麦、白花蛇舌草、辛夷、甘草、天浆壳、炙枇杷叶、炒僵蚕、化橘红等原料制成;CN201010502286.5公开了一种感冒止咳中药组合物,其中就包含有化橘红和枇杷叶。但是目前大多数有关产品的止咳祛痰效果都不是很好,所以开发一种疗效比较好,具有良好的止咳祛痰功能,用于咳嗽痰多的病人,并能有效缓解病人痛苦的药物成为人们研究开发的重点。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种橘红枇杷片,以化橘红、陈皮、枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、陈皮、甘草为主要原料制备而成,止咳祛痰效果好,可用于治疗咳嗽痰多。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种橘红枇杷片,原料的各组分的重量份为:
橘红10~20份、陈皮1~10份、枇杷叶10~20份、桔梗1~10份、紫苏子1~10份、甘草5~15份、糖1~5份、填充剂15~25份、抗粘剂1~3份。
所述的橘红,为化橘红。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种橘红枇杷片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将橘红、陈皮,加5~15倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加5~15倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮1~4小时,滤过,滤渣再加6~10倍量水煎煮1~4小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在80~100℃,合并二次煎液,在60℃~70℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过10~20目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。
本品的用法如下:
【性状】本品为灰白色片;气芳香。味甜,微苦。
【功能主治】止咳祛痰,用于咳嗽痰多。
【用法用量】口服,一次2~3片,一日3~4次。
【注意事项】
1.忌食辛辣、油腻食物。
2.本品适用于痰湿咳嗽,其表现为咳嗽反复发作,咳声重浊,痰多,色白或带灰色。
3.支气管扩张、肺脓疡、肺心病、肺结核患者应在医师指导下服用。
4.服用一周病证无改善,应停止服用,去医院就诊。
5.服药期间,若患者出现高热,体温超过38℃,或出现喘促气急者,或咳嗽加重,痰量明显增多者应到医院就诊。
6.长期服用,应向医师或药师咨询。
7.对本品过敏者禁用,过敏体质者慎用。
8.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
9.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
10.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
11.如正在使用其他药品,使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
(1)原料的各组分功效和作用如下:
化橘红:外表面黄绿色至黄棕色,有皱纹及小油室;内表面黄白色或淡黄棕色,有脉络纹。质脆,易折断。气芳香,味苦、微辛;功能主治:散寒,燥湿,利气,消痰。用于风寒咳嗽,喉痒痰多,食积伤酒,呕恶痞闷。
陈皮:味苦、辛,性温;归肺、脾经;理气健脾,燥湿化痰;用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
枇杷叶:具有利尿、清热、止渴、镇咳等作用。
桔梗:功能主治:宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓;用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛,音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成。
紫苏子:味辛,性温;归肺经;功效降气消痰、止咳平喘、润肠。
甘草:味甘平;主五脏六府寒热邪气,坚筋骨,长肌肉,倍力,金创,解毒;久服轻身延年。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种橘红枇杷片,原料的各组分的重量份为:
橘红10份、陈皮1份、枇杷叶10份、桔梗1份、紫苏子1份、甘草5份、糖1份、填充剂15份、抗粘剂1份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:

将橘红、陈皮,加15倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加15倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮4小时,滤过,滤渣再加10倍量水煎煮4小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在100℃,合并二次煎液,在70℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过20目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。
实施例3:
一种橘红枇杷片,原料的各组分的重量份为:
橘红15份、陈皮5份、枇杷叶15份、桔梗5份、紫苏子5份、甘草10份、糖3份、填充剂20份、抗粘剂2份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将橘红、陈皮,加10倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加10倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮3小时,滤过,滤渣再加8倍量水煎煮3小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在90℃,合并二次煎液,在65℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过15目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。

一种橘红枇杷片,原料的各组分的重量份为:
橘红13份、陈皮3份、枇杷叶12份、桔梗2份、紫苏子3份、甘草7份、糖2份、填充剂16份、抗粘剂1.5份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将橘红、陈皮,加9倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加8倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮1~4小时,滤过,滤渣再加7倍量水煎煮2小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在85℃,合并二次煎液,在63℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过11目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。
实施例5:
一种橘红枇杷片,原料的各组分的重量份为:
橘红18份、陈皮9份、枇杷叶16份、桔梗7份、紫苏子7份、甘草13份、糖4份、填充剂21份、抗粘剂2.5份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将橘红、陈皮,加13倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加14倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮3.5小时,滤过,滤渣再加8倍量水煎煮3小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在95℃,合并二次煎液,在68℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过17目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。

1.一种橘红枇杷片,其特征在于:各组分的重量份为:
橘红10~20份、陈皮1~10份、枇杷叶10~20份、桔梗1~10份、紫苏子1~10份、甘草5~15份、糖1~5份、填充剂15~25份、抗粘剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橘红枇杷片,其特征在于:所述的橘红,为化橘红。
3.一种橘红枇杷片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将橘红、陈皮,加5~15倍量水,煎煮,收集挥发油;把枇杷叶、桔梗、紫苏子、甘草等药材加入上步提取完挥发油的药渣中,加5~15倍量水(包含提取完挥发油后的剩余水液)煎煮1~4小时,滤过,滤渣再加6~10倍量水煎煮1~4小时,滤过,提取过程温度控制在80~100℃,合并二次煎液,在60℃~70℃下减压浓缩成稠膏;将稠膏与糖、填充剂在湿法制粒机中混匀,加入无水乙醇制成湿材,湿材倒入摇摆制粒机制成颗粒,颗粒干燥后过10~20目振荡筛进行整粒,喷加提取所得挥发油,混匀,加抗粘剂,压片、包薄膜衣后包装即得。
